Got connected to Nick at 9:30 am via a third party staffing site. He said he'd be at my home at 10:30 am but he arrived at 10:15 am. Completed the work promptly - drain cleaning and fixing pipe plumbing and so far, it's been completed correctly. I'd recommend Nick for your plumbing needs.

I hired Empire Plumbing and Heating today to fix a plumbing issue at our PAPYRUS location located in the Towson Town Center.  Not only were they fast to respond and fix our issue (it literally was less than 30 minutes from when I called them ) they were efficient and completed the job quickly and price was amazing. I would hire them again. I highly recommend them.

Worst contractor ever. They were caught sleeping on the job and the quality of installation is very poor.  Each of my toilets are installed a different distance from the wall, and the ones that are too far away all leak. I have to have most of the shower diverters reinstalled (and have to redo the tile around them) because they were put in improperly. They left one of my tubs leaking due to poor installation and refused to come fix it.

Stay away from them if you want the job done right.

Allen is professional and knowledgeable. He claims to be the family guy with family prices and truly proved that today. We had a flooded crawl space and requested his services to figure out the cause. Allen quickly diagnosed the sump pump, went to get a replacement and changed it out in less than 2 hours on a holiday! He is transparent in pricing and very reasonable which is a blessing. He went even further to help us understand what we actually needed so that we could avoid being ripped off. Where most people would recognize naive home owners with little experience and take advantage, Allen ensured we were better informed to make decisions. A lesson that lasts a lifetime. Had an issue where I stupidly left my hose connected to the outside faucet all year and it was stuck and impossible to get off. I contacted Hamilton Plumbing and they sent Mitch to do the repair. Ended up I needed to get a new faucet and copper pipe into the house. Mitch was knowledgeable quickly quoted the price, fixed the problem and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Hamilton plumbing without hesitation- great honest plumbers.

Bailey Bros is the best plumbing company in all of Maryland. These guys where able to help me fix the plumbing leak I had in my rental home while I was in Florida. I would use them again.

They will not give you a price on the phone. You pay $29 for them to come out which they keep if you don't let them do the job. Their price was $141 more then another plumber for a small job.

I love working with Caton's, not the situations that arise that bring me to work with them, but I love working with them. I use them at work for any plumbing needs we may have, but I have also used them at my own home when we had a water line crack. They are always extremely quick to respond and get the job done quickly. They even had their own restoration team come out to help me clean up all the water at my house. Great company to work with.

This company is a big scam. I should not have trusted Jeffrey Muncey and the owner. I paid for a project that was not completed.

Jeff  Muncey locked my property and ran away with the keys without completing the project. I had to buy a new lock and pay a locksmith for a new installation.  I paid upfront $750 to Valley View Handyman Services for nothing. They are not responding to phone calls or texts. This was a total nightmare but I'll make sure that justice will be served.
