Best Routine Maintenance in Long Beach CA

I had put a plumbing problem with a dripping faucet out to the Yelp community for help.  I received several responses that were unsatisfactory to me, including complete replacement of the faucets.   They are a matched set and thus I would have to replace for both sinks as we did not know the brand and model.

Kody at Prolific asked for a picture, immediately knew the faucet, the parts needed and scheduled the repair with me. The work was fast, high quality and used ORM replacement parts.  Plus, he had a great personality and engendered my trust.

Recently had Mike come out to replace our faulty Bosch tankless water heater.  We replaced it with a Noritz unit, he also repaired low pressure in bathroom shower.  Mike was professional from the beginning.  They arrived on time and their workmanship is amazing.  Mike is very knowledgeable and has a good working crew, very polite and skilled.  I found their pricing to be very competitive.  I will be calling Complete Plumbing for all future plumbing repairs.  Good and honest plumbers are hard to come by and these guys are great.

I called at 9:00 am to get help with my father's water heater, and Peter arrived shortly thereafter, diagonosed, replaced and got new water heater working and in by 12:30.  Courteous and knowledgeable.   Plumbing Installs is as good as it gets...five stars

Placed service call for a tankless heater not working (no hot water) on a Thursday afternoon & confirmed an appointment for Friday in the morning hours.

Received a call Friday morning saying they are too busy and will not be able to get to me to one day next week.

This change of heart left no time to find another company & left us with NO HOT WATER for at least the entire weekend!

Will not be trusting this company again in the future!

Came out and provided reasonable estimate to install whole house fan.  Did not use them for unrelated reason, but had we followed through.  They would be the company we would have used.  Would call them again.
