I had called Andy for an installation of a surge protector for the whole house in a newly constructed house. Andy was very competent and extremely professional. He instantly told me that the house already had a protector installed in the current breaker board. Thats integrity ! Loved it. I will absolutely call him for any future work.

I belong to the Silver Club of Comfort Experts. I called in the morn and a technician was there in the late afternoon.  How many companies will do that for you? He checked out the unit and was able to give me a quote. He was personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!

If I ever need an electrician I will call Tioga. For an upfront, honest and fair price quoted, I found out what the problem was and various recommendations on how I can resolve.

I spoke to William P. (customer relations manager) today and we were able to come to an agreement to rectify our last plumbing experience on 2/11/19. Thank you William for speaking to me and hopeful to having a better business relationship moving forward.

UPDATE to my earlier review... I was contacted by Kelly Weeks the plumbing service manager for Berkeys  this morning. We discussed my complaint on the bill the tech worked up after the job was complete.I had asked the scheduler for a estimate and she said the tech would have that info. Upon the techs arrival I had asked for a quote and he said he would figure that after the work was done okay I needed my problem solved which the tech Jeremy did a great job on capping the supply line . When I was contacted by Kelly Weeks from Berkeys he informed me the tech should have given us a total price for the job he was going to do and we should of signed a pre work quote that didn't happen. So Mr Weeks informed me since we didn't get the pre work quote they are refunding my Mom for the complete amount. This resolution seems very fair to me since the tech did not give us the pre work quote that we should have gotten and signed before the work began. Mr Weeks has done a great job of standing behind what should of happened before the work was done. I have a renewed view of Berkeys after they made right of what happened yesterday.
