These folks are rare these days! Responsive, personable, and very accommodating with extremely fair prices. As good as it gets in this business. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Juan was quick to respond on Saturday afternoon and was able to help us in a pinch. He quickly diagnosed a water heater issue and fixed a leaky garbage disposal. Very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

Joseph did a great job, he came out to our house on a Saturday morning and was very thorough. We had an issue with a bad smell coming from our bathtub drain and he made sure the issue was taken care of. And he gave us advice for the next time! We will keep this company in mind when we have any issues in the future.

I used Jacob to add an extension off of the main gas line for a new gas range that was replacing an electric range.
Jacob and his office were prompt and courteous in responding to the initial inquiry and scheduling an estimate. Jacob showed on time for the estimate and carefully measured and explained the size requirements for gas lines and what the options would be. He gathered all of the BTU information from existing units and from the manufacturers web site for the new range.
Upon scheduling the work he honored the appointment time and finished within the window and in accordance with the written estimate he had previously provided.
I would not hesitate to recommend or seek use his company again for gas or plumbing needs. He is a pro in every aspect of his work and maintains a clean work location.
Thanks.

Don responded quickly to an urgent plumbing problem. Just purchased a former fix and flipper a month ago and discovered the previous contractors dumped dry wall plaster down the garbage disposal (thanks for nothing dudes). Don kept us updated on his findings, recommendations, and pricing. All very reasonable. Great to have a nearby professional and licensed plumber. Highly recommend.

MUST MUST HIRE!!!! These guys are no joke. Sam and his team are so professional, on time and very thorough. I had an emergency flood from a clogged line that happened on a weekend and sam and his team were the only company to show up ASAP and not only assess the problem but get it fixed ASAP!!! My basement flooded and had major damage and couldn't use my house for days. As you all know insurance claims are a pain, but Sam and his team made this very easy and less stressful. They literally dug up 12 feet deep and 8 feet wide and 20 feet long of dirt to get to the line. They not only did it fast, but in the rain with no additional damage to my property including the dirt they dug up disappeared. I can't say enough about the follow through, professionalism and constant feedback during this time Sam portrayed to me. He is by far the best I've come in contact with for any profession.

Very satisfied with this company's honesty and efficiency. They were able to set me up with and appointment the next day when I called about toilet issues.
I couldn't have been more impressed with Ian, who was extremely detail- oriented, friendly, and conscientious. He even went all the way back to his truck because he didn't like the washer he was putting on!
Highly Recommended.

Joe came to take out a leaky garbage disposal. He was quick, polite, clean, and able to schedule me same day. A week later we had the same problem at a rental property, and again, he was prompt, quick, clean, and polite. Thanks Joe!

We came home from a vacation to a major leak in a shower valve. Thomas was very responsive to arrange Eric to come out and do the repairs. Turns out not only was the valve a problem but the plumbing was in need of repair. Access to the plumbing was difficult and Eric found a clever way and did an expert job at putting it all together. He was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job. While it was a costly repair, the value is good because of the fast response and professional work. I am very pleased and strongly recommend TCF. They are now my go-to plumbers.

The tech was super friendly and came out same day to give me an estimate for a hot water heater. The quote was insulting, at close to $4500 for a $600 tank. I paid less than half of that after shopping around. I found many companies would give me an estimate over the phone, sometimes asking for a photo of the unit first. It pays to shop around

The service guy was polite, but also sexist. Kept telling me to tell my husband he could take care of this... I corrected him several times that I have a wife. They also charged $195 to clean a drain that took him less than 10 minutes to clean, and the website said $95. Do not use them. They also said it would be another $195 to remove a toilet to get to a cleanout that you could get to from the wall Without needing to move the toilet. Pay more should really be the name.

I had a leaky pipe behind the wall and Kyle isolated the issue in no time at all. As you can see from the photo below, a nail penetrated the pipe creating a hole which caused the leak. Nice work on the repair and I appreciate the quick follow-up.

This company is awful. They show up when they aren't supposed to, ( continuously knocking on our door, upsetting our dogs, when clearly he shouldn't have been there) then we booked for the next week yet Alex arrived an hour late to our appointment to turn on sprinklers and called me 45 minutes in that he was running behind. Clearly!
Then he proceeded to do his job but couldn't put the sprinkler box outside back together once he left, then we get a call from our landlord saying that he heard we have puppies on the property so he obviously tried to get us introuble when we clearly had our two dogs , no puppies. Kind of upsetting Won't call them again!

2/3/2016 The employees at Adams Plumbing and Heating do not give price estimates ahead of a job nor doe their technicians disclose their pricing unless specifically asked. Therefore, I think it is important for the public to know about the extremely high pricing structure of this company. I was recently charged $437.00 for a zone valve replacement and was shocked to get the bill at the end of the technician's 1 hour and 15 minute repair job (which included a $125 part). The technician said the owner was proud of his pricing structure.
I had called the office earlier and they said he would not be available for a week, so when the technician showed up at my door, I thought he was from one of the other companies I had received quotes from, who typically had a $40-$60 initial trip charge.
I asked for a call from the owner, Mr. Harvey Adams and he explained I was the one in error for not specifically asking for pricing information. Mr. Harvey refused to change his bill, as I had requested because of their errors in disclosure of their pricing and discrepancies in the written invoice from when the technician actually started the job. So I told him I would let the public know, so others do not get surprised as I did.
This company charges $125 for the first 15 minutes of time, or $500/hour. They then add 15 minutes to the bill as a minimum charge, so at $125/hour, you will not even get an estimate for less than $125+31.25=$156. The 1 hour and 15 minutes of work done by this company amounted to $250/hour. In checking around with 4 other heating contractors, there is no one with this high of a pricing structure.
Although this company started to work on my zone valve replacement at 11:30 am, they justified the 11:00 time put on the invoice as that extra 15-20 minutes trip time we put in, plus the time it takes to get tools out of the truck, and I believe this practice to be deceptive and wrong, along with no quote estimate or pricing structure volunteered by either the office or the technician who arrived at my doorstep.
While Mr. Harvey himself and the technician were both pleasant people, I would advise anyone looking for an affordable honest plumbing and heating company to look elsewhere.
