Best Pipe Repair in Aurora CO
I keep seeing McComb plumbing's truck around the neighborhood and all I feel is dread for anyone who called them. They might be Ok at clearing a clogged drain, but do not hire them for any remodeling work. I had explicit, printed directions for a toilet install, and yet the rough-in was placed at the wrong location, TWICE. The tile then needed to be redone, TWICE to account for that mistake.
Moving on to the shower/tub rough-in which needed to be finished before the tile guy came --well, no worries! McComb showed up on time, but whoops! they had to leave early because they made plans to leave on vacation without letting me know to reschedule, so I was left with a half-done job and my tile guy couldn't finish the job and so the remodel was pushed out an entire month.
There was no mention of reimbursement for any of my costs to re-do the tilework of course. In fact, they wanted to be paid 3x for the toilet rough-in...totally selfish business, just Wow.

Summary:
I have not come across a company that is as honest as this one. I highly recommend them!
Details:
We had a backup in our sewer line that caused damage to our finished basement. We called a widely used company here in Denver that came out to do a sewer line scope and gave us a quote of $30k to replace the line. That's not a typo. Apparently, our line was longer than the typical line, and the line had roots and was in bad shape according to the plumber, and the line needed replacement. When we asked the company for the DVD of the scope work (which was included in price paid), they refused to provide it. This told me that they simply didn't want any evidence that would go against their obscene quote.
After many tears shed, we decided to call a second company for an independent assessment of our sewer line-meaning a company that does not do repairs. After reading reviews, we decided on Mainline Services. Dewayne came out to see us and it was apparent from the beginning that he was about as knowledgeable as it gets. On top of that, he was very polite and friendly. We scoped the entire line, and we viewed the video together on a much bigger screen. We found NO major issues. The only thing we'll need is a cleaning to clear out some roots. That's it! Every question we had was answered in depth. We paid $99 for the scope, and what we received in return was exceptional service and a relief that I can't put into words. Thanks Dewayne!

The Just Plumbing crew of Avery, Chris, Remmy, and Johnny did an outstanding job repiping my entire house. They were efficient and competent, completing the job in one day. I highly recommend Just plumbing for your repiping!

I think one of the biggest concerns with finding a local plumber is trustworthiness. I called AE Plumbing regarding a water pressure issue and while Juan could've charged us to fix the problem but instead he gave me suggestions for how to fix it myself. That showed a level of trustworthiness that you don't typically find. We just recently moved into the area and we will use this company for our plumbing needs moving forward. Highly recommend you do the same.

Tyler came out to fix our AC the same day we called on the hottest weekend of the year so far. Life saver. And he was very friendly. Took the time to explain what the problem was, how he was fixing it, and the rationale behind Freon pricing. Recommended!

Arrived on time with all the parts needed to fix our broken garden hose valve. Ryan was professional and knowledgeable and quickly fixed our issue at a third of the price that another plumber had quoted the same job for. Would for sure use Bluefrog again. Glad to know we have a good plumber to call when needed.

I had the best experience with this company. I had my kitchen completely remodeled and extended and I LOVE it!! These guys worked hard, never complained and were such professionals. They have knowledge about so much, electricity, plumbing, building walls. I was impressed. On top of all that they were affordable. I would hire them again and again and I plan to!

I am happy that I found Jacob originally via the Thumbtack website, which is oriented toward homeowners who need to hire professionals for home improvement, repairs, and other projects.
Regarding the plumbing issue in my home- my pipes would shudder profoundly from water hammer whenever I used the washing machine- in addition to making a loud thumping sound that could be heard and felt throughout the home every time the washing machine valves would open and close during operation. I had water hammer arrestors already on the washing machine, but they were not helping much.
Jacob assessed the situation and measured the pressure of the water in my home, which was at 95psi. Jacob informed me that the water pressure should not be over 75psi, otherwise it can harm water related appliances such as the dishwasher, washing machine and hot water heater- and of course that the high pressure was the likely cause of water hammer in my home. I did some quick research online to confirm that indeed, residential water pressure should not exceed 75psi.
I went with Jacob's recommendation to install a commercial grade pressure reducing valve that would cap the plumbing water pressure at 75psi throughout the entire home. The device that he installed works wonderfully, as it completely resolved my problem. Finally, I no longer have the annoying and harmful water hammer issue. Additionally, in another area of my basement, he properly attached plumbing pipes to the wall, so as to support and stabilize the plumbing.
I found Jacob to be very knowledgeable and professional, and would gladly hire him again in the future. He is a high quality professional that takes pride in his work.

I had a main sewer line back up today and figured I was stuck without water until Monday morning. After all, who comes out with an hours notice on a Sunday morning? This company did. The young woman that answered the phone was amazing and polite. She had a tech to my house in 45 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. The techs name was Tommy and he was great. He brought in his equipment, opened the main line, ran the rooter a full hundred feet and cleared the line. He capped everything, cleaned up and ran water long enough to ensure the line was clear. The bill was 95 dollars with zero attempt to upsell me anything. When I asked him how much to scope the line, he gave me a price but he didn't push it on me at all. He answered the question and went back to packing up his equipment. He cleaned up, gave me my bill, I paid it and he left. Super easy and super fast. We were so happy we even called Clark, Tommy's supervisor, and spoke of our happiness with the situation. I highly recommend this company.

They came within a day when I had a leak, found it quickly, replaced pipes and completed in 5 hours. Provided excellent advice and brought the water shutoff to a place easy to access. Very impressed!

I'm very impressed with Spartan Plumbing! I have now used them several times, both at home and at work. They have done a toilet replacement and 3 water heater replacements (separate locations) for me and also have some significant repiping where needed in an old home. Each time the plumber who has come out has been different and each one had outstanding integrity and skill! I never feel like they are trying to sell me anything and feel like they are totally straight shooters and fairly priced. Most recently Vaughn is who did the water heater install at my house and was wonderful! Such a friendly guy and took his time and did a thorough, great job! I have recommend Spartan Plumbing to several friends who are also all happy with them. I'm very happy to have found my go-to plumbing company that is honest and stands by their work.

My power vent water heater broke down on a Monday and I had to deal with Sears Home Warranty group to get it replaced. Dealing with Sears through Cinch Home Services was a complete disaster but through all these frustrating conversations, which lasted 9 days(!), Ronnell was fabulous. He fought for me with these fools, on my behalf during the whole time period. I will never recommend purchasing a Sears Home Warranty because basically they put up barriers, the whole time, to NOT replace the water heater. Ronnell finally got the water heater and installed it two days before I was told it was going to be replaced. John did a great job with the installation and Ronnell even came over to make sure all was well with the water heater. I appreciate everything Ronnell and John did to get me the water heater. 9 days without hot water, with my 91 year old mother with me, was a bit hard to deal with. Thank you Ronnell and John!!!

Jon Couri was the plumber they sent out to help me determine why my water meter was registering use even though everything in the house was off. He was quick, thorough, and professional! He explained every step of the process, from why the leak had begun (corrosion of the flapper in the toilet) to which parts he was replacing, and why they were important. The overall price was very reasonable for the services performed, including the fact that they were able to send someone out and have it all done the same day! High 5 Plumbing will definitely become our go-to for future plumbing needs! Thank you!

After explaining that I don't know anything about my new baseboard heating system, the person who came to fix the broken heaters tells me that the issue is that my baseboard heaters are closed. So really they spent almost two hours and charged me $245 to open the baseboard slats. DO NOT HIRE THESE scammers.
