Took a little longer than expected to complete the job and he charged more, but it got done and Mike is a nice and respectful guy who kept me informed along the way.  I would use him again!

I hired Empire Plumbing and Heating today to fix a plumbing issue at our PAPYRUS location located in the Towson Town Center.  Not only were they fast to respond and fix our issue (it literally was less than 30 minutes from when I called them ) they were efficient and completed the job quickly and price was amazing. I would hire them again. I highly recommend them.

When I was searching for someone to do partial work on my basement project, I found Anthony online. When I met him he was very professional and friendly. When speaking to him and showing him my project he was very knowledgeable and new exactly what I needed for my basement project to get the job done and finished the work. He did the rough- in for my basement and it looks AWESOME!!! I would recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking for a great professional plumber and masonry repair worker. It is hard to find a really good person that is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, fair and someone who does not waist your time. I appreciate a hard worker and Anthony is just that!!!! The only plumber I use. I have had Vernon to my house about 7 times for leaky pipes, various installations, etc. Every time I have called, he has come out the same day, even if it is after regular hours. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results and speedy service. Each time I call, I become more comfortable and confident knowing my problem will be professionally resolved.

I called Chesapeake Plumbing due to a clogging problem another company could not effectively fix. Easy to schedule and came right on time at the early end of the scheduled window. The technician discussed the problem with me before bringing in his equipment. We talked about the problem, the price, and the limits on what he could do -- he even suggested finding out if the previous company provided a warranty and might come back out for free.

The results are actually great. The drain works better than at any point since I have been in the house -- almost 13 years. I down-graded a little bit because it was expensive (more than other places I have used). But I am happy the result.

I called at 845pm on a Thursday night. Allen gave me pricing over the phone after I explained the issue. He arrived at 930pm and had the issue corrected in 15 minutes.  I would use him again!

If I could give them zero stars I would. This company charges too much for their services. Please do some research and find a company who will charge you a fair price.

Bailey Bros is the best plumbing company in all of Maryland. These guys where able to help me fix the plumbing leak I had in my rental home while I was in Florida. I would use them again.

Chris is super-professional, always backs up his work, and knows his stuff. We live in an old house, ca. 1930, and the plumbing isn't always up-to-date. But Chris knows how to work with it. He's done a lot of work in our house, and we've always been happy with him and the people he hires. Highly recommended.

I had a failed heat pump which meant our sun room was only able to be used on those days when it was mild so the room was not too hot or too cold.  I contacted RE Robertson to have them provide options.  They came over and were very conscience of the need for social distancing.  Dave the HVAC manager came by and looked at the sun-room and the old HVAC unit.  He discussed different options including a 'hotel' like unit in the lower wall, putting a single room unit in the wall and replacing the old unit with a modern unit.  He was very helpful in describing what would be needed for each option then provided his recommendation and a quoted price.  We decided on the traditional unit since it would not require additional electrical or carpenter work the other units would require.

Dave scheduled the work and the team came on time and once again were very attentive to the social distancing and wearing face masks during the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new one.  The entire job took just a few hours and the team made sure everything was cleaned up and carted off.

The new unit does a great job of keeping the sun-room comfortable.  We have been using the room nearly every day.  Having this extra space in these stay at home COVID-19 days has been a blessing.

Poor workmanship nothing but problems they take your money and they stop communicating. Ground work they perform all my were lending not straight. I had to get their work rework for toilet, shower drain. The shower drain has to be reset, I have to reopen the concrete again. This terrible and expensive job. Do not get this company to help you with your project.
