These guys are awesome! Zef the owner is the man! Had a ceiling pipe burst and water everywhere! Luckily, we shut the water off quickly at the main and stopped the leak relatively quickly. But there was still tons of water. We called around all the big names that your Google Search pulls up and many could not respond on a Saturday. Those that could wanted, on average, $250 for the first 1/2 hour and something like $68 every additional 15 minutes. Well Zef and his assistant came out and spent an hour here fixing the leak and even fixed a broken handle on the shutoff valve for me, without me asking, and stayed to make sure all was well. All this for $175. YES $175, do I need to say it again! OK, $175 bucks! That is appetizers any a beer at Ruth's Chris!

Just want to give you a fair warning that if you call this company for service they are very quick to respond with a price that will have your head spinning once your handed the bill. The only place I've ever dealt with when nothing is itemized and when I called into challenge the $393 labor and the $309 equipment I was basically given the speech where they justify all charges and attempt to make you feel like you got a bargain. Even grocery stores itemized purchases but not these folks and everything is based on their systems which make no sense/CENTS at all. Shower still leaks so I want to thank them for allowing me the opportunity to call another plumbing company to come fix what did not leak prior to them entering into my home. Although they may have a pretty good reputation in the city of Jacksonville I will share with you that I will never use these folks again. Not telling you what you should or shouldn't do when it comes to plumbing but please just make sure that you bring your wallet and are willing to pay for services rendered without any itemized bill or chance to challenge without listening to somebody tell you that the charges were justified and you basically got a deal.
