Best Outdoor Lighting Installation in Austin TX

I was amazed at how quickly Austex Sprinkler responded to our call for help on a leak at my home.  It was just after we had our recent big freeze in late January early February and I know they had to be busy.  Josh came out and got us up and running in no time and at a very reasonable price.  I still have a lot more to do to upgrade my system and I will be calling Austex Sprinkler for sure.

Jacob and Christina were great!  They came out to do an annual assessment of my sprinkler system.  Clearly ID's the deficiencies, gave a clear line item price and fixed it.  I felt the pricing was very competative and I had Jacob complete the repairs.  He was quick and I feel complete.  I look forward to having a sprinkler system that works this summer.  Until Jacob came out my run times kept messing up and my zones kept going out.  I had a number of sprinkler heads that needed to be capped as well and Jacob and his team assessed this as well.  Jacob was very professional and helpful.  Overall a great experience.  I can tell you the customer is not always right and trying to tell customers they are not right is not always easy.  It seems that Angie's List and Home Advisor clients want something for nothing.  These customers need to read the fine print of what they buy and be accountable for what they buy.  Just because you cannot be responsible for yourself, it doesn't mean that the person you are buying from is at fault.  Keep up the good work Christina, Jacob and the whole Team at Superior Irrigation and Lawn.  Owning a small business is hard and something to commend and people don't always realize the devastation they cause by giving a bad review for a small business.  We all have off days and we need to learn to be more compassionate and owning of our mistakes.  I highly recommend Superior Irrigation and Lawn.
