Best Lighting Installation in Baltimore MD
Great quick service even during weekends. A technician was really professional and friendly.

They did a great job. I needed a washer/dryer hookup installed in a somewhat unusual spot. Another company took a look and said it couldn't be done, but Saffer was able to do some problem solving and come up with a workable plan. On the day of the job, the crew arrived and went right to work, executing the plan well. They got it done in the specified time frame and price, and so far (3 months later) the work is holding up well. The office staff was pretty easy to work with as well. It was not cheap, but good work never is.

A Total RIPOFF!
Called myplumber to move a gas line 12 inches and install a new valve. This is part of a kitchen remodeling as the range is being replaced with a cooktop. Since I do all my own work (electrical, plumbing, etc.) except gas lines, I estimated it would take a technician about 2 hours and no more than $50 in parts (one valve plus copper tubing).
Their technician showed up on time and was fairly friendly. He looked the job over and said it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours plus parts. He said he would have to go to the warehouse to check for parts availability and call me later that day with a quote.
The technician called back and gave me a quote of $580.00. Ouch! I told him he was crazy as I had just paid $400.00 for two technicians for 2 hours to rework the fire sprinkler lines in the same room. He talked to his manager but they would not budge on the price.
Myplumber is a total ripoff. And, they charge you $79.99 just to come out and look the job over which can only be recovered if they do they work. A lesson learned the hard way.
