Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

My realtor gave me 3 home inspection companies to choose from, they all seemed to have competitive pricing but home inspection authority offered me more for the same amount of money as the others, what caught my attention was the 90 day warranty, the other inspectors did not offer that. so i chose Home inspection authority, when there inspector showed up he was very knowledgable and answered my questions in a way that i could understand, he also showed me illustrations of how the the repairs should look when done correctly. The inspector actually pointed out that 2 of my exterior french doors where installed back wards and i was able to get the seller to have them reinstalled correctly. Very happy customer.

We have xenon lightbars for undercounter lighting. Bulbs were out of some and we tried new bulbs with no luck. I was scheduled to have a some really good electricians come out in early August and it was going to cost around $400.  I decided to try Teo and I'm soooo happy I did.  He was available at the time (5:00 pm-ish on Thursday) and he came right over. Turns out the bulbs weren't the problem--it was the switch. So much gunk had gotten on it (and no, I'm not a slob).  He fixed that in two seconds. Also replaced two can lights with the same problem (we changed the bulb, but they still wouldn't work).  Turns out the connection was the problem (had roofers who made an awful mess in our attic). So I am thrilled and I saved almost $300.  Teo is super energetic and a perfectionist. Really nice guy, too.
