SUMMARY:  Their website advertises that they work on solar water heaters, but actually, they don't.

DETAILS:  I wrote and asked about availability for fixing my solar water heater, since the About page on their website says, We know how to handle a diverse range of plumbing issues, whether we are dealing with water treatment, solar water heaters, or something else!  They wrote back and said that they don't work on solar heaters.  I said okay, but your website says you do.  They acknowledged that, but said that they really don't work on solar heaters.  Yet a month later, their website still says that they do.

Wastes potential customers' time.

Excellent customer service from the start. We had a whole house plumbing issue. They came out within an hour of calling them. Zen and Jacob found the problem Immediately. These guys were hard working and did great job.
They communicated with us and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Zoom plumbing!

For the second time in less than a year, I have called to schedule a plumber.  Been sent to the plumbing department voicemail.  Requested a call back for a plumbing leak and other service.  They do not call back.  Poorly run and managed business.  Very frustrating.  Don't waste your time!

We had an Excellent experience with G.I.S plumbing...not only did they actually answer the phone, but they were able to make it to our house the next day! They were servicing over 15 homes per day after the snow storm. They were courteous & experienced...they had a crew to figure out the problem. Fixed it...we had running water in an hour! They were very help! They will be coming back to repair drywall after they get as many people as they can up & running with water.
