Best HVAC System Repair in Lexington KY
After a year of an upstairs bathtub leak and 4 other plumbers saying they fixed it and spending over $1000, Kings Helper fixed a leak no one else could. Also installed a new bathroom sink and faucet, garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and fixed a hot water pipe leak that another plumber couldnt fix. I'm beyond happy.
Chris was a true professional and they are now on my speed dial as my go to plumber. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Preventative Maintenance & analysis requested by me, for my residence, was a pleasant experience. I'm biased because I also had chosen them to replace my old system, which worked out very well too. Service by office & technical staff was friendly & concerned about customer satisfaction, from scheduling, to work completion. Helpful tips and knowledge, shared by tech were appreciated. Cost was a good value, IMO. Cecil's worked for me.

My partner and I recently bought a home and needed extensive plumbing and electrical work done. We contacted All Trade Services to come to the property and give us a quote. Two men arrived on time and were professional, but that was the last we ever heard from the company. We never received a quote, or an answer to our email asking about said quote.

Everything done and taken care of in one day! Others where days and weeks out to come give a estimate. The one other quote we did get, was double the price.

I called and was not shifted around and put on hold a bunch of times. I explained my plumbing issue in detail. I was put in the schedule for the following day. They were here earlier than I would have expected. The service call solved all of my problems very quickly, and at a price that was expected. No complaints. The man who made the repairs said he guarantees all his work and would come back if I wasn't happy. I would use this company again.

Dean installed a heat pump and a furnace for us within a week we had to have him come back out for a service call and he tried to charge us $65.00. We refused to pay because it was A BRAND NEW SYSTEM THAT HE HAD INSTALLED and he cursed at us and hung up on us.
We think the professional thing to do was stand behind his work, politely oblige and fix it which is all that we had requested. Incident took place in 2001 and we have never forgotten how VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL he was, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to family or friends!

The issue I was having was fixed, so that is why I gave a two star rating of my overall experience, but it was not without frustrations.
I made the service call for a slow draining kitchen sink after trying numerous things myself, including a manual snake, which just did not get the job done. I wanted a power snake and thus the call to the plumbing company.
Of course, when I told this to the plumber, he spent the first hour repeating several of the techniques I had already tried and on hour two finally got to the power snake, which I intended him to start with.
The issue was fixed after 3.25 hours, which I am grateful, but after the plumber left, I found my crawlspace door open and at least five cigarette butts in my driveway where his vehicle was parked.
Call me picky, but I expect things to be put back as they were (crawlspace door closed) , I do not appreciate litter on my driveway (cigarette butts are litter) or paying for at least five smoke breaks in 3 hours and it was frustrating to watch the plumber in vane execute similar tactics that I used, essentially wasting the first hour. Next time I have a plumbing need, I will try another company.
