Best Pipe Repair in Aurora CO
We've used McComb on two occasions - to install two bathroom sinks and to install three new toilets. They were very professional, quick, and affordable. I didn't realize that we needed a carpenter to install the sink cabinets in advance of Pat working his magic, but he referred us to a wonderful cabinet maker, and then was able to come out shortly after, so that there was very little time that we were without sinks in our bathroom! Fortunately, we haven't had any plumbing emergencies, but if we do, I know that I'll call the McComb team right away!

Mainline services was great! From calling to get information, to making an appointment to having Matt Come out and doing the scope on the mainline was great! Uber amazing customer service from all angles. Matt was very friendly, personable and helpful. Thank you so much Matt and Mainline services!

We have a house in Park Hill on Montview Blvd. (for some reason Yelp shows that we are in southwest Denver but I assure you, we're are in Park Hill :-) ) Our house is 90 years old this year and we knew it was high time to get rid of our galvanized plumbing. We contacted Just Plumbing and they came out the next day and gave a very reasonable quote to repipe our entire house and repair the holes that were needed to be cut. Our main concern was the drywall repair since we have some very custom hand plastered/textured walls in the living room and dinning room. Their drywall guy came out, looked over the walls and said, with confidence, that he could reproduce the plastering. The repipe team was able to replace 95% of our pipes with PEX (there were a few small sections that were embedded in our masonry walls that could not be removed, mainly 2 hose bibs). They completed the work in 2 days. This is what they do and they know their stuff. Everything passed the city inspection with flying colors. The drywall team came the day after the inspection and finished in 2 days. As he promised, he was able to reproduce the hand plastering. We are very happy. I do need to mention to anyone considering having this done, especially those with the old plaster lathe walls, it can be very dirty and dusty. Just mentally prepare yourself for the mess, take the time to cover everything you can with plastic, and understand that there will be quite a lot of cleanup afterwards. That is to be expected but it's good to be aware up front.

Juan was quick to respond on Saturday afternoon and was able to help us in a pinch. He quickly diagnosed a water heater issue and fixed a leaky garbage disposal. Very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

If you need a plumber, trust Nate to give you the best service at a reasonable price. He did an excellent job fixing our plumbing problems. Nate explained why we were having an issue, reviewed our options, and repaired the issue the same day. He was professional and affordable. I will always call him for any future plumbing needs.

Taylor was very quick to respond at 5pm on a Saturday. He arrived within 30 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem and get us back up and running. Friendly, responsive and did not push expensive replacements as first response. Great overall experience.

We had a shower clog with standing water. Called Bluefrog based on their yelp reviews - a real person answered the phone (no machine) and they had me scheduled for the next morning within minutes and confirmed the appt via text. The next morning Ryan (the tech - nice guy) showed up right on time, assessed the situation, provided a fair quote, and did the work. Problem solved - easy - and no surprises or gotchas. Ryan even looked over my 20+ year old water heater and provided me with his opinion on it - without any BS or high pressure sales tactics. THIS is how customers want to be treated - other companies should take note - I'm looking at you Rooter Town (see my review on them - quite a different experience). Next time I need help with a plumbing issue, Bluefrog will be my first (and likely only) call.

I had the best experience with this company. I had my kitchen completely remodeled and extended and I LOVE it!! These guys worked hard, never complained and were such professionals. They have knowledge about so much, electricity, plumbing, building walls. I was impressed. On top of all that they were affordable. I would hire them again and again and I plan to!

I had an appointment for Saturday morning - they said they would call before they came. I had a 2 hr window- no one called no told me that they changed the time to 2 hours after my window assuming I would still be around waiting. Take your business elsewhere they done have even a common courtesy to call their customers.

Jake, from Pipecraft Plumbing, replaced a bad sump pump this afternoon. It was not cheap, but I felt like it was a fair price - below the average that I had read on Google. He was confident in his assessment of what needed to be done, his ability to do it and his time to complete estimate. He exceeded our expectations. We now have a quieter cast iron sump pump versus the noisier plastic one with less horsepower that he took out.
Thanks Jake!
Thanks Jake!

Needed a new hot water heater ASAP. Don came out in the evening, took down specs, and returned the NEXT morning with a new water heater and had it installed in about 90 minutes. Gave us some tips, a great warranty, and a great price. It was really nice dealing directly with a Master Plumber and not a just a tech representing a company. Don's a keeper!

We had a pipe burst during the cold snap and all the plumbers were backed up several days. We were able to get TCF out the same afternoon. He was running ragged with all the pipe bursts happening all over town but he got our pipe replaced quickly and we got our water back on by that evening. Sure, the price was higher with the emergency situation, but it beat going without running water or having to find a hotel. What a lifesaver!

Rooter Town just saved the day from an unexpected toilet emergency. When I called to describe the issue, the plumber I spoke with said they could get someone out the next day. When I explained that I only have one bathroom, he rearranged the schedule and sent someone out to fix the problem within 2 hours.
I had used them previously for a rental property that had a problematic sewer line. The tenants had dirty water backing up through the floor drain and after getting bids from several companies, I knew the proper solution was to dig up the front yard and install a clean-out. In that situation as well, they were able to get to it on the same day even though they had to work into the evening.
I highly recommend Rooter Town. I have dealt with many plumbing companies over the years, and in my experience, they are responsive, reasonably priced, and they don't attempt to sell you unnecessary services.

Very pleased with Justin's work. Solved a long term slow flushing toilet problem for us. Seemed very thorough in checking for cause, considering all options. Great communication about what he was doing and why, notification about arrival time and options to consider.
Definitely recommend to others.

Prompt courteous service with the repair completed the same day. Kenny and Brandon presented different repair options and the pros/cons for each. I appreciated the transparency and their going the extra step on the completed work (used rebar to reinforce the PVC pipe). Would reach out to 5280 for any plumbing future work.

My power vent water heater broke down on a Monday and I had to deal with Sears Home Warranty group to get it replaced. Dealing with Sears through Cinch Home Services was a complete disaster but through all these frustrating conversations, which lasted 9 days(!), Ronnell was fabulous. He fought for me with these fools, on my behalf during the whole time period. I will never recommend purchasing a Sears Home Warranty because basically they put up barriers, the whole time, to NOT replace the water heater. Ronnell finally got the water heater and installed it two days before I was told it was going to be replaced. John did a great job with the installation and Ronnell even came over to make sure all was well with the water heater. I appreciate everything Ronnell and John did to get me the water heater. 9 days without hot water, with my 91 year old mother with me, was a bit hard to deal with. Thank you Ronnell and John!!!

Fast! Water heater pouring out water and flooding my basement apartment. Here in a flash and stopped leaking. Next morning before noon entire new hot water heater. Very clean & professional. That said they turned out to be $700 higher than competition. I would only use in urgent situations otherwise over priced.

2/3/2016 The employees at Adams Plumbing and Heating do not give price estimates ahead of a job nor doe their technicians disclose their pricing unless specifically asked. Therefore, I think it is important for the public to know about the extremely high pricing structure of this company. I was recently charged $437.00 for a zone valve replacement and was shocked to get the bill at the end of the technician's 1 hour and 15 minute repair job (which included a $125 part). The technician said the owner was proud of his pricing structure.
I had called the office earlier and they said he would not be available for a week, so when the technician showed up at my door, I thought he was from one of the other companies I had received quotes from, who typically had a $40-$60 initial trip charge.
I asked for a call from the owner, Mr. Harvey Adams and he explained I was the one in error for not specifically asking for pricing information. Mr. Harvey refused to change his bill, as I had requested because of their errors in disclosure of their pricing and discrepancies in the written invoice from when the technician actually started the job. So I told him I would let the public know, so others do not get surprised as I did.
This company charges $125 for the first 15 minutes of time, or $500/hour. They then add 15 minutes to the bill as a minimum charge, so at $125/hour, you will not even get an estimate for less than $125+31.25=$156. The 1 hour and 15 minutes of work done by this company amounted to $250/hour. In checking around with 4 other heating contractors, there is no one with this high of a pricing structure.
Although this company started to work on my zone valve replacement at 11:30 am, they justified the 11:00 time put on the invoice as that extra 15-20 minutes trip time we put in, plus the time it takes to get tools out of the truck, and I believe this practice to be deceptive and wrong, along with no quote estimate or pricing structure volunteered by either the office or the technician who arrived at my doorstep.
While Mr. Harvey himself and the technician were both pleasant people, I would advise anyone looking for an affordable honest plumbing and heating company to look elsewhere.
