They've relocated a garbage disposal, added an air switch to it, fixed a leaking hose bib, repaired a shower, and installed a pressure reducing valve. We had Nate replace to shower heads and knobs. He also replaced our very old rusty water heater! Fit us it right away and stayed late to finish the job. Very thorough and informative. On Thursday we had an estimate for the work. Shawn came out and was super nice. He said he could fix our leaking pipe Friday around four or five. We were okay with that for a time window because he said he could do it cheaper than anyone else. Friday came and it was getting late so he messaged us saying he was at a nightmare job but could come by Saturday at noon. We agreed. Saturday we rearranged our schedule and around 12:30p.m. my husband texted to see what was going on. He messaged back that he was STILL at a nightmare job (same one) but that he was going to send his brother. We were a bit unsure at this point but he said his brother was already on the way and Part of the same company so we decided to just let him fix our pipe. An hour later no one showed up so we messaged him again and he didn't message back. We were getting really annoyed at this point because we had plans for the day. Around 4:30pm we finally hear back from Shawn saying Hey, I can't get through to my brother can we reschedule?. (I mean what choice do we have?) Unfortunately, no one ever followed up with us or replied to any of our messages after that. My honest impression of this company is that they're way too understaffed and they shouldn't be promising they can be places and then they can't. I called another plumber and he came out in one day, got the work done in two hours, and it's working great now. I wouldn't waste my time here.

We hired pipe craft plumbing because they had great reviews. Upon our first visit we were charged $175 to replace a toilet seat that we provided. Our other issue that we were hoping would be fixed was that the tank hardware wasn't working properly. After speaking with the owner Jacob, he let me know that he would send a plumber out to rectify the situation. He came out today and Jacob the owner informed his plumber that we would have to pay $215 to have the hardware fixed so that the toilet didn't run anymore. It just doesn't feel right.

Our water heater went out on a Tuesday.  I called PHI on Wednesday morning.  Don fit us in that day.  He did the job just short of 2.5 hours.  His price quote was very fair and his advice was invaluable.  I will call him again for future plumbing jobs.

Just called to schedule someone to come give me an estimate to replace water line to my swamp cooler (Monday, June 18). Hours were listed as 7am to 7pm, but no one answer, only an answering machine that told me he was out of town until June 21 and to call back on the 21st. Disappointing. I'll try someone else.

Thomas is personable and professional, and very good at explaining things--always good when you're worried about frozen pipes, as we were.

These guys are great!  I submitted my request for an estimate on Yelp and literally within about 3 minutes, Emily called me and setup an appointment for someone to come out and check out my leaky garbage disposal.  And the best part?  NO ESTIMATE/TRIP FEE!  I checked with three other plumbing businesses (who shall remain unnamed), and they all charged a trip fee.  Mike came out two days later, assessed the problem, and fixed it.  Boom.  Job done.  Easy, and effective, and he was careful to put the blue paper booties on when he came in to my home, and he was very careful about being tidy.  They charge by the job, not by the hour, and Mike took some time to search the service catalog to find the best deal for me (he basically had to reinstall the garbage disposal).  I'm very satisfied with the responsiveness and service, and will call them again if I have need.

Had a great experience with this team.  I called on a Saturday morning for a clogged sewer line.  Within a few hours, the problem was solved.

The customer service point person was friendly and helpful.  Allen, our tech, was a communicative & methodical problem solver.  I recommend Allen and this team to others, and will use them again.

Our work was completed a few days ago and I think I can safely say everything went exceedingly well. We had a very unfortunate leak in our main water service line and our house is quite old with some (likely) original piping, making our job pretty complex. No other companies really offered a solution that seemed reasonable, besides Hyper Flow. I had several plumbers out to give ideas and quotes (anyone with good reviews!). Kyle was also one of the few who seemed to simply provid information and didn't seem like he was trying to scare us into spending more money or doing more work. Kyle provided great explanations of what would happen, what our options were, why other options weren't feasible, and answered questions really clearly. I felt like I was in good hands, as you could see how methodical and organized he was in his approach. We had some scuffs on our walls, etc after the work was complete but our living room was jackhammered through and basically a construction zone, so I'm not sure that could've been avoided. They also worked on our house for about 12 hours to have everything complete in one day, which I feel like was really an extra step, instead of coming back a second day. I feel pretty thrilled to have found a reliable plumber. I will definitely recommend to others and contact them first for anything else we need.

We had Adams P&H come to install a gas line, I have never dealt with more accommodating people.  Mr. Harvey Adams runs a top notch business, and the people who work for him are just the same.  I had NO problems at all with Adams P&H,
Harvey Adams himself called the next day and asked if all the work done was to my liking, was I happy with it, was I happy with the guys who did the installation.  He has been in business for a number of years, and you can't stay in business with not doing the correct thing.  I have an idea the reviews with only one star are either because the people didn't want to pay the bill, or are just plain difficult to deal with.
This was my experience with Adams Plumbing and Heating, one of the best firms I have dealt with since moving to Colorado.  They are my plumbing and heating specialists from now on.
