Best Toilet Repair in Aurora CO
Showed up 90 minutes late without any word; then couldn't figure out how to shut off the gas to start the job. Said they were going to install a water heater and come back. No calls, no emails, no texts; called the main office during regular hours and it went straight to voicemail and no one called back.

Sewer talk is anything but sexy and is downright depressing financially. When our main line backed sewage into our house, we weren't prepared for the news of a belly in our line combined with an offset. We called Mainline for a second opinion/camera scope.
The woman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. She recommended several contractors that could do the work on our sewer line. In addition, we set up a camera scope.
Matt P came out to do the scope and was awesome. He was really professional and took his time explaining what was happening in our sewer line as well as options for us. He gave us really good advice and his write up was very comprehensive. I was able to take his report and give it directly to Ed Holcroft who was one of their recommended vendors. He was awesome too and just finished the work on our line today.
In short, plumbing work is not fun to pay for but is of course essential! I would trust Mainline, Matt P and Ed Holcroft with any job.

I described my issue as a scene right out of the Exorcist. A backup in the drain plus leftover beef stew down the garbage disposal caused an explosion of stew all over my basement last night. Jason came out this afternoon and took care of the problem right away. He was full of tips on everything from plumbing, to water heaters, to our camper, and even our wacked our rescue dog that locked himself in the bedroom :)
I highly recommend bluefrog Plumbing, and especially Jason. Thank you!!!!

I am happy that I found Jacob originally via the Thumbtack website, which is oriented toward homeowners who need to hire professionals for home improvement, repairs, and other projects.
Regarding the plumbing issue in my home- my pipes would shudder profoundly from water hammer whenever I used the washing machine- in addition to making a loud thumping sound that could be heard and felt throughout the home every time the washing machine valves would open and close during operation. I had water hammer arrestors already on the washing machine, but they were not helping much.
Jacob assessed the situation and measured the pressure of the water in my home, which was at 95psi. Jacob informed me that the water pressure should not be over 75psi, otherwise it can harm water related appliances such as the dishwasher, washing machine and hot water heater- and of course that the high pressure was the likely cause of water hammer in my home. I did some quick research online to confirm that indeed, residential water pressure should not exceed 75psi.
I went with Jacob's recommendation to install a commercial grade pressure reducing valve that would cap the plumbing water pressure at 75psi throughout the entire home. The device that he installed works wonderfully, as it completely resolved my problem. Finally, I no longer have the annoying and harmful water hammer issue. Additionally, in another area of my basement, he properly attached plumbing pipes to the wall, so as to support and stabilize the plumbing.
I found Jacob to be very knowledgeable and professional, and would gladly hire him again in the future. He is a high quality professional that takes pride in his work.

Don reworked our kitchen sink, making adjustments to the plumbing hookups so that it would be easy to dismantle as needed during a remodeling project. He replaced soldered fittings with removable ones, replaced glued pvc with some that was easier to disconnect(during the next stage of our remodel). He also found a possible dishwasher drain backup issue and fixed that too (with our approval).
He made the changes we needed to move ahead with our remodel. We liked how he explained everything he was doing and the reason- as plumbing is new to us. He also showed us ways to completely empty the water lines- an obstacle we ran into on a DIY job previously.
His pricing was very reasonable, and especially for getting a master plumber with 20 years of experience! Whether you need help with your own do-it-yourself project, or just want it done- we recommend PHI Plumbing!

I called Thomas this morning because my heater went out and it's getting very cold out. I was nervous I would be buying a bunch of space heaters. Thomas answered right away and said he could be at my house at 5pm to help. Before he arrived, he asked me questions to figure out the problem. I texted him photos and model number info. We were able to identify the broken part so he would have it ready right away. He gave me the price upfront too.
He arrived right on time, wore a mask, put on booties and got right to work. It's 5:37pm and he's already gone and my house is getting warm again. I highly recommend calling Thomas when you need anything HVAC related (probably plumbing too). Thank you, Thomas!

Torn on review, guys nice & professional...yet, feel like I was overcharged.
As a widowed senior, was a big chunk of change for me. This is for the Rooter Town at a different address than on this listing. Same company name.
Water flowing onto floor from dishwasher not draining, You call dozens of places, Hmm, call appliance places OR plumbers? Had to be the drain so I went w plumbers.
You are on the phone/websites/advisor sites searching, it was 6-7 PMish & NOBODY would come out. RooterTown said they could come out next day. You have no basis for getting ideas of cost.
Came next day, one guy, no mask. He is the estimator, charges you for the estimate, different than a no-trip-charge in the ad, so it will confuse you. They do NOT deduct the charge of 95$ if you get repairs, like some others.
He tells you what you need/ should get, said be best to get a hydro jet job, way more $$ than cable/snaking. He gives you cost, not an estimate...flat rate. Says jetting is thorough, takes 2-4 hrs depending on build up. You pay him and he leaves.
Different guys came to do the work, same day. No masks. They were done in about an hour, maybe less. Paid almost 600$ for a one hour job that was based on 2-4 hrs, already paid separately for estimate.
After they left, had time to research when not in panic mode, found better prices & differences in how others operate / bill:
1) would have billed me based on how long it took, not a flat rate
2) was told they would have tried cable first, go from there
3) some give discounts / some deduct estimate charge from total
My lessons:
* research places BEFORE.. have list of places ready, no panicking
* question prices more, it's okay to do that, it's practical & smart

I had the best experience with this company. I had my kitchen completely remodeled and extended and I LOVE it!! These guys worked hard, never complained and were such professionals. They have knowledge about so much, electricity, plumbing, building walls. I was impressed. On top of all that they were affordable. I would hire them again and again and I plan to!

Levi is very professional and wonderful at what he does. I called him based on these two previous reviews. He has since fixed about 5 different things around my house. He is quick and efficient, and I've never waited longer than an hour for a call back when I leave a voice mail.
He has always come in under budget for every project, and he is the only plumber I will use in the future!

They completed half the job I hired them for, then refused to come back and finish the job until I paid $500 for 45 minutes of work. I wouldn't have balked if they hadn't led me on for a month about they will be back out on Monday to finish the job.
