If you need a plumber, trust Nate to give you the best service at a reasonable price. He did an excellent job fixing our plumbing problems. Nate explained why we were having an issue, reviewed our options, and repaired the issue the same day. He was professional and affordable. I will always call him for any future plumbing needs.

Bluefrog plumbing service was 10/10. They are very responsive. I called them for a tankless water heater replacement.
The area where the water heater was going didn't leave much room but they made it happen. I think most
Places would have walked away or turned it into a much more expensive job. Also, their attention to detail was superb. They made sure that I can still access my furnace filter after they outfitted some new pipes.
I highly recommend Bluefrog for their value, service,
And work.

I am happy that I found Jacob originally via the Thumbtack website, which is oriented toward homeowners who need to hire professionals for home improvement, repairs, and other projects.
Regarding the plumbing issue in my home- my pipes would shudder profoundly from water hammer whenever I used the washing machine- in addition to making a loud thumping sound that could be heard and felt throughout the home every time the washing machine valves would open and close during operation. I had water hammer arrestors already on the washing machine, but they were not helping much.
Jacob assessed the situation and measured the pressure of the water in my home, which was at 95psi. Jacob informed me that the water pressure should not be over 75psi, otherwise it can harm water related appliances such as the dishwasher, washing machine and hot water heater- and of course that the high pressure was the likely cause of water hammer in my home. I did some quick research online to confirm that indeed, residential water pressure should not exceed 75psi.
I went with Jacob's recommendation to install a commercial grade pressure reducing valve that would cap the plumbing water pressure at 75psi throughout the entire home. The device that he installed works wonderfully, as it completely resolved my problem. Finally, I no longer have the annoying and harmful water hammer issue. Additionally, in another area of my basement, he properly attached plumbing pipes to the wall, so as to support and stabilize the plumbing.
I found Jacob to be very knowledgeable and professional, and would gladly hire him again in the future. He is a high quality professional that takes pride in his work.

I am dumbfounded as to how this man has so many positive reviews. That's actually the reason I went with him, wish I hadn't. In fact, if you look on Nextdoor you will see some not so great reviews within posts asking for recs.
Had him come out for what should have been a simple leak from the kitchen sink. Visit was $120 or $140, I can't recall, and he literally did nothing. I'm not exaggerating when I say this. He couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from even though I had a bowl under the pipe and you could clearly see where it was leaking from. He was also so gruff and rude the entire time. A little bit of good customer service goes a long way, even if you own your own business. After doing NOTHING aside from tightening a few things that probably had nothing to do with the leak anyway, he left. The next day I could see that it was still leaking into the bowl, I didn't want to pay for a new person to come out so I was hoping he would back up his work and come out for free since he hadn't done anything before. He so kindly charged me, at least it was only $80ish, STILL couldn't find the source of the leak so he put some caulking or whatever he used on the pipes under the sink. Again, did nothing. I had AAA Plumbing come out and I swear to you the plumber with AAA diagnosed the leak within minutes. He fixed it and no leaks since!
It's laughable that this man calls himself a master plumber when he can't diagnose a simple leak that a real plumber found instantly.

We hired them to help move out washer and dryer to another room. The gentleman that came to do the work seemed nice but as the job went on he was late all the time he would leave for hours on end. We were told it would take one day. It took 4 separate times of him coming back to finish the work spanning 3 1/2 weeks. He argued with part of the job was not in initial quote. To witch we had a copy and showed him. He finished the dryer vent leading outside with more duct tape than I've ever seen. The final interaction was very odd and uncomfortable to the point my wife did not want to be anywhere near him. She felt unsafe. I called the manger of this company to which he never returned my phone call. Someone else from the company did. I asked to have someone come check his work and make sure things were ok and safe.... someone did said all good and was in and out in 5 minutes.... we have now spent an additional sum of money brining everything up to code. I have contacted Rooter town several times to talk about this and they will not return phone calls. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor

I'm very impressed with Spartan Plumbing! I have now used them several times, both at home and at work. They have done a toilet replacement and 3 water heater replacements (separate locations) for me and also have some significant repiping where needed in an old home. Each time the plumber who has come out has been different and each one had outstanding integrity and skill! I never feel like they are trying to sell me anything and feel like they are totally straight shooters and fairly priced. Most recently Vaughn is who did the water heater install at my house and was wonderful! Such a friendly guy and took his time and did a thorough, great job! I have recommend Spartan Plumbing to several friends who are also all happy with them. I'm very happy to have found my go-to plumbing company that is honest and stands by their work.

These guys installed a gas line in my house for a new gas stove. Communicative, professional, and the most personable home repair folks I have ever ever worked with. Wow!

Super knowledgable, nice, quick and efficient. He troubleshot and caught a few minor problems that could become big air conditioning and furnace problems in a quick 45 minutes. Really friendly and flexible. Even came out first thing on the morning on the weekend for seemingly base rate. If you need air conditioning and furnace help, I would definitely recommend TCF!

We had an emergency plumbing situation on one of the coldest days of the year. Our main pipe going into the sewer line was very backed up, if you can imagine finding out that when you flush your upstairs toilet, the water was backing up into the downstairs shower! John Underwood came to us within a few hours and was able to fix it for us. I love how clearly he explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it before he went ahead to do the work. He was able to turn a bad day into a great one. Thanks High Five for getting out asap! Highly recommend these guys for a fast, high quality job!

Beyond annoyed by my service with Payless Rooter. They came to give me an estimate, I then schedule for an appointment, they miss the appointment, have to schedule it again, they come and do the work. Was charged ~$1400 to have the water pressure reduced in the house as it was too high, along with some work on one of the showers. I was still having issues with temperature and pressure after the work, I had messaged the business owner on yelp to explain I had issues regarding the work, they tell me to call in to set an appointment. I called and set an appointment, no one ever came out at the time of the appointment, no call to tell me that no one was coming.
Fast forward two weeks I was able to get someone out to take a look at things. My water pressure was set lower than what I was told it was the previous time someone came out to do some work.

Very respectable and professional! I hired these guys to do a sewer inspection to detail the damage of my old, cracked sewer pipe. Our appointment was for sometime between 10a-12p, but Carlos called around 9:30 saying he was already in the area and could he come early, which was great! Also I'd made the appointment just the night before, via Yelp, and they'd been very responsive. They charge a flat rate of $150 for the sewer inspection. In my case they did have to go through the toilet (which isn't always the case) and they did charge an extra $75 for that, but let me know as soon as he got there that would be the case. There are companies that don't charge extra for that part, but I needed this done immediately and since their inspection rate was so reasonable and they were so prof & responsible it was worth it. And in most cases I don't think this would apply anyway.
Carlos was clean, professional, and respectful. He wore a mask the whole time inside the house, and out in shoe covers every time he came into the house from outside to prevent tracking mud. He was very sweet to our dog also, who I'm sure was getting in his way until we put her away. He cleaned up very nicely after his work, and had me go into the bathroom and look around to confirm I was satisfied with the state of things.
He took his time both before and after the inspection to ask and answer any questions, and was happy to explain what he was doing as he went. I could tell he knew his stuff but was also good at explaining it on a simplified level. He said he usually tried to provide an estimate right away for the work, but my case was more complicated since it would require removing parts of my kitchen floor and deck. But even with all those variables they still sent me an estimate later that same day, and Carlos emailed me my sewer scope video that night. Neither the technician nor the office were at all pushy about hiring them for the actual work, they just told me how much it would cost and about how long it would take (very quick apparently, tho they also told me how much time to factor in for permitting). They said they charge half up front (at which point they can start the permitting process, then the work) and the other half after the work is done.
The video was professional as well, he showed my address and the surrounding area on the video before going in (to prove its my property), paused at the places with major damage, and on the video it shows the footage as you go.

I hired peak handyman services to hang a very large and heavy painting over a stairwell. They were very prompt and responsive and completed the project to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them!

Terrible experience!! We have a Tekmar boiler. I called Tekmar & they recommended Adams Plumbing.
I wanted a professional to check the settings & see if we had it adjusted correctly, since boilers are complicated, and we had some issues.
The guy shows up spends 3.5 hrs. trying to figure out the system charges...$400.
At 2am that night were awakened because it was 78 degrees & rising. We shut the system down, and called the next day to report the problem. He said we'd have to tweak it ourselves!!
Bottom line they made it worse charged, a fortune & it was our bad luck for calling them!! Worst customer service ever!!
