Best Heater Repair in Irving TX

I'm in Charlotte and have a home in Dallas.  I was informed that water was running out of the bathroom and into the living room. Had to cut off water at the street and take a day off work due a spraying leak somewhere under the the bathroom in my pier-and-beam house.  Usual plumbers backed up two weeks but referred me to DSP&D and they had Mike out within an hour.  Ground completely saturated under the house and pooled in the low spots... envisioned two-man crew smiling while they pumped water all morning.  But no, Mike gave me a clean and reasonable estimate, did the work himself, charged me what he'd estimated.  Can't ask for more than that.  Will definitely call them with my next issue.

I can't say enough good things about peradventure. We had them out to get rid of the air gap on our sink and reinstall our garbage disposal and faucet after getting new countertops. They are very fairly priced, showed up on time and were so courteous!!

Our granite people took part of our garage disposal with them and he was luckily able to find a spare part in his truck - total life saver!!

They are a family owned business...Nathaniel the owner is 1 of 11!! Just great people who do honest work - I would highly recommend!!!

Staggs has been out go-to for years. They have done everything including a slab leak in the garage, faucet replacement, upstairs pipe leak, and an outdoor leak. While they are pretty prompt to show up, they don't seem to be the highest quality and their ethical standards are questionable.

A couple of my experiences:
1. They came to repair a leak from upstairs. After cutting in the wrong locations in my ceilings twice, they finally found the leak behind a sink. After fixing the issue, it is leaking a little over a year later from the same place. Shoddy work.

2. They came out to fix a leak in the year behind my water meter. Quoted $500, which I agreed to. While I was at work, they decided that the leak was a bit behind where they thought it was and needed to dig more. They talked to my wife, who wasn't invoiced in initial discussions and told her it was going to be closer to $2500 and demanded a payment of $1500 to proceed. They actually billed $3000. For that they couldn't even be bothered to finish the same day, despite having clear access to the leak by 5pm.

And nothing has changed with Pablo. On time, courteous, professional, quotes fee before beginning, takes all credit cards, thanks you for your business and then off to his next appointment. Pablo works alone, no other employees or sub contractors.

I can not recommend this plumber highly enough. After calling at least 10 plumbers to come out to check out the extensive work my house needed (basically my entire gas system needed to be replaced) Professor Plumb was by far the best option. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and effectiveness in getting the job done were unmatched by any of the other plumbers who I have talked to, or who I have worked with before. They made certain that I was 100% satisfied with the job and even came back to answer some questions and fix some stuff that I'm not confident wasn't the last plumber who broke. If I have any issues in the future they will be the first people I call.

We had a problem with our toilet leaking from the base, Joe showed up. He opened a hole in our wall on the other-side and created valves to shut on and off. He thought it was a slab leak and requested $1200 deposit for a $3500 job. Then concluded that he'd need to dig a tunnel from our H room to that bathroom which would end up being $6900. So we then needed to give him a deposit of $3500. We were feeling a bit weary considering he hadn't really checked the little things first like, a clog, for instance. He did not have a lot of plumbing tools on hand and needed to leave often. He has Zelle as a payment method and has you send it to his girlfriend instead of him or his company. On top of that, he has no paperwork. Nothing to sign, nothing to read over and confirm in writing. No receipts. He guilted us about not wanting him to start until 9am because he likes to start at 7am. I decided to give him the opportunity and he didn't show up. I called him at 7:30 and asked where he is. He said he needed to take his girlfriend to work. Be aware, he needs to take his girlfriend to work everyday at 9am. So the fact that we were guilted about that even when knowing this information is ironic. He does not call or text you to let you know he is on the way or if he's going to be late. You have to reach out to him to get answers. We decided to go our separate ways because we needed to have the issue fixed ASAP and had been without water for 5 days. We couldn't take it anymore. We also wanted to have a second opinion. We then had new plumbers come out the next day and they assessed the issue, which surprise! Was a clog. And fixed the problem within an hour. And only $600. It sucks because we wanted to give a small business a try but this was honestly not okay... He has yet to refund us for the services we did not have done. This is your friendly neighborhood warning. As it stands this company seems like a scam. I will follow up on this if and when I am refunded.

Unclogged a kitchen sink with a backup far down the line. Even replaced our PVC under the sink. Same day service. A little expensive, but very professional and communicates well.

My first experience with AAA was last Christmas (2018) when my family came from out of town. I had just bought an old 1948 flip house bungalow in Fort Worth and they were actually staying there while I was on a skip trip. The minute I landed to go home, my dad told me about how a toilet clogged, which then backed up all of the showers (ew). My dad called 2 local plumbers to try and give them business. That was Christmas Eve. Both of them quoted between 10-15k. I arrived Christmas morning and my dad told me all of this. I just bought this house and was freaking out. So my dad sought out one more opinion and THANKFULLY it was this company!!! Eric came over within hours, mind you, this was a holiday. He didn't even need any explanations and told us the issue. He told me how the plumbing layout is in my house, he knew literally anything and everything. It was a simple clog. He fixed it up in no time. I was baffled because I was told the problem was so extensive from the others and yet he had a simple solution.

Now, I no longer live there but have tenants. I was on vacation and they ran into a plumbing issue and called plumbers without consulting me (not AAA) and sent me quotes from them. Again, 5k-15k and suggesting I need a whole new system. The other company also scared my tenants into thinking that sewage gas was being exuded from the pipes. I called my guy Eric and he went over and told them the REAL issue and he is going to fix it. I truly think he is excellent as his job and he's so nice and respectful. Highly, highly recommend!

These guys are crooks. They referred to me by my home warranty  company. The first guy they sent broke my shower valve. it took them almost a week to come back.

the second guy they sent over installed the wrong part and now I can't even utilize my hot water to full capacity.

I immediately called them and let them know and they stated they would be back out to finish the  repair.  After testifying with the tech for about a week he kept giving excuses and then stopped responding.

Definitely did not disappoint! Denise offered me a great quote on Yelp and I called a few days later. Completely courteous and kind all around, and the guys were out to my house a few days later. Installed the pressure regulator I needed, and everything is great! My pipes don't wobble or make noise anymore and I can actually get the type of pressure I need at my sink and shower.

They offer a nice 10% off for new customers and the final price was hundreds less than others were quoting me. Will definitely do business with these guys again!

Everyone is super friendly and nice.  They were the 4th company that I got estimates from, all others were fast and quick in giving me estimate that it made me feel not trusting. Gavin came and did a thorough job. He arrived a little ahead of schedule. He trouble shot the system to identify the source of the problem. I appreciate his clear communications and one can tell he has the knowledge to do this work. Called this company out to unclog the sewer line. Within a matter of days had to call them out again due to the line being clogged. This should have been considered to be under the warranty from the previous call. Of course, it was not covered. So, I was gouged for more money. The technician was unprofessional and rude. Certainly will not call them back. Totally horrible experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this company.  I was out of town when my husband text me disastrous photos of our ceiling on the floor due to a back-up in the AC system in our attic.  I was watching a Texas Ranger game and saw a commercial for Xtreme Air.  It was about 7:30pm.  I called and a real human being answered the phone and there were two technicians at our home in 20 minutes.  Chad and Sam were wonderful and made my husband feel at ease during a very upsetting incident.  Apparently the last AC people had disconnected the emergency drain.  They were there for a couple of hours.  They got everything unclogged and running smoothly again and then called DryForce to come out to start the drying a repair process.  You would think the charges for coming out after hours would be astronomical.  No!!!  I was shocked at the low price.  We also bought a service contract which gives us 2 free check-ups per year, as well as a plumbing check.  I have had Chad and Sam back to check out our dampering system which had also been disconnected.  They were so nice and, right away, I saw why my husband was so impressed.  They were on time, thorough, and did a great job.  We have only been in our home for a year and a half and have had terrible luck, obviously, with AC companies.  Now, our worries are over.  We have great AC professionals we can trust, as well as plumbers.  I've already had Ruben out to check my plumbing.  He came out very quickly and was very professional, as well!!!  Thank goodness I'm a Ranger fan!!!!
