Amazing service and professionalism. Luis came out for an estimate the same day I called to inquire. Incredibly responsive and professional. His workers were just as great. Besides the excellent job they did in my home, they were very polite, took covid precautions seriously by wearing their masks the entire time, made sure to protect all of our belongings before painting, kept everything very clean and organized and overall did an excellent job on the project. Looking forward to having them do more work in our home!

I was skeptical when I called on a Sunday and got an appointment the next day. When Alan showed up I was expecting a ten minute sales pitch for an overpriced system. Instead Alan spent a couple hours with me patiently explaining my options with full transparency. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. He took the time to inspect the entire house inside and out to measure the air flow and temperature in every room, even tested the windows. I was extremely impressed. The installation for my entire HVAC system was finished in one day without issues. Gerber and Melvin were fantastic! Again I was impressed. They also took the time to answer my questions and explain all the aspects of the new system. I also have to mention the contact and follow up from the main office. They texted me before and after Alan, Gerber and Melvin came to my house, with pictures of them. Unheard of. This made me feel even more comfortable answering the door. I could go on and on. One more thing, they were very careful not to leave a mess. Alan even wore shoe covers when he came in the house!! I would and have recommended Rescue Air to everyone I know. Ok. One more thing, I have already seen a big reduction in my electricity bill. There is more but I am running out of spa

I've used Viper for other work in the past and they remain my go to plumbing company. When I called they asked to assess the situation. Once they determined it was not a major issue I was asked if they could put me on will call if an opening came up but they also scheduled me with a definite service time. They arrived 4 days early after calling to see if they could come by. They arrived, completed the work, wore masks and tested and cleaned up. Quick, efficient and professional. This company went above and beyond to help me out. Our AC started experiencing issues and due to it being an older unit (15 years old) we knew we would be looking at having to replace the whole system in the near future. Unfortunately I called a couple of other companies prior to calling Comfort Experts and had sub par results with the others (missed appointments, terrible customer service, discrepancies in costs). Comfort Experts came out to our house within 48 hrs and gave me every answer and option I needed. They even helped me move my weight machine that blocked our attic access! They then had an engineer come to our home a day or two later to do measurements to determine the best system needed to efficiently cool/heat our home. After he finished he gave us a quick history of the company (which made me feel even more comfortable) and went over each option in depth to determine which one best met our needs. They even set up a fast install date due to us having a 2 month old at the time. Now I wish I could say we installed and life was good, but due to our finances at the time and having a family friend with an opening in his AC company's schedule, we opted for a different option that fit our budget. I called and spoke to the engineer to give him the bad news and he was more than understanding. I got to give it to these guys, they treat you with respect and courtesy during this stressful time. If we ever have to deal with AC issues again, Comfort Experts will be my first call.

I was given a great recommendation for his work, so I called to get some repairs scheduled.  I texted once - no reply.  I called twice and left a message on his voicemail - again, no reply.  So I moved on to another handyman and got the work done.  I can't comment on the quality of Randy's work, but I can definitely comment on his responsiveness to inquiries from potential customers - and his responsiveness was awful!

If I ever need an electrician I will call Tioga. For an upfront, honest and fair price quoted, I found out what the problem was and various recommendations on how I can resolve.

He waited for me to return from an errand and was very knowledgeable and professional.  For once I knew I had found an angel of a company who I trust to be totally transparent and not price gouge me!  So glad to know you are in my area!

Johan is fantastic! Extremely professional and honest. He and his team do an amazing job. Very pleased with how they maintained their work and kept the project clean as they went. I haven't written a review in a very long time but, the level of service we received was outstanding!

Jeff is a one man team. We called around 7am and he said he'd arrive between 9-11am. He was at the house at about 10:30am. Who doesn't love a plumber who's on time!?

We had a handful of projects for him:
-water heater on the fritz
-two different toilet tank problems
-two shower/bath handles not adjusting temperatures appropriately
-dishwasher overflow spout/return
-Fleck water softener installation quote

Jeff quickly diagnosed our water heater problem; replacing the control box and rod. He also fixed all of the other things before 4:15pm. He gave us an excellent price for excellent work. Wow! I was totally impressed by his knowledge, skills, commitment, and courteous manner. We will definitely be using his services again and, highly recommend him and his business.

They showed up, 2 big guys. I had a water line break under the house. Whoever would repair this would need to dig and tunnel. One of the plumbers recommended that I Jack up the house and otherwise, the mission was impossible. I found another local plumber that did the job.
