Best Electric Furnace Repair in Irving TX
My entire experience with the company went very well, from my initial communication with two ladies at the office, to clean-up by the two gentlemen who did the installation.
I actually bought two Energy Star water heaters myself, which qualified for nice gas company rebates, and asked several top-rated plumbing companies to bid on only the installation. Cody & Sons had the lowest price, so I went with them and never regretted it.
Two men (Phillip, a Master Plumber and his apprentice Cody) showed up near the beginning of the 2-hour time window (which is always nice). After seeing my old and new water heaters and the difficult accessibility to the installation spaces, Phillip quickly realized that they would need a third helper since the units weighed about 150 lbs each and had to go straight up into the opening at the pull-down stairs in order to clear the hatch springs.
They went right to work, putting shoe covers on and covering everything in the house that might get wet or damaged. The third helper arrived in another truck once they were ready to install the new water heaters. The installation went very smoothly. They cleaned the attic areas and the house so that you could never tell they were there.
They made sure that I was satisfied with the job in every way, and gave me a two-year warranty on the work. I've found that, when your company reflects your family name, you tend to take pride in your work and that was the case here. I would call Cody & Sons again in a heartbeat!

Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. We called at 9am with the problem and by 3pm our problem was fixed 100%. We've had a non working toilet for over a year and just like that Jeff diagnosed and fixed it. Turns out we had a screwdriver inside and he worked very hard to get it out. 100% satisfied

Yes, everything sounds great on what you said but none of it is real. It's not the sales team which you tell customers are engineers... lol. There's no engineers working there, they are straight up commission sales people hungry to lie to get you up sold. The techs you send to the residential homes are ALL 100% COMMISSION as well. It is Comfort Experts policy to lie to the customer and sell them anything possible on EVERY call, not fix the problem but to get 3-5-6 items totaling as much as possible on every call. Listen home owners, this company Comfort Experts is a PEACE RATE ONLY POLICY!!! The techs can't make any money showing up to your home and finding a loose terminal on a control board they must sell you major parts because they are not paid hourly or salary. When you need service call 3 companies before you state what you need and ask them what they think of Comfort Experts, you will thank me later. Every company needs to make money but when you go about it with zero integrity it's simply a shame to say the least.

I've had these folks come to my house three times now. The third time, they told me they needed to order and fix a part in my A/C.
This was about 1.5 weeks ago. Since then, I've spent multiple times on hold with them trying to schedule an appointment. At one point, they went ahead and scheduled me without even asking if that day worked. The email said call to find out time. So I did. They said between 8-10 a.m the following day. I took off from work, stayed home, and at 8:30 they called to let me know the person wouldn't be there till noon. I went back to my office, and called at 12:30 for an update. Tangela, the scheduler, then told me she would call them and see when they're coming. Thirty minutes later - nothing. I called back, and they said Tangela had gone to lunch. How nice that she should get to go to lunch while I am sitting at my desk trying to make up hours for when I'll need to leave.
The dispatch lady told me to stop getting frustrated at the right person, at which point I told her I'd like to cancel all of my service agreements with them. Let's see if anyone actually calls me back. In the meantime, I'd suggest avoiding this company like the plague. Their installers and workers are amazing and so helpful, but their dispatch and scheduling is an absolute joke. You're better off going with Willard or AdVent. Both are reliable and actually show up when they said they're going to.

I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical at first since this is a new company. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service from begining to end. You first start by downloading their app and booking your service requirements through it. The app will show multitle one hour windows for the date you want them to come. My tech, Edward showed up within the time window and sent text notifications before arrival. I had a water heater issue with the pilot light not staying on. Edward was able to resolve the issue without having to replace expensive parts. The price was very reasonable for the service provided. I will definitely use them again.

Our first experience with Force Home Services was yesterday.
Our AC stopped working. I called several AC companies and was told they could not get to us today, maybe first of next week, unless I wanted to pay overtime charges. When I called Force Home Services, I was told they had a full schedule, but promised to send a tech out between 6-8pm. No mention of overtime charges. Arthur was the tech assigned, he came earlier than scheduled. He was very professional and polite. He found the problem and had it fixed in 30 minutes. I was very pleased with him and this company and will definitely use them again if I have AC issues. THANK YOU !!

I should have read the other reviews first!! If you let Sonny the owner, or his help service your a/c or heat don't give him any money until the work is finished and your happy! He doesn't honor his word, even when its in writing and that is a bad thing!! I strongly suggest finding someone else to do your work!!

Well I am glad I looked at Yelp tonight before moving forward with a hot water heater installation tomorrow. I arrived home to water running out of my garage and a hot water heater leak. Decided to pay their $150 service charge to come sour and look at it. They deemed my tank not repairable and that I needed a new one. Fortunately they did not have one on the truck... Or I would have forked out over $1800 for the repair. You heard correctly. It is a 40 gallon gas tank. They discounted my service fee to $89 if I bought their $99 maintenance plan. I agreed and they are supposed to call me back tomorrow to schedule the repair. After sending a Facebook shout to my homeowners association (and yes I did use the service provider name) I was told that there is no way it should cost that much. I proceed my heater AO Smith for around $500 and that is a top rated heater. That would make around a $1000 labor cost!!!! Beware buyer! Check reviews! You might end up saving yourself a $1000!!!!

I would be cautious of using their service.
I have 2 problems in my upstairs bathroom, a clogged toilet and a leak in the bath that resulted in wet ceiling in 1st story. So I called them up.
The first appointment was a nice and honest guy. He always gave me a quote before making any actions. He checked quickly on my toilet and found out it was rather a broken toilet than a problem in sewer. And he treated me fairly on money. The other problem he suspected there was a leak in the pipe, so we scheduled a second appointment given it would be a 2-man job.
The second appointment, they mistakenly sent out a different guy, which I didn't have a problem with at first. That guy suspected the leak was from the tile rather than in the pipe, so he ran a quick check to the base of the shower, and concluded it was a leak from the tile. Then he charged me $412. For a quick check? So convenient and quick money! I see no heavy jobs at all, and he didn't fix anything. I realized that unlike the first guy, he didn't give me any quotes before doing anything.
I understand it that during COVID a lot of businesses are struggling. But I think ripping people off isn't a good way to run a business under any circumstance.
