Showed up 90 minutes late without any word; then couldn't figure out how to shut off the gas to start the job. Said they were going to install a water heater and come back. No calls, no emails, no texts; called the main office during regular hours and it went straight to voicemail and no one called back.

I'm a real estate agent and I've been referring all my buyers to Mainline for the last two years because they don't do sewer line repairs (no conflict of interest), very organized, friendly & easy to work wit, and now I know... if anything goes wrong, they have your back!! My client recently move-in and discovered a leak that was accidentally caused by the sewer scope during inspection. I assured her, Mainline is a great company and they would help. I was absolutely blown away when the owner of the company, Dwayne, showed up within a few hours, took exceptional care of her, paid to have everything repaired, and even paid for carpet cleaner. He even offered to put her up in a hotel room. I'm 100% confident in referring this company, they will take care of you!!!!

Replaced our leaking outdoor faucet quickly and at a fair price. Jonathan was fast and knew what he was doing. Will use again for plumbing needs, hopefully not in the near future!

We walked into our home after traveling for six days (with a little one) to find our water heater spewing water all over our bedroom level. Our realtor recommended Bluefrog. I connected with Tom, the owner. He immediately sprang into action once he heard our situation. He is not typically out in the field, but when all his employees were busy, he drove to us himself to help us. He brought numerous solutions, fixed the issue first attempt, and took the time to give us his honest and professional opinions. We are beyond impressed, but mostly thankful, for the service we received from Tom/Bluefrog today!

Used the text tool on Elite Rooters website and received a text back an hour later and booked a appointment. Danny C. came out early and was very friendly and professional. Cleared my drain and explained the problem I was having. Told me about the solution which I am not able to afford right now and he understood and did not try to hard sell me on it. I appreciated this since some companies are very pushy about this kind of stuff. Definitely call them. I will use them in the future.

Jake, from Pipecraft Plumbing, replaced a bad sump pump this afternoon. It was not cheap, but I felt like it was a fair price - below the average that I had read on Google. He was confident in his assessment of what needed to be done, his ability to do it and his time to complete estimate. He exceeded our expectations. We now have a quieter cast iron sump pump versus the noisier plastic one with less horsepower that he took out.

Super knowledgable, nice, quick and efficient. He troubleshot and caught a few minor problems that could become big air conditioning and furnace problems in a quick 45 minutes. Really friendly and flexible. Even came out first thing on the morning on the weekend for seemingly base rate. If you need air conditioning and furnace help, I would definitely recommend TCF!

Talk about a perfect storm.......on Sunday, the day before Labor Day, I came home to find a wet family room, bedroom and bathroom- my sewer system backed up. I called Dig It. They were here on Monday to look and Tuesday to replace the sewer line.  They were even able to re-schedule some appointments so they could start sooner. Dig It couldn't have been more responsive or patient as I asked a lot of questions so I was sure I understood what was going on. They stayed and worked at night with lights on. Malcom and Douglas kept me informed through the whole process. The men on their crew were fantastic too. Their prices were more than reasonable. I can recommend Dig It 100%. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Call them- you won't be sorry.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. The technician who arrived was literally (not figuratively) 18 years old, by himself with no one assisting him. 18 year olds can be more than capable, but this guy frankly had no idea what he was doing and needed to be accompanied by a more experienced technician because he still has a ton to learn (to be fair, he seemed like a nice kid). He needed to call his supervisor 4 different times during his visit and very clearly didn't understand some basics about plumbing (for example he was absolutely convinced that the lift station in my basement served no purpose and that the UPSTAIRS toilet flowed down to it while the DOWNSTAIRS toilet didn't.....what???). He was totally unwilling to listen to anything I tried to explain to him about how my plumbing is configured and ultimately refused to clean my line without his supervisor first scoping it (even though I had just had the line scoped by Sewer View the day before and had the video that I offered to show him, which he refused to look at). And for the pleasure of having literally ZERO actual work done they charged me $245. What a extortive racket.

I am extremely happy with PHI plumbing.  Don responded to my call quickly, made an appointment for the next day and arrived on time.  He is very personable and professional.  His work was impeccable and I highly recommend him.  He was very thorough and made sure the leak was fixed entirely before finishing.  His prices are reasonable.  I will use him for all my clients in his service area.

Very pleased with Justin's work. Solved a long term slow flushing toilet problem for us. Seemed very thorough in checking for cause, considering all options. Great communication about what he was doing and why, notification about arrival time and options to consider.

The folks at Spartan plumbing are absolutely the greatest.  I had a leaky outside water hydrant which need to be repaired or replaced.  The lady in the office was super nice when I called.  They sent two folks (Jacob and Gabe) out the same day to evaluate the situation and discuss options.  We figured it was likely we'd break the pipe when removing the head of the hydrant since it's been there for 25 years.  We were lucky as when they returned to fix/replace it they were able to remove the head, replace the stopper at the end of the shut off rod and put a new head on the pipe.  I was so happy we did not have to dig up the entire hydrant and replace it.  They were so nice, responsive and easy to work with.  The price they changed was more than fair.  This is not the usual plumbing job and I was a little afraid I wouldn't be able to find anyone to do this.  They said they hadn't done these before but were more than willing to figure it out which I really appreciated. The hydrant is working perfectly and hopefully it will be another 20 years before it needs to be repaired.  I had occasion to chat with Sam who is one of the owners and he was absolutely great in addressing all my questions and concerns.  I would highly recommend this company.  I will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs and old houses have plumbing needs.  They are the best.

Just rude costumer service. Why not let me finish my sentence, and cut me off with I'm not interested. Let me finish what our company does to serve our clients. So rude period.

So I requested a quote for two valves to be replaced under my sink. When the tech arrived, he instantly started making comments about my home and how nice it is and how it would be terrible if something happened to this home due to plumbing issues. Then he proceeded to go throughout the house and tell me water, hot water would damage multiple items here. I told him I replace the faucet, but the valves need to be replaced. He told me and so many words that I'm not a professional and I can't connect to lines that I need to sign up for their membership so they can come out and inspect more work I have done. He didn't so telling me about other items that needed to be replaced in my home when all I needed was two valves under the sink to be replaced. Everything was a scare tactic and then he told me when I decided not to pay $700 for two valves that he drove all the way across town over an hour to come to my home and that he needed to $49 since it was such a far drive for him. I would never recommend this company to anyone who needs something repaired because all they are going to do is try to scare you into fixing other items in the home.

Had Adam's Plumbing put 4 shower handles in my home. I had the materials and the old material had been removed. On the first visit they (2 plumbers!)  could only install one handle as I needed more parts and the holes in the wall needed to be enlarged. I took care of each issue. For less than 1 hour work, they billed me $175. On visit 2 they sent 2 people to do the rest of the job (3 handles) and charged $250 dollars. The plumbers spent over 30 minutes trying to figure out how the system worked and I was charged for their confusion. Total bill was $425 for 4 handles. Please read the other reviews and take caution before hiring this company. The trip charge to the job starts out at $125.
