I had my shower done by other people 5 years ago but the shower started to leak like crazy. I came across Mark and request a quote, he offer reasonable price with detail break down on what need to be done for this project.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Leo. I've already gave him a great review for some work he did on my house and on a rental property from roofing work, new fencing,  plumbing and everything in between. I am now giving him another fantastic review for the work he did on another rental property that needed a complete renovation. Basically the house needed to be complely upgraded. He was able to do it all. From replacing all the faucets, re- grouting the bathtub, shower and sinks, re-coating the bathtub and fixing all the broken drawers. He repaired all the interior and exterior cracks. He added a new front door, he replaced all the blinds, he fixed the kitchen bay window. He replaced the difficult light switches for one light go on and off from both switches. He fixed the heater. He did the cement work from the front stone area before the entry stairs that had a gap between that area and front yard. Plus the plumbing that went from the sump pump out to the front yard. He was able to do all these odd repairs with no problem. He explained everything that needed to be done. He provided pictures of the problems. He purchased all the item that were needed to do the job and provided the receipts. He went out of his way to get the job done and in a timely manner. He truly wanted to help anyway he could. Plus he was so pleasant to work with. To top if off his prices were reasonable. I can go on and on but it boils down to that I highly recommend Leo for anything you need done on your property. Called Jeremiah on a holiday weekend and got a respond and got the job done in 2 hours timeframe. Very honest and straightforward and no hidden or surprise charges when got quoted for the work that needs to be done. Kudos for the quality of service performed. I highly recommend and will definitely get his service again in the future.

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Had Bigos come out to our place the other night for an after hours emergency call.  Problem was fixed quickly and cleanly.  I do similar work as an electrician (also owned my own small company) and know a good tradesman when I see one.  Matt (the owner) was just that, a true professional.  I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

I asked Danny if he could help me out on short notice and he came same day. I told him I needed an outlet fixed that wasn't sending power to a new bathroom exhaust fan I installed.

Danny determined the outlet was fine but diagnosed the fan as the issue. He took the fan out, made the appropriate adjustments and sure enough it was working fine!

Really appreciated his friendly, helpful demeanor and definitely recommend his work!

Johnny is my new go-to handy man!  If you live in San Pedro and looking to support a good local business you cannot go wrong w/AMI Handyman Services! Johnny was responsive, professional, and reasonably priced!  My bathroom door was unhinge and he was quick to repair it.  Johnny did a really good job explaining what exactly was wrong with my door and gave me a few options on how best to repair it at a reasonable price. 1st of all... Love the company's name. Joseph, the owner is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions over the phone. He was able to sit and listen to all my concerns. He has a lot of patience with his customers unlike other companies they don't hear you out and don't give honest opinions. If any one needs any help, I highly recommend him and his company.

I am so happy of the all the repairs that Grorge did in our bathroom. It was a clean a he gave me a reasonble price! He also did extra little work for some repairs in my house. George also did an excellent job puting new tiles in one of the rooms in my house! He is very detailed and doesn't rush it to make it perfect! I will definitely recommend him! I was referred to Hollander by my wife's friend that had her home remodeled by him.  She said he did very good work and could work with our budget.  She was right and then some.  We are first time home owner and this was our first project.  Mark was very helpful and explained in detail our options and guided us in the right direction toward the design we were hoping for.  There was clearly set time lines throughout the project for work completion and payment.  All the times lines were met and everything went smoothly.  Mark took the time to design different options to fall with-in our budget and made the whole process easy.  Mark explained the differences and educated us on material options so we could decide what was best for us.  We are extremely happy with the way our bathroom came out and would recommend Mark to our friends and family for remodeling.  We have received a lot of compliments from our family and friends about our bathroom.

We have a pretty old house, lots of plumbing quirks-- they can fix it all. They take their time looking at the problem with you and discuss options.
This time we had a mystery leak. Chris walked through all of our suspects with us, checking them off as we went. Definitely not the water heater... etc.
While we were investigating mystery leak, we also discussed water polo and lacrosse, high school and coaches. All without missing a beat in the investigation. And while that isn't the primary reason for the review, it does help ease the anxiety caused by mystery plumbing problems.
