These folks are rare these days! Responsive, personable, and very accommodating with extremely fair prices. As good as it gets in this business. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Dewayne with Mainline is great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and seems like a good guy. He knows his stuff and will help you source additional repair work to make sure you are getting an honest quote.

Our main drain flooded our basement with sewage over night and I called Juan the next morning. He was able to send his brother, Christian, over within an hour and quickly turned a disaster around so we could use our toilets normally again. Christian was very clean, polite, and friendly (even to our two barking dogs).
They were able to adhere to their original quote (which was also the cheapest quote around!) and answered all my question thoroughly and honestly. Thank you, guys! I'll definitely be calling them again! -Justin

We have had multiple fixes and renovations needed at our house and Nate has always been there. The work is always done quickly, well and for a reasonable price. Nate's knowledge and skill will help you with your current plumbing needs and plan/prepare for any future ones.

They spent a long time figuring out my issue. Ryan was very knowledgeable and patient. Did it all at a reasonable price too.

Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. He communicated when he was on his way, worked quickly and payment and check out was seem less with credit card (even Amex!). No need for any other plumbers.

We recently called Pipecraft on a Sunday and they were able to schedule us first thing Monday morning to help detect the source of a leak in our basement. When they came out they explained where the source likely was and that they would need to cut out some drywall to get to it. They identified the source of the leak almost immediately and were able to get it fixed quickly for a reasonable price. I felt super comfortable that the plumber knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely professional and competent and a pleasure to work with. Overall extremely satisfied with the whole process and I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you Pipecraft Plumbing!

We had a leak into our basement when the back yard hose was turned on. I reached out and Thomas was professional, responsive, and quick. He communicated clearly both leading up to the time he was to arrive and continued to do so throughout the repair. We'll certainly use him again for any issues that might arise.

Epic recommendation! My 70 year old house needed all of the galvanized plumbing replaced, including the waterline into the house. It wasn't an emergency situation (yet) so I had time to get multiple estimates. I wanted to use an established plumbing company with a good reputation, so I got bids from several big name companies, and I also called Dig It based on their excellent Yelp reviews (including the ones Not Currently Recommended). I decided to go with Dig It primarily because the owner, Doug MacLean, spent the most time discussing my concerns. He also made several relevant points that the others failed to mention and, last but not least, their bid was very competitive.
They completed the waterline replacement in one day, and I was grateful that the crew was careful to minimize damage to the lawn. They covered the grass underneath the pile of excavated dirt, then when they refilled the trench they used a tamper to pack the soil. The next day while the plumbing crew started the interior portion of the job, one of their guys raked the front lawn and then power washed the sidewalks and street in front of the house. I could not have been happier (and I'm sure my neighbors appreciated it too).
The inside plumbing took several days and I was equally happy with the finished results. Despite the challenges of an older house, they did expert work and took all the proper measures to minimize the dust created by having to cut into the walls.
In the end I'm really glad I took my time choosing the right company, and I cannot say enough good things about the positive experience I had with Dig It. They are competent and professional and it was obvious that they cared that I was happy with the job they did.

This review is long overdue and I'm sorry I'm just getting around to it. Simply put, best plumbing/sewer/drain company out there. My husband had called another company couldn't get the job done. These guys show up and don't leave until things are flowing well again. They jetted and scoped to the house, to the street and back...THAT'S THREE TIMES, until we were confident the pipe was completely free of debris. He spent 3 times what the other company spent in time and effort and only charged us half. My husband was also impressed with the guy's professional approach while still being laid back and super friendly. THIS is how you do business!!

What a great experience! I got scheduled same-day. He was very efficient, but also took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail which I liked. He gave me good advice for dealing with the sink problems in the future. He was fast, affordable, and friendly. I would absolutely hire him again for any plumbing problems we have.

They came within a day when I had a leak, found it quickly, replaced pipes and completed in 5 hours. Provided excellent advice and brought the water shutoff to a place easy to access. Very impressed!

I would highly recommend Spartan Plumbing. Our father just passed and my sister and I came home The house is over 60 years old and requires a lot of repairs. Vaughn come in and provide quotes for the two top items on our list. He was able to return two days later and clear the sewer line and rebuilt a toilet. We identified another toilet not working and he set to work repairing it.
Vaughn was professional and careful around the hard wood floors. He communicated effectively throughout his visit. While working he identified another concern, brought it to our attention, but did not try to sell us additional work. Vaughn explained the problem, what it could affect and what we could do if the shut off valve were the fail.
I work with an electrician in Idaho who is a Nexstar Partner, a professional HVAC, plumbing bing and electrical service national training program. I was totally surprised when I asked and he said they were not a member of Nexstar.

Frustrating experience. I have had issues with my main pipe before, so I said on the phone I was looking to get that unclogged, and with the plumber when he showed up. At first he tried to sell me a new toilet, but I asked for the main pipe to be cleaned again. He then used a snake in the toilet, but it only went a few feet so I had to ask again to clean out the main pipe. While he was messing around in the bathroom he just watched while the toilet overflowed, I had to reach around him and stop the toilet from running. Eventually he got down to the main pipe to clean it, but he had filled it up with water, testing the bathtub, so sh**ty water just drained out onto my basement floor. He eventually snaked out the main pipe, then just sat the sh**tty gloves dirty side down on the ground. I could see his latex gloves underneath were dirty, but he kept touching handles and other things even after I asked. After finishing, he didn't spray anything on the basement, just wiped the sh**tty water with some paper towels. He also left the obstruction that was clogging the drain just sitting on the basement floor. While leaving, his machine was wet from the toilet water, and it made a trail all the way back thru the basement, upstairs, and out to the front door. I showed him the brown wheel marks, but he still charged me full price even though I said it was going to cost me $40 to get a mop and bleach from Lowe's. $189 seemed about $50 higher than I had paid in the past, even without leaving a bio-hazard behind.
On top of all of this, he took his mask off while we were both downstairs. In a pandemic, I'm not comfortable with someone in my house who is seeing a ton of people every week and not taking covid precautions.

I had a great experience with High 5 Plumbing and specifically with Francesca and Josh. Francesca answered the phone, scheduled my appointment, called to let me know Josh was on his way, and called after to make sure it was satisfactory. Which I really appreciated!
Josh was prompt, explained everything so well and fixed the problem quickly. I really appreciated him, he was so pleasant and such an expert!
Thank you High 5 Plumbing!

USE SOMEONE ELSE. They came out to fix our furnace, charged us a good deal of money to install new parts which did not fix the furnace. They said they would refund some labor if it didn't fix it, but never did. E-mails went unanswered. Also, plumbed a new sink with hot/cold backwards - not a big deal for me to fix - but they plumbed the dishwasher off the cold water also which is a tougher fix. I'll pay for someone else to fix it. Why check your work??? Horrible workmanship.
