Ixtapa Construction did our kitchen remodel, and not only was the work completed with craftsmanship but we were treated with caring and a truly professional touch.

Jay and Alex were great people to work with. They answered my (and husband's) many questions and were very patient and helpful. Both were very knowledgeable and communicated with us throughout the project.

We were also very pleased with the job itself. Ixtapa Construction did a great job while respecting the timeline and budget. Jay also kindly helped to fix some problems left by the previous contractors. The crew also did a great job cleaning up after everything was completed. Highly recommend!

John and Mike came out to my house to install a new valve. They installed a new smart valve that tells me the water usage, pressure and temperature. They were prompt and very helpful. I also had a leak in my plumbing and the spent time trying to figure out where the leak was coming from. Best plumbing service I've ever had!

This guy was honest in an industry that is full of stucco just kid. I met several shady characters but also upfront no sale tactics like this guy.

Great at responding to messages and had an appointment setup for me quickly (and on a sunday).
Had a couple ceiling fans installed and they came out great.

I was referred to Hollander by my wife's friend that had her home remodeled by him.  She said he did very good work and could work with our budget.  She was right and then some.  We are first time home owner and this was our first project.  Mark was very helpful and explained in detail our options and guided us in the right direction toward the design we were hoping for.  There was clearly set time lines throughout the project for work completion and payment.  All the times lines were met and everything went smoothly.  Mark took the time to design different options to fall with-in our budget and made the whole process easy.  Mark explained the differences and educated us on material options so we could decide what was best for us.  We are extremely happy with the way our bathroom came out and would recommend Mark to our friends and family for remodeling.  We have received a lot of compliments from our family and friends about our bathroom.

Our bathroom fans were not funtional and we need to replace our GFCI outlets in the kitchen for our new home. Minde responded to my project request as soon as l posted it and he arrived right on time. He was so efficient and paid much attention to details and got everything done perfectly. We are happy about the results and will definitely choose him for our future projects.

Fredd was awesome! He came out and fixed a slab leak that was causing major issues in an emergency situation. He was the only plumber we called that was able to come out right away and he took care of it quickly. He showed me the problem and told me how he was going to fix it and did the job. Seeing him work I can tell that it's a lot of hard work and it requires a lot of expertise and Fredd displayed both at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Fredd's Handyman Services.
