Alex and Jay from Ixtapa Construction are magicians. They took our idea for changing out our primary bathroom, suggested enhancements, and made it reality. In fact, we ended up having two bathrooms remodeled by Ixtapa during the pandemic. They possess a wealth of knowledge about the construction/remodeling business and took time to review options, whether for room layout, glass shower doors, sink cabinets, tile installation or shower drains. In the primary bathroom, they removed a wall and relocated the toilet, the shower and the tub, which entailed relocating plumbing works and electrical wiring, moving hvac duct work, and installing hardy backer panels and drywall. For good measure, they replaced some of our old windows and added a few new ones, put in heating for the tiled floors, and installed a pocket door in the new bathroom entrance.
The second bathroom was easier as it 'only' required fixture updates, new flooring and tilework. Their workmanship remained high quality throughout both projects, and was particularly evident in the complex tile worked they performed in both bathrooms. Their staff are highly skilled workers and a pleasure to work with.

Well, our small job in May re-grouting marble slabs in a second floor shower to stop water damage on a ceiling below became a much larger job as the leaks continued thanks to deterioration of the shower pan and sub-floor.  It required a total re-do of the shower, removing large marble slabs and replacing with marble tiles along with a new sub-floor and pan.  Mark and his team were fantastic in uncovering the problem, doing the demo, and creating a beautiful, like-new shower.  Not an inexpensive project, but necessary and Mark's pricing was very fair.  In 40 years, we've done 5 (yes, 5!) extensive remodels/additions to our home and I can't think of a more professional contractor than Mark and work done any better.  I would use Mark for any tile work large or small.

He was able to replace my 40gal water heater and I'm so  happy how everything turned out . So professional and super cool , definitely calling again

Needed some minor fixes around the house. Danny came out and knocked it out. Reasonable prices, won't rip you off. Nice guy, trustworthy. Will definitely call him back for more jobs.

I was in need of having my shower doors rehung with new rollers and a new glider.  Both doors had fallen off into the tub.  I called AMI and Johnny responded right away.  He was working on another job and kept in communications with me to update his time of arrival.  Very polite, professional and explained what he was doing and what I need to do in the future.  It was a pleasure having Johnny and Marie working for me. I got a referral through a client of mine to use RS3M Construction for a few updates that needed to be done in my salon. They were very diligent in the work they did . I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning. The carpet look brand new. They were on time and very professional. I will be using them again for future projects.
