Received prompt professional service from Jeff and Matthew.  They were very courteous, helpful and did a great job.  My issue was pinpointed in minutes.  Although their estimates aren't the lowest but they are doing the job right and installing quality equipment to ensure lasting stability.

Kristopher responded quickly at the best price available to fix our toilet. They showed up and did a great job all while wearing a mask and respecting our space. Would hire again and would recommend to others!

I walked outside this morning to find my front yard beginning to flood, a small hill in the middle where the water was pushing up my lawn and watering bubbling up like a small spring. After calling a few plumbers with no luck because it was a Saturday and waiting for half a day for Roto Rooter to dispatch someone I got a very quick response from Jesse at Fast Pro. Plumbing and he was over at my house within 20 mins to evaluate the situation and fix it right up. He was very transparent and showed me the exact issue, told me what he would need to fix it and immediately went to work. I wish I would have known about him sooner and I wouldn't have wasted half my day and lots of water waiting for a callback. Will definitely call him back and highly recommend if you need fast, honest and good plumbing done, even on a Saturday.

Before starting work, he would explain the problems and what the solutions would be including price to ensure I was informed before he proceeded. Even during the work he would explain what is happening.

He has great communication and arrived on time as expected. Given the times, he was safely wearing a mask and took all the precautions for the safety of the client and himself.

Matt and his crew have been doing our plumbing work for more than 10 years and we couldn't be happier.  He's honest, fair and backs up his work.  When you have an emergency he's there for you. He's great at thinking outside the box to find a better way to solve a problem as is his son, Daniel.  When we need help with another trade guess who we call for a referral -- Matt of course.  I'd give then 6 stars if I could.

Kody was very professional, informative and was responsible priced. When he entered my home he put on clean covers on his shoes. He also made sure he left my bathroom clean.

In the process of digging a pool in my backyard, I noticed that water was coming in from 2 different locations so I contacted The Leak Locator and within 5 minutes, Cory, the owner, responded to me stating that he would be at my place the next day.  As promised, Cory and his team showed up at our place at the exact time.  Not only was Cory punctual, but he performed a thorough inspection and test of our backyard and also our neighbors' backyards to eliminate any potential leaks that might be coming from our neighbors.  At the end of the day, Cory and his team were amazing to work with and they were extremely professional and courteous.  If you feel that you have leaks or experience any plumbing issues, I would reach out to The Leak Locator as I was very satisfied with their overall service.  I would definitely call Cory and his team again.

We had the BEST experience with Poncho from Stephen's Plumbing & Heating! Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air during a heat wave. I called and Poncho was at our home in less than 30 minutes! WOW!!

I have to start by saying I don't have a talent when it comes to plumbing issues in the home so i really depend on quality and dependable service. Our water heater recently went out and the gas company could not come out for 3 days so i had to get a plumber ASAP! I called Christian directly and he was able to come out the same day I called to look at the water heater. He right away let my husband know what the problem could be and also looked at a water leak we had in our bath tub. Christian came back the next morning and fixed the water heater and water leak in such a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend him for any plumming issue you may have. He came out ASAP and did a perfect job!! This definetly was higher than 5 star service.. thank you Christian and your helper for coming out in such short notice to take care of the problem. With a 2 year old and 4 year old in the house, i definetly needed the hot water back in the house and am truly grateful.

We found Ciscos plumbing through a FB recommendation and could not be happier with our experience.  Cisco was very responsive and was able to give us a quote on our dishwasher install based on pictures we sent via text.  He was very reasonable and friendly.  He always responded in a professional and courteous manner.  There was a small gap after the dishwasher was installed, so he turned around and came right back to fix it!  He also saved us money after the contractors from Samsung said we needed additional parts, which we actually did not need!

I had a clog of tree roots in my main sewer line, about 150 feet into my drain line under the street and away from my main cleanout.

George and his partner were very diligent at removing at least 10 years worth of tree roots from my main line, using a water jet.

After using their camera, it showed that the line was not clear so George climbed into the manhole in the street to extract the massive clog.  This was much more work than I think was expected but no one complained and they honored their original estimate.

They were on time, focused and polite.  Highly recommend.

International City Plumbers will now be my go to plumbing company for all my future repairs/needs. They deserve 5 stars and more, this is by far the best service I've ever experienced. There was a main sewer stoppage at my house and they were able to clear it and cleanup very quickly/well, considering the call was made at 5pm.

My husband and I's call was answered by Alex immediately and their plumbers were to us within an hour. Carlos & Garret educated us on the stoppage and walked us through everything they were going to do (not having any plumbing knowledge), they were very professional & nice, communicated pricing upfront, were able to identify other issues that needed tending to and left us feeling very confident in their work.

I am currently a tenant in Long Beach area (Belmont Heights).  I consider myself qualified to review home repairs as I am a 35+ homeowner (Laguna Beach), comparable value as these beautiful Belmont Heights homes.  I've remodeled/improved my property and a residential/commercial property manager for many years.
Daniel's Plumbing has worked on improvement projects on this property since early 2021.  On every visit they have left the day's work without checking that services they have interrupted are operational .....  
My account is that they have NEVER LEFT MY UNIT functional.  Hot water...Kitchen water not reinstated....INFERIOR plumbing fixtures installed.  
I had to purchase a kitchen faucet to replace the small sub-standard utility sink faucet they left me on my kitchen sink.
IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY, stand over them as they work, check that everything is working before they leave, i.e. water to faucets, bathroom, hot water working,  SHOW THEM WHAT FIXTURES TO INSTALL AS THEY DO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.   Good Luck.  I love remembering what good honest service was back in the day.
