Jay is a real gem! Ixtapa team remodeled our kitchen then our attic and did electrical work too (incredibly fast). Jay was very attentive, always gave us precious tips. Everything was done in a timely manner and the work was perfectly executed. We cannot be more happy. Each time he found a way to fit our budget. They are very competitive and you can really trust them! We are planning on converting our garage into ADU next year and there is no hesitation it will be with them.

We were having drainage issues and needed it to be fixed ASAP. We were so lucky that Mario responded quickly when we requested a quote from him and was able to schedule an appointment with us within the next few days. When he came out, he was so professional, easy to work with, and helped us resolve our issue quickly.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Leo. I've already gave him a great review for some work he did on my house and on a rental property from roofing work, new fencing,  plumbing and everything in between. I am now giving him another fantastic review for the work he did on another rental property that needed a complete renovation. Basically the house needed to be complely upgraded. He was able to do it all. From replacing all the faucets, re- grouting the bathtub, shower and sinks, re-coating the bathtub and fixing all the broken drawers. He repaired all the interior and exterior cracks. He added a new front door, he replaced all the blinds, he fixed the kitchen bay window. He replaced the difficult light switches for one light go on and off from both switches. He fixed the heater. He did the cement work from the front stone area before the entry stairs that had a gap between that area and front yard. Plus the plumbing that went from the sump pump out to the front yard. He was able to do all these odd repairs with no problem. He explained everything that needed to be done. He provided pictures of the problems. He purchased all the item that were needed to do the job and provided the receipts. He went out of his way to get the job done and in a timely manner. He truly wanted to help anyway he could. Plus he was so pleasant to work with. To top if off his prices were reasonable. I can go on and on but it boils down to that I highly recommend Leo for anything you need done on your property. He was able to replace my 40gal water heater and I'm so  happy how everything turned out . So professional and super cool , definitely calling again

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

I had a hole in my wall where they had to open it up to fix my ac.   I was going to get around to fixing it but something came up and I had to get it done fast.   I started calling handymen.   Danny answered and said he could come right over.    Works for me!   Got here, saw the project, gave me a price which was less than one other guy I spoke to and repaired it right then.  He did a great job.  I just have to paint.   Thanks!

I had a plumbing issue and I contacted Ricardo, I was provided a quote along with a separate quote to rebuild the damaged area. Communication was prompt and I was updated as the repairs and rebuild was getting done. Compared to other quotes, the prices to do all the work were reasonable and service was great. I would definitely contact them again if I need additional work.

1st of all... Love the company's name. Joseph, the owner is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions over the phone. He was able to sit and listen to all my concerns. He has a lot of patience with his customers unlike other companies they don't hear you out and don't give honest opinions. If any one needs any help, I highly recommend him and his company.

I was referred to Hollander by my wife's friend that had her home remodeled by him.  She said he did very good work and could work with our budget.  She was right and then some.  We are first time home owner and this was our first project.  Mark was very helpful and explained in detail our options and guided us in the right direction toward the design we were hoping for.  There was clearly set time lines throughout the project for work completion and payment.  All the times lines were met and everything went smoothly.  Mark took the time to design different options to fall with-in our budget and made the whole process easy.  Mark explained the differences and educated us on material options so we could decide what was best for us.  We are extremely happy with the way our bathroom came out and would recommend Mark to our friends and family for remodeling.  We have received a lot of compliments from our family and friends about our bathroom.

Minde, handyman was excellent. Very polite, responsive and a problem solver. He arrived to home on time, ready to work with all his tools. He purchased materials for sprinkler repair. I found General Luxury affordable. Would recommend and use again.

The Kitchen Sink for our rental home needed a faucet replaced. Mr. Harris charged me over $500 to changed out the faucet. I wasn't there to look over the work as it is a rental, but when it was done, my tenant informed me that the faucet he replaced was a left handed faucet...he took out some board under the sink and didn't installed it back correctly so the doors didn't close right. I tried contacting him letting him know that I was not happy with his work and needed him to come back out to fix it but didn't get a response. Basically he just did the job as sloppy as he could and disappeared. I had to get someone out to do things the right way and he charged me half the price. If you are looking for a handyman, maybe take your chances. If you are looking for a licensed plumber, I suggest you do your research and find a reputable plumber because Mr. Harris is very sloppy and does not pay attention to details.
