Best Thermostat Repair in Irving TX
:: Terrific to do business with...I was referred to 'Cody & Sons' by a friend and neighbor Bill Kneeland. Plumbers James and Trevor showed up on time and repaired the problem at a more than reasonable price. I am very impressed with 'Cody & Sons' Plumbing and I will use them when any other repairs are needed.

My opinion of the qualities of a good plumber are experience, quality work, and value pricing. I have had five different plumbing companies perform services for me in the last four years and none of them would I recommend or use again.
I postponed several different plumbing needs while I searched for a plumber who met my basic requirements and was referred to Jeff at All Aces Plumbing by my neighborhood social network , Next Door Lone Mountain. I contacted Jeff through his web page and described the for separate services which included replacing the Moen cartridge in the master shower, shut off valves for one of the other bathrooms and replacing the Moen cartridges in the lavatory sink, and re-piping the incoming main water supply to accommodate the installation of a water meter and relocation of the water softener.
Jeff asked that I please send him pictures to allow him to more accurately estimate the charges for the services which I did and he provided an estimate of $600 dollars and we set up an appointment for Monday at 08:00. Jeff showed up promptly at eight on Monday and personally reviewed the multiple requirements, confirm his original estimate and began executing the tasks. I have owned a home all of my life and consider myself a fairly competent handyman around the house so I watched Jeff while he worked to see how he accomplished these tasks. It was extremely rare, especially in this age to observe the skill and pride in craft that Jeff exercised while performing each task but writing space prevents me providing more detail. It took him five hours to do everything and when done the invoice was only $550 and while I was very insistent on paying him the original estimate of $600 as his work could only be described as exceeding exceptions many fold but he refused to accept it. When do you ever witness that kind of transaction in today's world. I have now found the plumber that I have been searching for. If you use Jeff at All Aces Plumbing, I know you will find yours.

Yes, everything sounds great on what you said but none of it is real. It's not the sales team which you tell customers are engineers... lol. There's no engineers working there, they are straight up commission sales people hungry to lie to get you up sold. The techs you send to the residential homes are ALL 100% COMMISSION as well. It is Comfort Experts policy to lie to the customer and sell them anything possible on EVERY call, not fix the problem but to get 3-5-6 items totaling as much as possible on every call. Listen home owners, this company Comfort Experts is a PEACE RATE ONLY POLICY!!! The techs can't make any money showing up to your home and finding a loose terminal on a control board they must sell you major parts because they are not paid hourly or salary. When you need service call 3 companies before you state what you need and ask them what they think of Comfort Experts, you will thank me later. Every company needs to make money but when you go about it with zero integrity it's simply a shame to say the least.

Wow. I'm currently writing this in my frosty cold house thanks to Xtreme Air. Friday night rolls around and it seems to be getting super toasty in the house. My wife says something too and lo and behold...thermostat on 76, house temp 84 and the AC is blowing warm air. My wife got a recommendation to call them and we are glad we did. Came out to Rockwall quick on a Saturday morning, quickly figured out it was the capacitor and for not much more cash than another company wanted for the first 1/2 of overtime labor the problem was fixed. He explained the problem and let us know about other problems that might later happen as a result, as well as talked about filter replacement, etc. Thanks to Matthew for all the great work. Really can't say enough good things about this experience.

Amazing from start to finish! I needed help with clogged drains outside of house on a Sunday afternoon. Adam listened to my concerns and urgency and found a way to get a plumber out ASAP. He helped me with down loading app on phone to receive after hours discount. The plumber who came was named Jorge. Super professional and also helpful with getting me a discount. Price was super reasonable and Jorge had problem resolved very quickly. Will definitely use this company again.

Called Force Home Services to check my air conditioner and they were here within an hour. James was an outstanding tech and I was more than pleased with the overall service I received. I highly recommend them to anyone needing service

UPDATE: Even though the owner corrected me on farming out work, I still (after over three attempts) never got clarification on the promised seasonal check-ups, where I was told I'd get an update.
I now have another AC guy (recommended by one of my contractors) who professionally keeps up on my units without a hitch, and has very good value.

Wish I would have looked on Yelp before using this company. Called in May to have them service our upstairs unit that was not blowing cold air. Tech came and pushed annual maintenance on me and told me repairs would be 15% off if I signed up for $99 plan. After spending more than $450 for a capacitor that runs for about $30-50, my unit was up and running. Then the maintenance guy came and checked out all three units. After he left, the main unit wasn't working. It was working before he came. He came back and said that the switch was broken off and he would hot wire it for me but it needed to be replace at a cost over $225. (a $2.00 part!!). My husband complained and they came back and fixed it for free. The gentlemen was NOT pleased with me and acted very rude. Fast forward to August. Same unit blower isn't cooling. I call them out for a $49 fee he told me the blower moter was out and it would cost $890 to replace! Balony! I called around and got it replaced the next day for $397. Now I have wasted $99 on the service agreement because they will NOT be coming back to my house and I wasted $49 on the service call. I understand that they have 2 price books. One for Southlake and Colleyville, and one for the rest of the service area. I understand overhead and the cost of doing business. But they won't be in business much longer if they keep price gouging. I have told many people to avoid them.
