We had another plumber fix our leaky toilet 3 months ago and it started leaking around the toilet and leaking through the floor.  I called THE PLUMBER, he came right away, and fixed the toilet.  He did such a great job, we had him fix our other toilet that was more than 5 years old.  He was very professional and showed my wife and I a new device that was better than replacing the wax beneath the toilet.  His rates were more than resale.   He did such a good job, I gave him a tip.  I would give him 10 stars if I could,  I would highly recommend THE PLUMBER.

If you're looking for a certified master plumber I highly recommend Freddy Bienka IV with Fast Freddy's Plumbing. We were in the process of a kitchen remodel but couldn't get kitchen shutoff valves to work. Freddy's came out within 24 hours and put new ones in for me. Great customer service and support. We have a sun-room heating and air unit. We've been a Bryant customer for as long as we've lived at our current address, which is 25 years, but NO MORE! Our unit wasn't working, so we scheduled a service call with them. We were charged a service call, which we expected. The service technician told us that a part was bad. He recommended that we order a new part. Our unit is 14 years old. My husband asked him about how much a new unit would cost, and he said anywhere from 2,000 to 5,000. So, my husband said he would go ahead and get the new part for 650. The service technician never offered to quote us for a new unit, nor did he tell us there would be fees if we chose not to go ahead with the new part. After the fact, we found out that we could get a new unit for 1,425 INSTALLED through a different vendor. So, of course, my husband cancelled the part. But wait! There's a restocking and freight fee!! What? Oh yes. We had to pay a restocking and freight fee of an additional 85.15! So, we are out 159.15 for what? For bad, really bad advice and service! My husband called and talked to supposedly the manager. The manager wouldn't budge. We even offered to pay half the fee. But NO! Nothing! So, I'm forced to use other means to get the word out about this horrible treatment! Find another vendor!

Our shower had started to drain slower and slower and after about a week we had standing water every time we showered. Drano, baking soda & vinegar, nothing did the trick so it was time to call someone to snake our shower drain. Zoom Drain was quick to set up an appointment and the service technicians who came out were very friendly. Asked us questions to get a better idea of the issue. It turned out to be extreme rust buildup, which makes sense as we live in a historic building. Nonetheless, they got our shower cleared and draining in no time! Very happy with the service.

They were right on time fixed all our Plunbing problems quickly.  Very friendly reasonably priced for the time spent on our plumbing issues.

I had an emergency sewer drain plugged in my basement filling my house with horrible excrement. I had called several local businesses and no one could get to my house as speedily as Mike and his crew did, not only did they get the sewer drain opened it was a large route, they also spent the time to clean the basement and make it safe for my children

1.  Clean up debris removed from the sewer and do NOT leave it on the customer's floor. Other professionals have when calling in my home.

2.  Do NOT tell the customer the plumbing can be used when the clean out plug hasn't been replaced in the pipe. This same man told my spouse we leave it that way intentionally. (Now my home is unable to use water-period)

3. Maintain your equipment so your crew doesn't have to waste my Monday for 2.5 hours waiting, only to have them break the equipment.

4. When your crew screws up, fix the issue IMMEDIATELY (not tomorrow) and apologize. Customer Service 101 to maintain your company and name.

Now we are at the same point as we were on Thursday, with a sewer line backing up.

Mean threatening and dangerous persons!

Would give zero star. This company orders services, uses them and then does not pay their bills. He's made no effort to call or arrange even small payments. He lets bills come month after month only to have family return mail. After going to their address we were met by outraged wife who yelled and called us complaining of trying to collect for services they ordered and used. This company would not work for free yet expects others to. Very, very unprofessional.

Outstanding plumber; best of four I have used in Lincoln. Very knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, professional, and honest! If you're searching for the best of the best, this is the place. Highly recommended!
