I met Will at a professional networking group and he's very friendly and knowledgeable.

I just bought my first house and he sent Kevin over to help fix our front door, doorbell, and to clean up the attic/check on some things.

Kevin was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all of my many questions and was very courteous throughout the day as he went from one task to the next.

I will be calling them again to do some drywall work after we fix some wiring issues, and probably again to paint the exterior of our home.

I sent out a request for quotes to multiple handymen via Yelp and everyone either said they were booked or charged an excessive amount. Kevin replied back and said he could get it done that day or the next morning at a very reasonably, fair price.

We originally hired Kevin for helping us mount our 50 TV in our bedroom as we did not have the right bit for the nails for our specific mount nor did we have a stud finder. We ended up last minute also asking if he can mount mirrors around the house.

This is where he went above and beyond with the quality service, one of the mirrors my father had was manufactured to be mounted up horizontally and we wanted up vertically.
At first, maybe I thought he was not able to do it because of the original manufactured bolts on the back of mirror, but he was quick to brainstorm that mini project and told me he can make that happen!
He educated and showed me how he was able to do it, and even made sure to secure it (mirror is heavyweight).

He also is licensed to do plumbing services! He's an all -around handyman, and from now on our family will be using his services. Thank you Kevin, we appreciate you!

I am not the landlord of my home and it seems this is why this company gets away with this, they are late about 50% of the time.  They say they've been trying to contact you the whole day when in fact it was just one missed call.  Talk about taking you for a fool so they can feel better.  That's not the way it's supposed to work.  Their work is good, but if you want to be taken seriously I recommend someone more reliable for your renters.  Customer service even for your renters does make a difference in the length of their stay.

I don't know where to begin with Richard. We have tried having many quotes come out for a catio to be built under our porch but many other businesses would never call us back or would say the job is impossible without spending tons of money.
Richard came out assessed the area and built it in 2 days without breaking the bank. He listened to what we wanted and did his best building the thing all by himself while other companies probably would have used 2-3 guys.
Richard is on time and honest about his work and was a pleasure having him do our project for our cats.
