Best Interior Home Inspection in Los Angeles CA

Had a leak in the garage ceiling and needed a plumber.   Went to Yelp and found a few plumbers that had good reviews and I settled for Free Flo Rooter and Plumbing.  They were busy but luckily I wasn't in a super rush.  So Patrick came 2 days after I called ( I requested lWednesday).  He is a super nice guy and very patient.  He took time to explain what needed to be done to determine where the leak is coming from.  Once I agreed, he started to gently cut a small sections to make sure that there were no wires that might be in the way.  No wires detected he then proceeded to cut a bigger section and lo and behold the leak was detected.  He carefully looked and said it's not from any pipes and asked what was above the leaky area and I told him kitchen and bathroom.  We went upstairs to the bathroom and he was able to determine right away that the leak is coming from the toilet.  He flushed the toilet and sure enough, the leak started downstairs.  Long story short, the toilet had to be removed and reset.  I took the opportunity to replace the old toilet with a new one and Patrick was able to accommodate that.  I ordered the toilet from Home Depot and he picked it up and installed it today.(1 week later, my request).  So happy with the outcome.  Thanks, Patrick!!

Yelp asked me to remove the name of the other inspection company that I ended up going with... So I did. As you can clearly see... yelp did NOT remove my review!

I spoke to you Wednesday night about a tentative Friday appointment and gave you my clients information, clearly telling you I had to confirm with my client first.

The very next morning at 7:27 AM , I let you know know my client prefers a Monday appointment. WHY would you send a confirmation text and a link to my client at 9:08 AM that same morning?? I then sent a voice message asking WHY you're confirming an appointment when I've been asking to change it!! SNEAKY, and dishonest!
