Dustin was a great technician who was very polite and explained what was wrong with our AC unit and helped explain to us what options we could take to fix the unit!

I had a drip coming from the upstairs bath into my kitchen.  I found Stephens Plumbing via Google.  In a panic, I called and spoke with a really nice lady and asked for someone ASP.  I wanted them here by 12:00 noon, that was like 5-8 minutes from the time of the call.  Well, the window was by 2:00 p.m.  Louie got here real quick, discovered the exact problem , all the while I am praying for it not to be a major job.  I was texting family members to pray and questioning Louie about the cost, etc.  He assured me it would not be bad, I kept praying.  He was finished in about an hour and the price was better than I could imagine!  Well, free would be better but this is still great.
I would recommend them to anyone that need quick service, professional and pleasant plumber.  I don't know anything about the Smell Good Plumber BUT, STEPHENS PLUMBING GETS MY VOTE AND BUSINESS.

Shane was amazing! My water heater was showing signs of age for a couple of weeks and finally it gave out on me on a Saturday Morning.  Shane is very knowledgeable and spent some quality time on the phone with me to help me figure out what the best option was for our family. 24 hours later,  I have a tankless water heater installed and we couldn't be happier!  Very professional and super clean install.

This is the second time we have used Crandall's Plumbing. Both times it was to replace a leaking shower valve cartridge. (The cartridges are guaranteed for life, but no match for the hard Huntington Beach water.)

Both times the technician arrived on schedule and efficiently completed the work. The first time he even told me the part was guaranteed, so I sent it in for a replacement. This time we used the replacement. The failed cartridge is going back to the manufacturer.

Update:  I called Next-gen a year after doing an $18k project, for which I left them a stellar review.  What was remaining from the initial job was a 1.5T Mitsubishi mini split for the garage for $3K, which the had told me a month ago they would honor.  The sales guy showed up promptly the next day, and we discussed some changes to the scope.  We agreed that instead of the 1-zone 1.5T I needed a 2 zone system, plus I also wanted to put a tankless heater outside.  They came back with a $17,500 quote, after discounts for the AC and the heater, installed.  The retail price for some of the best Mitsubishi 2-zone/2 head mini splits is $2700, and the best 8GPM tankless heaters are around $2000(Rinnai or Takagi).  Of course there is additional cost in pipes etc and labour for a day of work, so say $4700 + $1000 (line set) + $1500 labor for 1 day of work for a crew of 3.  That's $7200 give or take.  After speaking with their supervisor the final price I was told they could do this project for was $15,000.  They explained how the company had grown from 23 crews a year ago to 75 today, so the owner Ish doesn't speak with the customers any longer and they need to pay the 100 girls running around the office.  I got several quotes from other companies and the average price to do this work was around $7-$8K, which makes sense per my estimates.  Lastly, I had referred NextGen to my brother to replace a copper line set for his garage mini split (lower end system, $750 total retail price with the line set), and he was quoted $2000 to replenish the freon and change the line set.  So I told Zachary (polite manager who followed up and who did his best to fix the situation) that while I once thought NextGen was great to work with, they don't seem to care about their small customer any longer, but then again they must have plenty of big commercial projects to pay for the massive overhead they kept mentioning about throughout this last interaction...

After a handful of plumbers complete plumbing and ac was the only plumbers to locate where my shower leak was. The owner Mike was surprisingly patient kind and gave me the feeling of trustworthiness.

I have dealt with too many company owners that will just say they can't help because they don't see any profit, or will estimate a ridiculous price. Mike took the time to make sure his tech didn't leave until they found my leak and I paid what he originally estimated the cost to be.

I called them because I had an emergency. My water wouldn't shut off. Leo & Anthony came out promptly and fixed the problem. They were professional, friendly, and the price was less than I expected. Other companies would have charged me more so I'm happy I chose Pete Fer Plumbing! I haven't had any issues with my water valve since.

A lot of the negative reviews here focus on the 'lady' that answers the phone for them and mine is as well, but I digress.
I spoke with Dale directly on 12/15/2015 more than once that day regarding installing a new wall heater for one of my houses, the old heater died and my tenants are without heat.  

During the communications between Dale and I he gave me a price and I agreed.  Dale told me that he was going to go back out to the house to check the installation location for the heater in the next day or two.  I do not live there and gave him the number for the tenants.  During the same call he told me he would be out to install the heater on either 12/22 or 12/13.  I immediately notified the tenants about both him coming by and the install date, all is well, or so I thought.  
Today is 12/23 and the 'lady' calls me from Cornett and wants to schedule an install date, I immediately indicate that Dale and I spoke directly and he was supposed to have the job done by today.  We hang up and she calls Dale, she calls back and tells me nope, the earliest date I have is 01/06!  I had no choice but to take the reservation and figure out my options later.  

A few hours later on 12/23 I got home and pulled my notes from the phone call out of my file and I had written it all down during the phone call and I was right, Dale did promise to do the above and I did not remember it incorrectly.   So I call back and ask the lady to send a message for Dale to call me and explain what happened and WOW, she could not get me off the phone quick enough.  She initially said a message would not work and call back in the morning but when I asked again to send a message she became the coldest, rudest, most unapologetic person of any person at a business I have ever spoken to, and I fully understand why the negative reviews here are directed towards her.  Before she was able to hang up on me I did manage to tell her to cancel the whole order as I am not going to give thousands of my hard earned dollars to a company that has an employee like that.  
Dale seemed like a nice guy but I have to say he lied to me, I guess there were more important customers or something.  
Business' need to remember that the voice on the phone are usually the first impression of their business.

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood.  I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service.  I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses.  North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate.  They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would.  The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done.  He was quick and polite.  Highly recommend!

I selected AA over others (even though they were not the lowest quote) to install new heater and AC this past summer primarily because of all the positive reviews on Yelp and gut feeling after consultation with Drew that they will do the job right so I can sleep at night.  I was very impressed with the crew that did the installation.  They showed up every morning, worked all day, then cleaned up before they left.  They also did a fantastic job of removing and installing the new units, especially when I asked to make sure the unit is secured in the attic, they even added more straps to make sure I was at ease.  
I didn't write this review until now because a few weeks ago, I called AA to check out heater noise when I first used it since the install.  They came out right away to adjust whatever it was to ensure I have heat for the chilly nights.  That kind of great service is another reason why I selected this coming.  If you're like me and want to make sure the job is done right the first time with great service, contact AA.  I'm happy so far with my new AC and heater.
