I have used this company twice in the last several months. Mike was great to deal with and always followed up. Kenny has done the work both times for me. Very professional, courteous and leaves clean work area. Arrived at designated time and did a fantastic job. Up front pricing. Would recommend !!!

Got connected to Nick at 9:30 am via a third party staffing site. He said he'd be at my home at 10:30 am but he arrived at 10:15 am. Completed the work promptly - drain cleaning and fixing pipe plumbing and so far, it's been completed correctly. I'd recommend Nick for your plumbing needs.

My business uses Forster for our clients and we have used them personally. Brian is very professional and honest and great to work with. We've used other plumbers when needed and Forster's rates are very reasonable comparatively and they never make us wait days to get to a job. They are definitely worth the call.

Sprio at Empire saved us this weekend. Our water heater went out on us and other services couldn't find a unit that would fix where the existing one was located. Spiro found a new unit that would fit, got it fast and installed it for us on a Saturday. Having hot water through the weekend in the middle of winter was a lifesaver. Thanks Spiro!

I was referred to Fred by a plumber, it seems plumbers do not mess with clogs??? He diagnosed the problem over the phone and with a few of his recommendations I was able to resolve the issue myself. I offered to still have him come out so I could compensate him for his time and advise and he said that wasn't needed. So hard to find honest vendors in today's age, but he is one of them.

Did an excellent job. They were running late and still came after 5 o'clock . Repair of toilet valve.

Now that the house in question has been sold, I can feel free to publicly air this issue.
Jason Tart, the owner of Baltimore Sewer Service, is not licensed as a plumber, who does horrible work that causes damage to people's homes and health, and continues to get away with it.
I am speaking from a combination of personal experience and professional knowledge of the law, as well as familiarity with public records in Maryland. Everything I say is true and verifiable, and I will provide screenshots as evidence.
Tart has been repeatedly charged with and convicted of performing plumbing services without a license, in violation of Maryland Business Occupations and Professions 12-601, a misdemeanor carrying a penalty of up to 6 months' imprisonment per violation. He uses the Internet to lure unsuspecting customers to employ him for serious issues that he has no training to handle. Some, like myself, experience substantial damage to their property as a result. Others, like a couple I met in court, dealt with not only property damage but extreme health complications due to his misuse of chemicals on their sewer line.

In our case, Tart promised to provide us with a free video scope of our sewer line, which an earlier, honest and licensed plumber, had told us was not at fault, but rather that there had been a collapse on the part of Baltimore City's line in the middle of the road. We were lured in by this promise, the outstanding (apparently fake?) reviews, and his professional looking website.
When he arrived, he claimed that his result had contradicted our earlier scope of the sewer line. He promised to get the issue fixed for a price that was lower than the market rate. Thinking we were dealing with a licensed plumber with a good reputation, we agreed without getting a third opinion.
Rather than following appropriate protocol, getting permits or using heavy machinery to dig in our yard, as required by the work and the law, Tart hired a couple of day laborers to dig with hand shovels until they not only struck but actually broke our sewer line...but only after cutting into it in our basement and using a garden hose to supposedly try to flush it out - causing a small flood. Ultimately, he declared that, seeing with his own naked eyes rather than the seemingly fictional scope, that the blockage was over the property line and the responsibility of the city, in an effort to con us into continuing to entrust him. We didn't fall for it. My wife immediately demanded a return of all our money (which he provided), I found out that he was not licensed, and in fact had a history of working without a license, and filed a complaint with the plumbing board, to deal with the damage he had caused.
I eventually saw him in court and settled for less than I should've, rather than seeing him go to jail, because I figured he was potentially dangerous and I didn't want to try my luck while he knew where I lived.

We've had them out multiple times to fix sink clogs, leaks, hot water heaters, and they even put in a new waterline for us. Both the GM and the guys who do the work are extremely professional and make you feel like you're in good hands. It's a relief to know that I have a plumber I can count on to provide only the service I need at a reasonable price.
Could not recommend more highly.

Like others I was ignored. I e-mailed the president back and he was a no show and then ignored my e-mails. I called the company a few business days later. She promised me someone would contact me that day (this was yesterday mid day). Sad thing is I am a repeat customer and they have a few great techs, but now that I have a major problem, where are they. They even provided an estimate and then stopped returning my calls and e-mails. Its a good thing, because their estimate of the work was wrong. It now appears its another issue, but either way, when you need a plumber for a big issue stay away from Perfect Plumbing.

Very knowledgeable and great price. Would recommend and use again. Had a small leak coming from my cold water line and had it fixed without a problem.

This company is a big scam. I should not have trusted Jeffrey Muncey and the owner. I paid for a project that was not completed.
Jeff Muncey locked my property and ran away with the keys without completing the project. I had to buy a new lock and pay a locksmith for a new installation. I paid upfront $750 to Valley View Handyman Services for nothing. They are not responding to phone calls or texts. This was a total nightmare but I'll make sure that justice will be served.
I have more details but hope this summary warns others so they can avoid similar cons.

Very disappointed with the work I had done. The first problem with this business is that I waited an entire day for someone to come. I was told that they would be here between 11-4 when in fact, 6pm rolled around, and they still hadn't showed up. Each time I called I was told that they are on their way. I finally had to tell them I'd reschedule. It was 6:30pm. I wish I hadn't. The technician also came late (4 hrs) on the 2nd (rescheduled) appointment. Ultimately, the problem was never fixed. I was told they put the snake down the drain pipe that was overflowing and that the problem may or may not be fixed. It wasn't, and continued to overflow that same day. I was still charged $275.00 for the work. I eventually found another plummer who came and fixed the job by using a high pressure water hose. I called Stilwell Plumbing and asked for a refund and was given the runaround. I was asked to submit the invoice from the plummer who did fix the job, which I did. I then drove to the city to personally drop off a copy of the invoice so that there wouldn't be any problems. They then called the plummer to verify that he did indeed come and fix the issue (and to make sure he was legit). After waiting 2 months for a credit to appear on my credit card statement, I had to call them back to inform them that I still had not seen any money credited back to my account. After several attempts to try and speak to someone, I eventually received a call back from a man who claimed he was the manager of the business and was credited just half ($137.50) of what I initially paid.!I will give that man this; he allowed me to vent (reasonably) and did not get rude or nasty over the phone. So thank you for that. However, I specifically chose this business to fix the plumbing issue at my home because their advertisement claimed that their work is guaranteed. However, they never fixed the problem to begin with. This company let me down. They simply lack good communication with their customers and make false promises. I do not recommend them!

Response time was good. Two other plumbers were giving next day as a response time.
Cost was ridiculous at $800 to come out and run a snake for a 90 minute job.
Usually go to Home Depot and do it myself for under $100. Circumstances at the time didn't warrant that.
Although they got the job done effectively would not use again.
