Best Sewer Services in Aurora CO
Showed up 90 minutes late without any word; then couldn't figure out how to shut off the gas to start the job. Said they were going to install a water heater and come back. No calls, no emails, no texts; called the main office during regular hours and it went straight to voicemail and no one called back.

We had an amazing experience with Mainline Services. They saved my in-laws from doing thousands of dollars of unnecessary work that was being recommended by another company called Rooter Town. I am posting a separate review for them, but strongly suggest avoiding them. The short version of the story is that Rooter Town came out to unclog a backup. After doing that they told my in-laws they needed to replace the first 10' or so of pipe near their house. They dug a giant trench and replaced the first section of pipes. Afterwards, they kept finding new problems and pressuring my in-laws to do more and more work, up to and including replacement of their entire sewer line. They claimed that a breakage in the line and/or more clogs were practically a certainty in the near future. As the work and costs kept increasing, we called Mainline for a second opinion. Mainline was able to come out within hours of speaking to them on the phone. Their inspector, Matt, was very polite and got to work right away. He sent a camera through the entire sewer line and showed us the screen that he was looking at. He explained everything that he saw along the way and even provided a DVD of the entire finished inspection. Matt was professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions. He disagreed with all of Rooter Towns assessments and told us we should not worry about breaking the lines or clogs in the future as long as there were standard preventative cleanings done. Matt also found that they had not correctly leveled the pipes that they had replaced and it was already starting to back up with water. We were able to get that fixed, but declined any further work with Rooter Town. We highly recommend Mainline Services to anyone that needs (or in our case doesn't need) work on their sewer line.

AE Plumbing Services quickly assessed my issue (basement floor drain backing up) and resolved the issue. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and enjoyable to work with. I will definitely use AE Plumbing Services in the future.

Great service. Our job required turning off the water to the building and they were very responsive to having the technician arrive at a specific time. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Jake, from Pipecraft Plumbing, replaced a bad sump pump this afternoon. It was not cheap, but I felt like it was a fair price - below the average that I had read on Google. He was confident in his assessment of what needed to be done, his ability to do it and his time to complete estimate. He exceeded our expectations. We now have a quieter cast iron sump pump versus the noisier plastic one with less horsepower that he took out.
Thanks Jake!

TCF is one of the best. The service and responsiveness was the best. Thomas came by and fixed our issue quickly . He didn't like how it looked so ran to the hardware store to get some more piping to make it even better. He didn't have to but wanted it to be perfect.

I've been dealing with an absolute nightmare of a situation with a leak in my basement. Even though I got the suspected pipe camerascoped, I still didn't get a clear answer on what is going on.
I called Digit after seeing their great reviews on yelp and I have to say they deserve all five stars they have. Malcolm went over my situation with me, and in the interest of our current pandemic, was able to request pictures of specific parts affected by the leak plus the camera scope video I had in order to diagnose the problem remotely (he also utilized google earth to get a clear picture of my property.)
After receiving the footage he went over everything then got on the phone with me and was extremely generous with his time and knowledge.
I really recommend reaching out to Digit if you find yourself in the situation where you need their help. Malcolm was generous, knowledgeable and honest.

I called Rooter Town out on a Sunday pm due to a backed up main line and were able to send someone out relatively quickly which I appreciated. The price on the website was $95. But like others have said, that's not what they charged me. First there was $150 charge to remove and re-set the toilet which is a total of about 20 minutes of time to do both. Since we had another bathroom that was behind the one he was working, the guy, Chris, insisted that he needed to pull both toilets or risk breaking the one in the other bathroom. Now we are looking at $395 - except that I said, no, no other company has ever had to do that in the past 14 years. So I had to sign a waiver saying that if he broke the toilet they weren't responsible. After snaking the line he tells me he can't get all the way through and they will have to come out the next day and camera the line and that the pipes were offset meaning the clay pipes had shifted making them harder to clean. Chris said, we could use the toilet but it would definitely get clogged up again soon. Again, this is very similar to other accounts I have read on Yelp so I don't think it's a coincidence.
The next day, I called my regular guy (who hadn't been available) and he came out and cleaned the drain no problem for a total of $160. At my request, he also inspected the line with his camera (or camera'd) just to be sure there were no other issues. No pipes were offset, the only problem were the roots that the first guy didn't remove.
I am giving Rooter Town 2 stars because, when I called and spoke to a supervisor the day after my plumber fixed the problem he did the right thing and reimbursed me for the entire charge. So I give them credit for returning my money but either their tech was incompetent or it was part of a scam to get us to pay more. Either way not ideal. And since others have reported similar issues, I am inclined to think it was the latter.

We had an issue on a Sunday and Don from PHI came out quickly and diagnosed our clogged drain. That turned into a busted pipe (old galvanized pipe in the wall). He did not gouge us on a service call for a Sunday afternoon. He was up front and fair with his pricing especially for the amount of work he had to do. We could not be happier with Don and PHI Plumbing, they will be our plumber for all future calls.

Excellent work, including staying longer than expected at no extra charge. New water heater installed at a reasonable price, with careful work and good explanations. I would definitely call them again for major jobs.

Scott at Royal Plumbing and Heating is the best--don't shop around, just call Scott. Our air conditioning unit (3,100 square foot house) was having issues--line was freezing after a few hours of operation and then the unit would blow warm air. We had actually had another company come and check the unit about a month prior...turns out they didn't actually do anything, and failed to run the proper tests that would have shown the unit was failing. When the issue presented itself, we called the prior company back out and after about 10 minutes of looking at the unit they told us it was the compressor, and that the poor performance was because it was sitting in the sun, and having problems kicking on. They sold us a hard start for $250. The issues continued. We called a different company and after about a 10 minute evaluation, the tech said it looked like we were losing coolant, but wanted $2,500 to actually diagnose the problem and run tests, and find the coolant leak. He wouldn't even guarantee he would find the leak for that price.
On a whim, we called Scott because a friend had a good experience with him. Scott came out the same morning, whereas the other places had made us wait days before being able to look at the unit. He assessed the situation and spent about 90 minutes diagnosing the problem with the unit. He actually tried to find the coolant leak during that initial consult. He only asked $29 for the initial evaluation. Scott was willing to take the project on for less than half the $ that the other place wanted. He ended up having to replace the A coil--which was under warranty. Scott was knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting things done correctly. He helped us out immensely--I have two little kids and my husband travels for work quite a bit, and we were going a bit crazy in a 90 degree house. Call Scott, he will help you out.

I used High 5 plumbing to replace an outside hose bib at my house. Turns out Google and YouTube weren't as successful making me a plumber, as I had hoped. :) After realizing that the problem was a little bigger than my ability I started to look around for a reputable plumber. I asked for referrals from friends and my neighborhood Facebook group. I called a few people, and honestly most of them seemed annoyed to come do what was a smaller job. I got a few quotes, but most of them seemed much to high for the job I was looking to have done.
Then I was put in touch with High 5. Totally different than the rest of them. Friendly, patient, and willing to take the time to help me with something that wasn't going to line their pockets. Levi is the guy's name who came out to my house. He had the issue diagnosed in minutes! (damn Google had me way off) He had the parts he needed to repair my issue and got to work right away. He EXPLAINED to me in detail why I had the problem in the first place, then SHOWED me exactly what he was doing to repair it so it didn't happen again. That's what I call customer service! He also put in an access panel so I can get to this again if ever needed. (there was no way to get to the plumbing without one, and it wasn't put in when the house was remodeled)
Ever get the feeling that the professionals you have come out to your house are charging you for work that doesn't need to be done? Or, they have some crazy extra things you need to resolve the problem? I've sent a few people away because of that sort of stuff. That was not even close to what I got from High 5 Plumbing. They just seemed like honest, respectable people who are willing to help. As anyone in the service industry should be.

Had Adam's Plumbing put 4 shower handles in my home. I had the materials and the old material had been removed. On the first visit they (2 plumbers!) could only install one handle as I needed more parts and the holes in the wall needed to be enlarged. I took care of each issue. For less than 1 hour work, they billed me $175. On visit 2 they sent 2 people to do the rest of the job (3 handles) and charged $250 dollars. The plumbers spent over 30 minutes trying to figure out how the system worked and I was charged for their confusion. Total bill was $425 for 4 handles. Please read the other reviews and take caution before hiring this company. The trip charge to the job starts out at $125.
