Our main pipeline in the basement concrete  wall had a pin hole that was leaking water down the wall. I called 6 different plumbing companies and only a few companies were willing to open up the concrete wall to access the leaky pipe. Kris came out and gave me a reasonable estimate and made sure to cover all areas to mitigate the dust so that it would not spread throughout the basement. My old copper pipes were dented and squished due to the weight of concrete but Kris was able to re-shape it to fit the new pipe. I was so happy to find someone who knew what they were doing and someone who was not going to overcharge me. Other plumbers wanted to demo my patio stampeded concrete to pull the old pipes out, and replace the whole pipeline with a new pipe, so I was really glad that Kris was willing to do what he did and also did a great job. Thank you!

These guys are as good as it gets.  Mad love for the people or their products.  They were happy to educate me on the best option for my heating/cooling needs.  I used them to put in central air at my previous residence and fix furnace problems at my new residence.  Fast, respectful, and pleasant.

Called them to clean a sewer line where we knew their were roots. After we listed the home (within 2 weeks of service), the new buyers had the line scoped and there were roots. AAA said we declined video and therefore there is no warranty on the cleaning service. I didn't even know I declined any options and so I wasted my money. Have to get the line cleaned and rescoped elsewhere now.

I am very pleased with the service I received for my AC. My technician Tony was efficient, kind, very professional and up front with not only the issue but the cost as well. I will continue to use plumbline for future issues in my home.

This company is extremely dishonest and uses scam tactics to sell you unnecessary new units.  We called them out to service the AC unit only to learn from them that we needed a $5000 new AC unit.  Since that was not an option for us, we contacted another company who said that although our unit was older, it certainly did not need to be replaced.  Note:  it is working fine all summer.  I spoke with a manager who was condescending, rude and talked more than he listened.  I will never use this company again.  I also looked at the BBB reviews and it looks like I am not the only one to experience this very same thing.  Shame on you!

A couple months ago, I heard a special on the radio that if the broncos scored more that 24 points, I can call in and get my furnace cleaned and checked for $24.99. So I did thinking it was going to be a mediocre job or have some strings attached- I was completely wrong!  I had a pleasant experience scheduling my appointment and the tech who came out was super professional and also a broncos fan. He took his time cleaning my motor and furnace, explained to me what's going on with it, gave me the heads up on a few things and didn't try to up-sell me on anything. Furnace is working even better now. Highly recommend Fix-it 24/7.
