Had a toilet that wouldn't flush, I plunged it for hours and decided to call alpine, within 5 minutes of them getting to my home and only 35 minutes after calling them they had my toilet flushing. I met Kris recently at my duplex in long beach for an extensive list of plumbing needs. He was very courteous, on time and did not try to make my job sound harder or more expensive than it was. I was looking to get all my faucets replaced with shut off valves. I had another plumber come right before him and acted like faucet replacement was rocket science. Kris just explained it was all labor but very straightforward job. I was confident in hiring him. His bid for the job was very fair too. I didn't end up using him because my place had a long list of other handyman task so went that direction. Hopefully won't come back to bite me but I know if I need a plumber in the future Kris has earned my business.

I called Luis to get a quote to replace our single faucet his & her vanity. Luis responded right away and set up a time for installation. He had to get additional hoses for the sinks and installed it right away. Luis checked the bottom of the pipes and noticed a small leak. He told me to get flex tape to put in the area for a temporary fix. Luis was a honest young man and his pricing was fair. I was impressed that the hard work he put in to have his own plumbing business. I will have him service my tankless water heater

These guys are amazing. They were my 3rd call and thankfully I got to them. My water heater was not working and they were able to get to me within a few hours and called when they were on their way. We have an old-ish house, and we have required a wide range of plumbing services over the years.  Belmont Plumbing is THE BEST we have ever dealt with: extremely competent professionals that do a great job, stand by their work, and leave the place cleaner than when they arrived.  They always follow up with phone messages, and have never left us hanging (which other service providers have in the past).  If I could give them ten stars, I would.  It is so reassuring for us to have a service provider that we can count on to do professional work at a reasonable rate.  I also really appreciate that they use the best possible parts and supplies, and they charge very fair prices for them as well - way better than the stuff from Home Depot that other places use.  BEST PLUMBING SERVICE EVER.

I had put a plumbing problem with a dripping faucet out to the Yelp community for help.  I received several responses that were unsatisfactory to me, including complete replacement of the faucets.   They are a matched set and thus I would have to replace for both sinks as we did not know the brand and model.

Kody at Prolific asked for a picture, immediately knew the faucet, the parts needed and scheduled the repair with me. The work was fast, high quality and used ORM replacement parts.  Plus, he had a great personality and engendered my trust.

Cory just left my house and let me tell you...he's a rock star!  We've had too many plumbers to count come out to figure out where a leak was coming from and none pulled out any tools or gadgets to even pretend to know what they were doing.  Cory came in with gadgets and tools and everything imaginable and found the leak within 30 minutes or less.  If I can give him more stars I would definitely do so.  He will be the only guy we call from now on. AND he's the nicest guy ever!

THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!! BEWARE!!! They are only interested in charging the most amount of money for the least amount of work. I had an old unused sprinkler line broken at my work site.  Unfortunately, the line was gushing water and could only be shut off from the city access line.  The fix was simple, cut the pipe flush and cap it. For a professional, the job would take 5 minutes. When I called for assistance I asked what the rate is for them to come out, the receptionist told me she didn't know they are only an answering service. The serviceman got there 2.5 hours later turned off my water and told me he couldn't complete the job. He told us we needed to call for another serviceman tomorrow morning and today's call was $199.50. I was shocked, I knew it only needed to be capped.  I also asked him to cut the other lines shorter to prevent this from happening again. He then told me it was going to be $300 to complete the job. WTF?!? He was there for 10 mins and wanted to charge an additional $100 to cap a few pipes??? He gave me the excuse that it was at a T. I knew this was incorrect, my husband and I were there assessing the problem before they arrived. I knew he lying so I ask my employee to take photos. Once he saw her doing that he went to his van and got the tools and materials to fix it. Before he started to fix it, he demanded I pay $300 upfront. That is an ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICE. Contractors can not make you pay upfront more than 10% as a deposit for an invoice.  I argued with him over the phone and then he got to work.  He was there for a half-hour, which he spent 15 minutes of it arguing with me. I eventually got him to accept $200 instead of $300. See the pictures of what $200 gets you. Do yourself a favor CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER!

Great experience from start to finish. Professional, punctual and honest. We needed to replace our main sewage line from lawn to city connection and within a one day appointment he was able to fix it with a trench less method. Back in 2006 I installed my own tankless water heater.  While functional, it was an ugly kludge of plumbing connections and fittings.  It served its purpose, but it was breaking down and in need of a complete refresh.  Ciscos Plumbing scoped it out, told me exactly what was needed to do the job right and more importantly, get it up to code.

The work was exactly as described, no surprises and they were efficient but very thorough.  I could not be happier with the results.  And the gents were very friendly and stayed on task even though it was super hot out.

Manny did a good job fixing my disposal issue.  He was first to respond, fair price, prompt on his arrival and courteous.   I recommend him for Plumming issues.

I had Jeremiah come to fix my closet door and while he was here he was able to help with my faucet that was broken as well as change my shower head, and fix the shower door so quick.He's good at what he does and likes to work quick, well worth the money I will definitely be calling him in the future.

We had our forced air unit at my parents house go out and it's not exactly new. We were prepared to replace the entire unit and assumed we would automatically be told it needed to be replaced.
