Jay is a real gem! Ixtapa team remodeled our kitchen then our attic and did electrical work too (incredibly fast). Jay was very attentive, always gave us precious tips. Everything was done in a timely manner and the work was perfectly executed. We cannot be more happy. Each time he found a way to fit our budget. They are very competitive and you can really trust them! We are planning on converting our garage into ADU next year and there is no hesitation it will be with them.

We needed our kitchen faucet replaced in a hurry and I found AMI on Yelp. He was extremely responsive, let us know exactly what his ETA was, and did a great job. The job ended up being more involved that we originally anticipated, so the price went up but he let us know and made sure we were agreeable before proceeding, no unpleasant surprises. We would def call AMI again if we need something done around the house.

I got a referral through a client of mine to use RS3M Construction for a few updates that needed to be done in my salon. They were very diligent in the work they did . I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning. The carpet look brand new. They were on time and very professional. I will be using them again for future projects.

All I can say is Victor is the BEST at what he does. I needed to have 2 heaters put together, outdoor lights hung up and a pIece of art hung up. He did a professional job wIth everything he touched. I was referred to Hollander by my wife's friend that had her home remodeled by him.  She said he did very good work and could work with our budget.  She was right and then some.  We are first time home owner and this was our first project.  Mark was very helpful and explained in detail our options and guided us in the right direction toward the design we were hoping for.  There was clearly set time lines throughout the project for work completion and payment.  All the times lines were met and everything went smoothly.  Mark took the time to design different options to fall with-in our budget and made the whole process easy.  Mark explained the differences and educated us on material options so we could decide what was best for us.  We are extremely happy with the way our bathroom came out and would recommend Mark to our friends and family for remodeling.  We have received a lot of compliments from our family and friends about our bathroom.

Mr. Harris was wonderful. He has 30 years of experience and was able to fix our toilet water supply line fast and skillfully. He didn't overcharge and he was knowledgeable and showed us how the wrong valve had been used previously. Excellent work! Would definitely call again in the future :)
