I thought I had left a review months ago, but don't see it. I found this service online. They were prompt, professional, reasonable. Repairs involved refrigerator water line repairs.

Wonderful experience dealing with Summit. This is a truly professional company that offers good service and left my home clean. The prices were fair, they were on time and prepared. I had a lot of work done and everything was fixed to perfection. So glad I hired them.

Logan came to our house last Friday to draw a gas line from our attic down to our kitchen so we can have our gas stove . He is polite professional and protective of your property while he works. I told him he is the only one contractor that I have seen that cleans up after himself as if I would have done. He said when he was training to be come a plumber his old teacher told him leave the house as if you have never been there. He cut the dry wall to the smallest possible cut so the damage would be minimal and also helped me patch the wall back. As you see in the picture. Pricing is very fair . He is punctual and communicative so you won't feel left out. A great craftsman and even greater human being. Thank you Logan

So far they have been to my cabin in Willisburg 3 times, once to install a heat pump and twice to repair another expert's mistakes. They are now working on getting the thermostat so that it does not run basically all the time and not heat the place well. Set on 72 and temp
66. I have been told by Chris a few days ago the stat should have a setting for emergency heat.
The reason this is not a 5 star review is the advertisement stating 24/7. First, contacted the day after service that the heat was still not running properly. The fellow (Jake?) called me back to say he had reached  out to sevicemen but none had returned his call. This was Saturday. The problem would be dealt with, apparently, the first of the week.
I called today, Sunday, to give them further information and got an answering service, who obviously knew nothing about what I was saying, but would give them the message.
I'm not sure these two incidents truly represent 24/7 service. You can contact the company, but I think service on the problem is implied when 24/7 is advertised.
I'll be happy to edit my review when the heat problem is ironed out.

Buzz is my go to plumber.  He has done repairs in all of three of the houses I have owned.  I trust him and he always does a good job and I never have had to wait too long to have him come out and look at a problem.  

He recently fixed a leaky shower and replaced the sink in my guest bathroom.  Both are working great now!

Bill showed up on time to help with dislodging my stuck garden hoses and to winterize my external faucets/spigots. He was very courteous and almost embarrassed to charge me for this job... his saying so/acknowledgement was a big deal for me and assured me of his professionalism and honesty! I'll definitely be using this company again.

Horrible customer service. Technician (Plumber) had a horrible attitude. Never was able to review their actual work due to having to tell the technician to leave my home. Very disappointing. Seek plumbing help elsewhere.

They did so many mistakes on our property we had to bring in another plumbing service to finish and repair all the damage costing us thousands of dollars, some things they damaged could not be repaired and our new property is permanently damaged. I strongly recommend you stay clear of them!
