I'm in a place in life where every penny counts.  Brian is the owner of this company, he did efficient, high quality work.  I am actually embarrassed over the fact that I forgot that I had asked Brian to install a new shut off valve, which he did,  but I forgot to calculate the cost of the valve and installation.   Brian is an honest, sincere, hard working contractor and I apologize for being suspicious.   I will be calling Brian back as I need further work.

Handy randy remodeled my bathroom. It only took one week and it was everything I dreamed of. I dont make much money and I never thought I would own anything of this caliber! His prices were literally less than half of everyone else's. I highly recommend handy randy for any home repair or remodel.

Kudos to this organization!  We have had a gas leak around our fireplace that steadily became worse.  Called these folks and they were able to send somebody the same day!  Their technician inspected the area, identified the leak and as it only involved tightening a valve they were done quickly and charge was nominal!  Highly recommend these guys and will call them again for future service!

Very good job done by Roy! I had an issue with the outdoor faucet in my backyard that was causing a major leak and He diagnosed the problem over the phone and was able to quote me on the spot. Then when he came he quickly saw the issue and was able to replace the faucet without needing to drill into the brick work. He simply explained to us why the issue developed and how we can prevent it going forward. Couldn't have asked for better service and reasonable pricing! Will be using him in the future.

Thank God I found Pelayo Plumbing  through Yelp. My 83 year old mom has used Michael three times for repairs and fixture installation. He is quick to respond to calls, dependable and honest. His prices are very fair and he does excellent work.

We needed some work done on pretty short notice, before leaving for the holidays. Miguel from All Metroplex Handyman was very prompt in answering my message, and came out the next day for a free estimate on the work. He showed up on time consistently and completed the work in a much quicker time than I would have expected. Miguel gave me a quote for the entire project, rather than pricing it hourly, which is a big help when trying to budget.
His quality of work was also great. When I asked him to fix a fence and a gate, rather than just doing some patchwork, he took down the fence section and completely replaced it, and pretty much rebuilt the gate door. He also refinished two bathtubs, repaired a section of the patio tile, fixed two exterior doors that weren't closing, secured a drain, and fixed a few bricks. I'd highly recommend Miguel, and plan to work with him again!

I called RC Pros plumbing on a Sunday afternoon and was very pleased at their promised response. I knew it would be expensive, being after hours and a weekend, and I agreed to their $249 fee. However, when Jason called me from the property, my experience went downhill quickly. He was condescending, told me I didn't know what I was talking about (even after I told him I owned and managed 33 properties), told me the tenants had been having problems since they moved in (though this was the first I'd heard about it in two years), and told me there were no clean-outs for the property, even though I had paid to have them put in a couple of years ago. He quoted me a price of over $1400 to hydro jet the line via the roof. I asked him repeatedly to just clear the line as I was not prepared to pay that much on a Sunday night emergency call. Plus, enough of what he said didn't ring true, that I doubted his evaluation. He finally agreed to just snake the line, but told me it would cost me $250, even though their website at the time advertised the $89 drain clean. I told him forget it. The next day I called another contractor who cleared the line in just 10 minutes using a plumbing snake through the clean out under the kitchen window. When I called the company and asked the manager to return my call, the receptionist told me it wouldn't do me any good to ask for a refund because that is what they charge. And the manager never called me back. I will not ever call them again. I wish I had read the other reviews first!
