This business has professionalism, knowledge, honesty and integrity. Tony Reddick was informed some previous plumbing he worked on had malfunctioned. He called first thing the next morning and was there that afternoon. Reddick replaced the part and was a pleasure to do business with. I appreciated his quick service, his easy going personality and his punctuality to fix my problem. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody in Lincoln that wonders what plumber to call.

I would highly recommend this plumbing company. I had a whirlpool tub replaced in a very old house with a very small bathroom. They took their time and were so very careful not to damage the old existing tile. They were very nice. They did such a great job!!!

We had a sink installed. It was a tricky installation. Now I will say the guy that came out was quite scary looking but he did a great job. Additionally the bill was about 1/2 of what many of the big named plumbers in town would have charged. I will use them again.

I have contacted him again for a job in my basement and called twice, left messages, he texted back several days after the second message saying they would be out on Monday to give estimate, it is Wednesday. No Show. No call, no message. Would not use again.

They came out for a home warranty service call and wouldn't take the check I had already made out for them at the time of the visit... then sent me a bill a month and a half later (this is the first time I had revived one from them) that said Past Due! in red ink across the middle. I was happy to pay for the service call but was not happy with their way of billing for it.

Assigned repair for our home warranty a week in advance. They provided a four hour window. I took off time from work and waited. I finally called 10 minutes from the end of the four hour window. Technician said he would be right over. I waited another hour. Their front office called my wife and I over an hour after that to see if the tech had shown up. Rescheduled through our warranty company, hopefully with a provider that values customers and customer time. I had to take five hours of my vacation time, and finally got a call back from the tech two and a half hours after the service window closed.

JT&K Services, Inc. (JT&K) submitted an invoice to us which included the purchase of a water heater. The price of this water heater was inadvertently paid twice by us, once as part of the larger invoice from JT&K and once as a stand alone credit card payment. We alerted JT&K to this overpayment in June of last year. At that time JT&K acknowledged the error and stated that a refund had been sent or would be sent. We never received a refund and have followed up numerous times over the past six months by telephone and email in an attempt to resolve this matter, but have been unsuccessful. JT&K now refuses to speak with us and actually hangs up on us when we call. We were a regular customer for nearly 4 years but now they are completely unresponsive and rude to us. We are a small non-profit and just want our duplicate payment back.
