Best Air Duct Cleaning in Long Beach CA

Really poor communication on the attempt at contact. There was no answer and no VM on their phone during posted business hours. So I sent a yelp message and got a response message about an hour later giving a different phone no. I called that number, got a VM, left a message with my phone no. but never got a call back. I can't say anything about their service because their commutation was so poor. This can't be normal because they would be out of business but it's what happened to me last week.

Wow, Talk about  the worst attempt to rip someone off just because she is a female and at a nice house.

Had two issues for them to look at one was a septic transfer tank, which they wouldn't even touch unless it was pumped out. He said they were not capable of pumping it out, and told me to call a septic service company to pump it out. But did nothing to try and troubleshoot the electrical, or connections to the pump.

Second issue was a sprinkler pipe, where the fitting was underground and had to be dug up.  literally 1 foot underground. The part was a three-quarter inch PVC elbow, and one short section of PVC pipe and one coupling. With glue, the cost may be around $20. Estimated cost for them to repair $730! Excuse was you have to let the glue cure and then he would have to test it.  Glue curing on PVC pipe usually 10 minutes from my experience. My girlfriend was the one who was on site, and this is what they told her. She immediately said that was outrageous, then they came back with another offer of $500.
I showed up, had to pay them $125 to go away for their service call. Will never ever use or suggests to anyone to  use them. The picture is what they wanted to for the section of pvc pipe.
I never write reviews or complain about anything even shotty work, but this was absolutely unbelievably ridiculous.

After our AC had been fixed by a different company, I contacted Frans. It was an extremely fast response and they actually fixed the problem. Very knowledgeable, thorough and honest. Everything was explained and my house wasn't left with a mess. Will continue to use this company and definitely refer to others. Thanks Shane!

I wish I could give no stars. We only found this place because our neighbor has a work truck parked outside his house.  Our garbage disposal crashed and thought it was an easy referral. Our mistake.
The initial phone call should have been a tip off. Lucy was so rude...as if I was bothering her with my service. I'm sorry do you have something else you need to do...? besides your job...? She rushed me through the information process, cut me off several times before telling me they would be there between 2-5 that day, couple hours from the call...then abruptly hung up on me. Maybe she was having a bad day? Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but she killed that thought with every other call. She failed to inform me that the appointment she was setting me up with was nothing more than a consultation. If that's what you want to call it. The plumber called me a little after 3, I had missed it...so called the # he left back...not his direct #...? so...yay a direct line back to Lucy. I told her why I was calling she cut me off, asked for my address..abruptly told me they were calling to say they were on their way and hung up on me. 5 minutes later the plumber calls again, starts off to tell me he is there...disconnecting some line or pipe for the kitchen.  When I asked if he knocked to alert anyone he was there he said he had, and no one answered. I got ahold of my boyfriend who was there waiting about 2 minutes later to find out the plumber was just then pulling up...? He said he came in, LOOKED at the sink. Did nothing. said he would call the landlord then went to his truck. Never said what was wrong. Sat there for 30 minutes before he left. Thought maybe he was calling the landlord...but now an entire day later and he has yet to receive a call. DO you think we like not being able to use our kitchen? Cant cook because we cant do the dishes, the contents from under the sink out waiting for it to be fixed, meanwhile we have to eat fast food, and keep the animals cooped up. For not providing any service this was the worst service I have ever experienced.

They did an amazing Job,  best plumbers I have ever used.  Our office contacted them for some late night issues, and they came and did the best job they could and charged a reasonable amount.  In the morning it was clear this was more then a simple clog, Crandall's was here for days, but stuck with.  We had a mainline sewer collapse.  They dug it up and replaced all of it.  It was expensive, but it could have cost so much more with the other guys.  Glad we choose them and I would recommend them to anyone.

PSA. I have no complaints about this company but they majorly overcharge for their products! Please shop around everyone...

I contacted Mike and his company on a 100 degree day when my AC suddenly died.  Mike was able to come out that same day (4 hours later) promptly diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair estimate, and completed the repair in less than 30 mins.  

I was impressed with his ability to properly diagnose and repair the difficulty and I felt I was treated with respect and honesty in the process.

I'll use Complete Plumbing next time I need a quick quality repair.

When I used to live in Torrance we used Cornett to fix our HVAC issues.
Over the years we had 2~3 different guys come and fix our A/C & Heater, but I remember there was this one chubby dude (forgot his name) that came when our A/C was broken.
The dude was seriously genuinely nice and was super patient with me. I'm like super ignorant about this so I asked him like 9284935 questions, he didn't seem irritated and answered every single question. Cornett's getting 5 stars cause of him.

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. Will definitely keep him in my list of go to house service calls for plumping and HVAC. Thanks Mike! Go Blue!
