Stephen's is our go to plumber. Louie did a great job on swapping out all of our facets, knobs etc. for our sinks. He was very communicative and let me know of potential challenges & additional work before he moved forward. I appreciated his transparency & honesty.

Shane replaced my 45 year old wall heater today after searching for replacement parts that were too expensive to buy. He found a new heater comparable in size and durability to the old one and installed it with quality workmanship.  Shane has a respect for old products and will do smaller house jobs that other companies turn down because they want to make money off of only big jobs.

I've used quite a few plumbers over the years. No one had taken the time to explain AND show me what was contributing to my clogged drains in kitchen, toilets and showers.  I was lucky enough to have Josh Davis come to my home. He took the time to get into the details of the issues of my main line. Josh provided not just one option but several options to look at a solution both long term and short. He didn't try to sell me, rather he was a consulting partner to educate me as much as he could for the RIGHT solution for our family. I have been an Area Mgr in the service world working with mostly men for a long time. In my 25+ years, one learns to appreciate professional courtesy and integrity. Most of all, respect and person-ability.  I am now a raving fan of Josh Davis  w/ Coast Plumbers and they will be the one for me to call in the future.   James was also very efficient and stayed in touch during the day...great service from the very first contact.

My plumber Hector came within 45 minutes of my call. He was very courteous. He gave me a quote, did his magic to unclogged my sink and and left. This is the third time I used Crandall's and I am very happy with them each time. Thanks.

Our AC broke and I called NexGen at 8 AM and Justin was there to look at it by 8:30.  Everyone was super helpful and eager to help us fix the problem.

Normally, I do not write reviews, but I am making an exception. I have used Complete for 3 years now.  Mike and his crew are honest and very reliable.  That is very important to me because I am a single mom. I tried calling another plumber to compare prices in the past and discovered Complete was hundreds cheaper.  Mike even went out of his way on a Sunday night to stop by when my water heater stopped working recently.  You can't get better service than that.  Mike is awesome!!!  His crew is very pleasant and professional when they come over to do their job.  Mike's wife, Lilia, is always helpful and is very nice. I will definitely continue to use their services.  I would highly recommend Complete to everyone.

My air conditioner needed refrigerant added. I had this done previously in the past, once per summer (2x last couple years).

I hired a new company because I saw that they were local.

The technician that came to work on it and I discussed this when he got on site. He checked the system and confirmed that it was low. He told me he didn't have enough on him so he would need to return to the office to get more. He arrived at 9:15, brought me the receipt at 12:15. He attempted to charge me for the full 3 hours even though he was gone for over an hour. He removed one hour after sharing that I thought he should have come prepared.

I called the office and explained to them that I still felt like I had been overcharged as it doesn't take more than 30-45 mins to top off the refrigerant (based on the last two tech visits from other companies, they only charged an hour). I requested to speak with the owner (not available) and then requested they review the invoice and confirm it was appropriate. No response.

To be fair, they were responsive, sent out a tech the day after I called and left a message. The tech fixed the immediate issue (adding refrigerant) and the system is cooling the house as expected.

After a few attempts of being taken advantage of by larger HVAC companies during a heat wave, Wayne provided an honest, fair, and no-nonsense assessment. Installation of a new AC unit + the addition of dual zoning took 2 days. Wayne and Josh were extremely respectful, clean, and efficient during the installation and provided information, explanation, and tips along the way.

Please consider calling Cornett for your HVAC needs rather than calling a larger company that focuses on upselling, warranties, and fear tactics.

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood.  I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service.  I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses.  North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate.  They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would.  The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done.  He was quick and polite.  Highly recommend!

Update - I spoke with the owner, Viktor, today (4/15) and he was very apologetic regarding the experience. He explained the reason for the higher cost of replacing my condensate pump and offered to refund my service fee. I appreciated the thoughtful gesture and thanked him for reaching out. Thank you again.
