The inside of my house was in desperate need of a complete makeover so I did some searching and met with a few contractors. The first contractors I met didn't give me much confidence in their work so I was glad when I found Ixtapa Construction!

After meeting with Jay (the owner) and his business partner Alex, I found both to be very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and personable. I was impressed with the samples of their work and their  suggestions. Also, Jay has high standards for customer satisfaction (even after job completion) and that was important to me. And, although their bid wasn't the lowest, I was willing to pay a little extra for the level of work they do.

After hiring Ixtapa Construction, Jay and his team started with the master bathroom remodel followed by the kitchen remodel, flooring, baseboards, walls, doors and ceiling work. All work was done expeditiously but with attention to quality and detail. Also, I want to mention that Alex was very helpful and attentive to all my questions and all aspects of the project! I will be using Ixtapa Construction for any future jobs and I highly recommend them!!

Mario quickly responded and came to fix our windows. His customer service is AWESOME! He drove around to get parts for the windows and got all of them fixed. I will definitely contact him again for future repairs when needed. Five stars to Mario!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Leo. I've already gave him a great review for some work he did on my house and on a rental property from roofing work, new fencing,  plumbing and everything in between. I am now giving him another fantastic review for the work he did on another rental property that needed a complete renovation. Basically the house needed to be complely upgraded. He was able to do it all. From replacing all the faucets, re- grouting the bathtub, shower and sinks, re-coating the bathtub and fixing all the broken drawers. He repaired all the interior and exterior cracks. He added a new front door, he replaced all the blinds, he fixed the kitchen bay window. He replaced the difficult light switches for one light go on and off from both switches. He fixed the heater. He did the cement work from the front stone area before the entry stairs that had a gap between that area and front yard. Plus the plumbing that went from the sump pump out to the front yard. He was able to do all these odd repairs with no problem. He explained everything that needed to be done. He provided pictures of the problems. He purchased all the item that were needed to do the job and provided the receipts. He went out of his way to get the job done and in a timely manner. He truly wanted to help anyway he could. Plus he was so pleasant to work with. To top if off his prices were reasonable. I can go on and on but it boils down to that I highly recommend Leo for anything you need done on your property. I am very happy with the great work and service we received from Johnny G. and Mariee. Our entry door had some very bad sap leakage and it needed to be refinished and restrained.  The whole process was very efficient and professional.  Upon my initial inquiry, Mariee was very polite and asked for detailed information on the door including a few photos.  This was needed in order to assess the job and provide a good estimate.  The turnaround time for the estimate was received on the same day which was great.  We made the appointment for work and Johnny and Marie arrived as scheduled.  Johnny was great on communicating each step of the process once on the job.  Everything was explained in great detail including why a small increase on the original estimate was needed which made perfect sense.  In summary, our door looks great and we are so happy we used Johnny and Mariee (AMI Handy Man Services). They are honest, professional, and extremely respectful. Before they left, we asked for an estimate on another project. I would definitely recommend AMI. You won't go wrong.

I had a plumbing issue and I contacted Ricardo, I was provided a quote along with a separate quote to rebuild the damaged area. Communication was prompt and I was updated as the repairs and rebuild was getting done. Compared to other quotes, the prices to do all the work were reasonable and service was great. I would definitely contact them again if I need additional work.

After reading several great reviews I contacted Jorge. No response. Eventually after I made another attempt, he  told me to wait a week as he was busy. Understandable. After a week I tried  tor reach him again. Told me Tues or Wed. Then tomorrow. Tomorrow came and he didn't reply. Finally,  he said too busy -find some one else.
Jorge I'm sure you're good --but you wasted over  a week of my time while  I could have been looking elsewhere.

Victor is AWESOME! We just hired him for the first time and were thoroughly impressed. He was immediately responsive to our initial contact and agreed to come to our home for a walk through consultation. During the walk through, he came up with some really good ideas. Some that would save us money, others that would simplify the approach and others we hadn't thought of at all. We decided to move forward with scheduling him to replace the baseboards in the living room. He's booked about 3 weeks out which was okay by me since it indicates he's probably in high demand for good reason. Anyway, I wanted a smaller job to test things out and see how things would go. Needless to say, we were very satisfied with the work. Beyond doing good work though, he's just a good guy to work with. He's friendly, responsive, respectful and responsible. On the day of the job, he and his guys got to us a few minutes early, knocked out the job in a few hours and went on their way. His pricing is fair and very reasonable. We're excited he's going finally do some of the stuff we've been wanting to do ourselves but are either too busy or too tired. Weekends are for work life balance and we all work way too hard nowadays. Let the expert do it and call Victor!

I was referred to Hollander by my wife's friend that had her home remodeled by him.  She said he did very good work and could work with our budget.  She was right and then some.  We are first time home owner and this was our first project.  Mark was very helpful and explained in detail our options and guided us in the right direction toward the design we were hoping for.  There was clearly set time lines throughout the project for work completion and payment.  All the times lines were met and everything went smoothly.  Mark took the time to design different options to fall with-in our budget and made the whole process easy.  Mark explained the differences and educated us on material options so we could decide what was best for us.  We are extremely happy with the way our bathroom came out and would recommend Mark to our friends and family for remodeling.  We have received a lot of compliments from our family and friends about our bathroom.

Mr Harris installed a new sink for me. He was efficient and made sure I was happy before he left.
