Great, professional service at a reasonable price. I have been using Saffer Plumbing for a number of years and couldn't be happier with the service they have provided.

They were masked, that's one star.  They came on the same day as I called, that's the 2nd star.  $200 to replace a toilet flush value (less than $20 part) in 5 minutes.  They charge by the job,  not the time.  The website is deceiving--the $79.50 charge is waived but it was still $200.  The bolts on my tank are rusting but not leaking, to do the bolts and the value would have been $450 and the whole toilet more than $1000. They are a ripoff.  I have a lot of plumbing work that I need--I will not be calling them again.  RIPOFF.
