Wonderful, prompt, clean and reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

We have had AE our a couple of times to repair issues. Each time they have work quickly and solved issues to ensure all the work we needed was completed correctly and completely during the visit.

Very professional, fast response, exactly as advertised. Nate is my go to Palmer whenever I need something no matter how big no matter how small. Strongly recommend.

We had a slow drain in our laundry room. Ryan was great. He listened carefully, asked questions, and even suggested that some of the work we had gotten quoted maybe wasn't necessary (a huge relief considering the numbers!). He had creative ideas and left me confident that he understand the problem and the solution. He was even considerate enough to wear those little booties while in my home. We haven't made a decision yet, but were very impressed with the level of service on our quote.

Of all companies we've hired for services at the house, Pipecraft has had the best customer service of all of them and always at a fair price.

I am dumbfounded as to how this man has so many positive reviews. That's actually the reason I went with him, wish I hadn't. In fact, if you look on Nextdoor you will see some not so great reviews within posts asking for recs.
Had him come out for what should have been a simple leak from the kitchen sink. Visit was $120 or $140, I can't recall, and he literally did nothing. I'm not exaggerating when I say this. He couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from even though I had a bowl under the pipe and you could clearly see where it was leaking from. He was also so gruff and rude the entire time. A little bit of good customer service goes a long way, even if you own your own business. After doing NOTHING aside from tightening a few things that probably had nothing to do with the leak anyway, he left. The next day I could see that it was still leaking into the bowl, I didn't want to pay for a new person to come out so I was hoping he would back up his work and come out for free since he hadn't done anything before. He so kindly charged me, at least it was only $80ish, STILL couldn't find the source of the leak so he put some caulking or whatever he used on the pipes under the sink. Again, did nothing. I had AAA Plumbing come out and I swear to you the plumber with AAA diagnosed the leak within minutes. He fixed it and no leaks since!
It's laughable that this man calls himself a master plumber when he can't diagnose a simple leak that a real plumber found instantly.

Thomas had availability within 24 hours, was extremely prompt and professional, and tried a simple fix first. It worked and he didn't charge me a dime. He seems knowledgeable and was very polite and respectful of our property. Would recommend him highly.

I had a branch main that was very tricky to get through, the first tech who came out was not very experienced and a little hesitant. He was not able to get through the roots, but sent a supervisor out the next day with a scope. The supervisor said he couldn't see past the 15-17 feet that the first technician indicated the blockage was. Now I'm in for $350 and no solution. I next talked with John the manager and explained that the supervisor said there was an access in the crawl space and I shouldn't have had to have the toilet pulled. John was very accommodating and said he would send Dave out to try to rooter out through that access. Dave was great, very experienced. He explained that the crawl space was not really a clean out and he would try the toilet route again. He got it done! I was really happy with his skill and experience.

I've had spartan plumbing out for a couple calls regarding rooting/clearing lines. They did a good job. I found Spartan to be a little expensive but every time I mentioned a competitor coupon they honored it. This was nice because their service/expertise is truly good

We had Gleb and Eugene and the crew come over and completely replace our very large deck and it looks amazing. Very happy with everything and the price was great! We just had them back again to install new fence and gates in the front yard. Again super happy with their work. Give these guys a chance as you will be happy you did. They do everything!

This is a late review, but I wanted to acknowledge that the owner of this company, Joe Gonzales, totally lives up to the name of the firm. He installed a hot water heater and did some spigot work for me in November. It was a big expenditure for my household so trustworthiness was paramount. He's very straightforward when it comes to scope of work, price estimates, scheduling, etc. Very good at communicating through phone, text and email. I really like his simple and direct approach. He's not salesmany (and obviously that's a good thing). Highly recommend.

This was one of the only places that could not only come out on a weekend without crazy after-hours fees but also knew old plumbing. Gordon came out on a Sunday, no less, and was able to diagnose the toilet issue very quickly. Unfortunately, no plumbing supply stores are open on a Sunday, but he came back on Monday and fixed the issue very quickly. I'd definitely use Payless (specifically Gordon) again. He knows his stuff!

This company was very easy to work with. On the day of their visit, I got a call saying their technician was running late. This happens and I appreciated the fact that they called me instead of leaving it to me to call them.
When the tech got here to repair my disposal, he asked me if I tried flipping the breaker switch back to the run position. I told him I didn't know there was a breaker switch. He reached underneath the disposal, flipped the switch and it worked again.
He didn't charge me for the visit. I wanted to offer him a tip for his honesty and not charging me for the visit. He refused saying he had kept me waiting.

These folks were great. I became disable u expectedly and needed some things done to the house before I sold it...they were quick, did the job sell and were very cost conscious for me.

TYCO is incredibly professional. They always show up on time and everyone is so friendly. They always give stellar service and we are so glad we have found such a trustworthy plumbing service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The only thing that gives this place any stars is the people. Steven has come out to my house twice and has always been polite, friendly and prompt. And the woman that answers the phone is also very sweet and polite. But that's where the good parts of this review end.
The products they use are GARBAGE.
I bought my house a little over a year ago, and when I moved in, the previous home owner informed me that High 5 had done some of the plumbing work, including repairing and replacing two hose bibs, and there was a sticker on our water heater, that I took as a sign they had done work on that also.
6 months after I moved in, the first hose bib cracked from freeze damage, and they charged me like $400 to replace it. Because freeze damage'wasn't covered in the warranty. Then, we discovered that the other hose bib they installed leaked horribly.
THEN, the water heater went out and almost flooded our house! Even better, when I had an actual LEGIT plumber come out, he pointed out a TON of corners that High 5 had cut, including bending the steam vents so that they were blowing steam back into the unit. Some of the plastic was even melted from the blowback. We were informed that bending those vents is very dangerous AND illegal. They had also never installed an emergency shut-off valve!! Thankfully I had installed one myself, so that when the stupid thing blew, I was actually able to shut it off and avoid a lot of unnecessary damage.
But the best part, was that the hose bib they replaced in APRIL (remember that super expensive one?) well it broke AGAIN! In the same exact spot! Flooded my kitchen for the second time and warped my floors. And they told me that it actually wasn't covered under their warranty, since we'd had a snow storm since April.
I was obviously livid, especially since the repair had been expensive, and I had done everything I was instructed to do to make sure that this damage wouldn't happen again. The very nice employee (Steven) called his boss to try and get the repair covered, and the boss offered us a 20% discount. ON SOMETHING THEY HAD JUST REPAIRED 6 MONTHS PREVIOUSLY. It became pretty obvious that they use poor quality equipment so that it will break quickly and you'll be forced to call them back out under their false guarantee/warranty and pay them tons of money.
Absolute crap company with trash products. They are super shady and have dangerous practices. DO NOT USE THEM.

There are better companies to deal with. I hired them and had to find someone else because they wouldn't get back with us I a timely manner about questions we had.
