I called around to several different plumbers in carrollton when the hose spicket on the outside of my house froze.  My local plumber was the cheapest of everyone and had an appointment available the next day so I decided to try them. I LOVED them! They knew immediately what the problem was, had it fixed in 20 minutes, and was over $100 cheaper than thr closest other quote I got. I will use them every time from here on out!!!

I have had The TLC Group working on some remodeling on my garage this summer. They have had to straighten the front wall while reframing and replacing the door. It was leaning in. They did an excellent job of it. They also completely reframed the back door and replaced it. Also installing siding on all three sides of the garage. And installing a storm screen door on the front porch. They still have a little bit left to do but I thought I'd go ahead and let everyone know that if you want some quality work done. Johan is fantastic! Extremely professional and honest. He and his team do an amazing job. Very pleased with how they maintained their work and kept the project clean as they went. I'm in a place in life where every penny counts.  Brian is the owner of this company, he did efficient, high quality work.  I am actually embarrassed over the fact that I forgot that I had asked Brian to install a new shut off valve, which he did,  but I forgot to calculate the cost of the valve and installation.   Brian is an honest, sincere, hard working contractor and I apologize for being suspicious.   I will be calling Brian back as I need further work.

Handy randy is the most user friendly and professional contractor I have ever met! Prices are un-beatable and he really breaks things down for you. He can do literally anything you could ever want!

Steve did a great job putting things back to normal.  The repair work didn't take up room in the water closet, they back filled and put concrete back in once the plumbing piping was replaced.  He kept me abreast of any changes and explained things well.  I would recommend then highly.

UPDATE: I was not home when Steve came back to reset the toilet after floor was retiled.  Larry reported Steve said seals had dried out and needed replacing.  Bottom line, he rebuilt the toilet at a charge of $392!   I could have purchased a new toilet for less than that. I am not happy about how this was handled.  Then when I tried to flush the toilet, it would not flush.  So we had to arranged for Steve to come out again to fix it.  I  told Steve that I doubt that we will use this company again.

UPDATE 2:  Steve must have passed my comments along.  Owner called and apologized.  Returned my check.  He said we should have been offered replacement of toilet instead of rebuild because of the cost.  He did offer to send a different plumber to replace the toilet if we are not happy with rebuild.  The owner's call indicated they will stand behind their work.

UPDATE 3:  Toilet was replaced and is flushing with no problems.  Owner went above and beyond what could be expected to handle this problem.  I am impressed.  I would recommend this company based on how far they go to stand behind their work.  Nancy

Roy Adams embodies what great service should resemble. He not only explains every step of his process, but is also honest about if can fix the issue or not. I am a new home owner and he also gave me honest advice about the existing cheap/ builder grade plumbing concerns but, told me not to worry about them until necessary. Most other Plumbers would have tried to have me spend a small fortune immediately. If you hire Flat Rate Plumbing, you will NOT be disappointed!! These guys are a class act in every respect. Our hot water heater started leaking right before Christmas. They were able to come out to check it out, give us a quote, and schedule to fix it during the busy holiday period. The price was right and the service was amazing. They installed the new water heater in no time. It is so refreshing to find a company with people I trust completely and enjoy doing business with. They are professional, very friendly and helpful, and they do excellent work for a reasonable price. All my plumbing business will be going here in the future and I recommend them without reservation!

Hired Miguel to re-cover our tiki hut. He ordered the thatch and installed it quickly.

We then had him restrain our deck. Power washed it one day then stained it the next. Turned out great!

He did a good job and his prices are reasonable. Would defiantly hire him again.

RC PROS PLUMBING FRAUD.. Please Beware. I received an advertisement in the mail regarding unclogging drains for $69 from RC pros Plumbing. A local and stated reputable company in Irving,Texas. When the gentlemen arrived to my home and tried to unclog the drain he stated he was unable to do so and in order to unclog extensive work would be needed. Something along the lines of going in walls etc. He than advised me to have him place a camera in the plumbing, due to the fact that I may have a bigger issue on my hands. He did not charge me the $69 for the attempt to unclog the drain but up charged me $129 to identify issues with the camera. My diagnoses was that I needed about $12-18k of plumbing work done to the home!!! As a new homeowner that was not in my budget but I thanked him for his time and paid the $129 for his work. Two months later I just couldn't take the clogged shower and tried my luck with another plumber.

Thank you to my great neighbors on Next door I found a reliable plumber and came by today. He not only unclogged by bathroom drain successfully but a sink drain that needed some help as well. All this done for under $200. He than took a look at the plumbing as an act of kindness. Stated my plumbing was in good condition in fact there were some new PVC pipes added to the home recently when purchased.

It is unfortunate that there are contractors out to get homeowners. Please be aware of this company and their false advertisements.
