Tried to DIY repair my toilet and created a bigger issue.  Left Bill a message and he called me promptly in the AM.  Told him the issue and he gave me a call back with a quote in no time.  Was right on time and had new toilet installed and working in an hour.  Cost was exactly what I was quoted.

I called Coldwright about a toilet which was coming loose from the base. Larry came right out the next morning. Although there was a problem with the floorboards in our old farmhouse, he improvised a solution. Great work!

Trey just came on Easter Sunday to deal with a ceiling that was full of water. He took extra time to help me remove my belongings, cleaned the floor, listened to my worrying, and left me feeling so much better. I HIGHLY recommend this company and specifically Trey! He is the best person! And he made sure to leave us with a positive feeling in a catastrophic time.

They worked on my bathroom and I had the unfortunate occurrence of having to follow up with them because they totally messed up my shower wall tiles.....
Their service sucks and the wife of the owner Michelle or something like that I believe .. is so rude and bit**y I'm surprised they are still in business!! She's a huge part of the problem

I hired Ken Griffin Plumbing for several projects between 2009 and 2016. Their work was consistently solid. They were always open to questions and answered them thoroughly. They were my go-to for plumbing. But I've stopped hiring them, despite their good work, because it became difficult to arrange projects with them. I called and described the needed work. At their request, I sent them pictures. I waited a week but did not hear back. I called again. They apologized for the delay and promised to follow up within 1 day. I waited 2 or 3 days and then called again. And so on - only incremental progress was being made over several weeks. Tired of wasting time, I started looking for a plumbing service that not only did good work but also had reliable customer service.
