They were very prompt responding to my quote request through Yelp and the communication to discuss/schedule the job was great. They were able to come very quickly to charge and diagnose my mini split air conditioner during a heatwave. The price for the fix was reasonable, they were very polite and professional. They also used all appropriate safety precautions during Covid-19. Highly recommend.

Shane is nothing short from amazing! He is dependable and goes out if his way to help in a pinch if needed. His prices are reasonable and he is multi-talented and has helped us on various occasions in our primary home, parents' home, and one of our rentals with difficult plumbing surprises that are common in older HB homes. He also does drywall and electrical as well. Additionally, Shane is a kind person and is very sweet with my elderly dad. I will continue to use him for all of our plumbing plus needs and I highly recommend him to anyone in the OC area.

Discovered a leaking water pipe on Saturday. Called Crandalls. They arrived in less than a hour and the problem was taken care of. Very nice experience. Jeff did a great job.

Rubio came out and correctly diagnosed my A/C issues and found the actual problem that was causing the issues with the system that others missed. Great customer experience and very glad to finally have the answers I was looking for. Will call NextGen for all of my future air conditioning needs.

Over Thanksgiving weekend, our water heater broke after 16 years.  We called our regular plumber but no return call so I searched Yelp for a plumber to replace our water heater.   I sent emails to the plumbers and we decided to call Mike J (the owner) from Complete Plumbing, he came the day we called, and gave us an estimate, we decided to go with him.  That was the best decision we made.  They came the following day and replaced the water heater within two hours.   I was so impressed when I came home and it was already replaced. If you need an honest plumber I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My air conditioner needed refrigerant added. I had this done previously in the past, once per summer (2x last couple years).

I hired a new company because I saw that they were local.

The technician that came to work on it and I discussed this when he got on site. He checked the system and confirmed that it was low. He told me he didn't have enough on him so he would need to return to the office to get more. He arrived at 9:15, brought me the receipt at 12:15. He attempted to charge me for the full 3 hours even though he was gone for over an hour. He removed one hour after sharing that I thought he should have come prepared.

I called the office and explained to them that I still felt like I had been overcharged as it doesn't take more than 30-45 mins to top off the refrigerant (based on the last two tech visits from other companies, they only charged an hour). I requested to speak with the owner (not available) and then requested they review the invoice and confirm it was appropriate. No response.

To be fair, they were responsive, sent out a tech the day after I called and left a message. The tech fixed the immediate issue (adding refrigerant) and the system is cooling the house as expected.

What a difference experience makes!  I bought a shower/hand held combo from Kohler. I was assured... simple... just take off your old fixture and screw in the new one. Nope!  Had to have a pipenipple installed. I called a plumber who came over, charged me 200$ to tell me he couldn't help me!  (Why??  I still dont know?  Inexperienced?  Didnt care?) So it sat there for months while i tried to find someone to help. I remembered that i had used cornett before so i called. They sent Dave over... experienced, efficient, and no drama repair!  He even mounted the shower bar onto the shower tile with no problem!!  Dave from cornett is my hero!!  I so appreciate his expertise and experience!

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. Will definitely keep him in my list of go to house service calls for plumping and HVAC. Thanks Mike! Go Blue!

I had been having issues with my toilet and drains clogging and after multiple visits from our property management's maintenance guy, they finally called the professionals at Jack Stephan's. Jimmie L. came out and was very friendly - loves dogs too! He went right to work on all my toilet/clogged drain issues in both my bathrooms and kitchen. He worked quickly, thoroughly AND he took care to pick up and clean up as he went. He even went above and beyond to reroute some pipes for my garbage disposal that weren't properly installed by the maintenance guy just a couple of months earlier. I wasn't paying this bill since I am a renter, but did notice the bill when I signed off, and it was very reasonable. I will be recommending my property manager use Jimmie L. at Jack's for all their future plumbing/drain/heating needs.
