Daniel thoroughly and clearly explained my options, providing estimates for the various options. Daniel is the consummate professional who is knowledgeable and highly competent. The job was completed on time that same morning. Daniel cleaned up the area and took numerous photographs to show the work that was done under the house. I had a bad leak and other plumbing companies were very strict and non-negotiable with prices, but all city plumbing was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They diagnosed and solved my problem and I've had no issues since! I would highly recommend!

Couldn't have been happier with the service I received on my Hybrid hot water heater.  The consultation was straightforward and clearly laid out my options.  They were able to get my installation scheduled very quickly and so far I'm very happy with results.

We were in a real jam.  Our air conditioner went out yesterday and we were supposed to watch our 3 month old grandson.  We couldn't do that in 90 degree temperatures outside and even hotter inside.  Our warranty company set All in One to help us, and I'm so glad they did.  Melvin diagnosed the problem and Rob gave us a great deal.  Melvin and his son put the new unit in today in less than 4 hours!!  So tonight, our grandson is sleeping comfortably in his bed and so are we.  Thanks All in One for a great job!!  Susan Sparks

This place is a rip off!  They quoted us $5,000 for the job and we have ended up paying over $7,000.  We had the original work done 6 months ago.  The toilet started leaking last night and we have called and talked to a lady.  We have yet to hear back from them.  I will never use this company again!

Dishonest company full of theives and lazy plumbers. Also when they get your money they don't care how bad their service was. The company gave us a quote for a simple snaking and said service would only require one plumber. In the middle of the servicing, a second plumber pops out of nowhere, proceeds to stand around and we get ripped off by being charged for two plumbers and told service was higher than first quoted. The second plumber was literally standing around talking and not doing a single thing. When we called to complain, the nasty associate on the phone told us, That's just the way we do things. We got our money so we don't care what issues you had with the service. Unbelievable. We usually have to spend a couple thousand dollars a year for plumbing services due to the old pipes and system in our house as it is a historic residence. Thanks to this experience we will be giving our cash to other services from now on, and will never use this crooked company again.

they charged my senior and veteran parents $1680 to replace and install a gas water heater!!!! it only cost 500 at Lowe's. when we called to discuss why it cost 1100 installation,  they wouldn't give an answer other than saying it was a flat rate. not only that,  the service man had them write a check out to himself!!!! when I called the company to find out what was up with that, they said it was fine. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE!!! DO NOT USE THEM
