Repair of frozen/busted copper pipe repair cost me $867.  It took them a total of 10 minutes to repair..  i already had the wall opened up prior to plumbers arrival..  This is an example of an unethical EXTREME OVERCHARGE!  Taking advantage of homeowners during emergency weather conditions.

They may actually do great work during non-emergency situations, but when you take advantage of homeowners it tells all I need about the character and integrity of the ownership team.  There is a reason that they are not listed with the Better Business Bureau.

Do yourself a favor and find another contractor

We love this company. Our AC went out again this summer and Rescue was here the very next day. Dean was super friendly and explained everything really well. He seemed very knowledgeable and told us all of our options in a way we understood. He convinced us to sign up for their service plan and I'm so glad we did because we had another issue come up a few weeks ago and they were here and fixed it within one day. We have had some really crappy experiences with AC companies but Rescue has made us customers for life.

The work done was good, but I would not use this company again. I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks prior, before I even moved to Dallas. I called and confirmed with someone a week prior. I got numerous emails and texts from them confirming again the day/time. They were supposed to arrive between 9 and 10 am; when 10am came and went, I checked the status, and it still said no one had been assigned to my appt, so I texted them. Then, they confirmed quickly that someone would be there in 45 mins. The guy arrived about an hour later - 2 hours past the original start time of 9am. Interestingly, he said that he had just been notified of my appt 30 mins prior, and it was 50 mins away for him. I have no idea why, given I scheduled it 2 weeks ago and received numerous confirmations from them. Then, while the guy was nice and polite, it took twice as long as it normally has in the past, when I've moved, to hang the same pictures, mount one TV, etc. I even had all the screws used in the past ready-to-go for each item, but it still took very long. I had another appointment to get to that I was two hours late to, because it took so long and they were late arriving. For these reasons, I would not use this company again.

On time, Professional,  Clean, Fair Pricing, Mobile Credit Card Processing.   I had a double kitchen sink that would not drain out of either side.  Called the Viper Plumbing @ 1:45pm and was advised that they were booked during regular business hours all the way out until next week. So I then asked about after hours service and pricing.  I was informed that they could have a plumber at my home the same day but after 6pm.  The after hours pricing was a little more than the regular business hours price, but I thought the price was still good for the same day after hours service that I would be getting.  At 5:59pm on the dot I get a call from Tom at Viper Plumbing saying that he will be to my home in 15 minutes.  Tom pulls up in a really cool looking red work van that is completely wrapped with the company graphics on it. He comes in and snakes the kitchen drain and pulls out bits of potatoe skins...  I ask my wife and mother in law if they had any knowledge of any potatoes in the garbage disposal.  They reply Oh yeah some Sweet Potatoes from the other day....  Tom finishes up with his equipment, put my pipes under the sink back together, and cleans up the area..  I asked him if I needed to go get some towels but he said he brought some and pointed to an entire box of industrial cleaning towels that he had next to his equipment. I'm impressed!  Job is finished now it's time to pay.. I am paying by Credit Card and Tom has me covered with up to date technology.  He whips out his square cc reader and swipes my card and I sign the screen!  None of that let me write your credit card number down and process it when I get back to the office business here!

Johan is fantastic! Extremely professional and honest. He and his team do an amazing job. Very pleased with how they maintained their work and kept the project clean as they went. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a remodel at an honest price with a crew who cares about attention to detail.

They did an awesome job replacing an existing ceiling fan with a new one. Fast and friendly. Have referred and will do more business soon. Thanks Brandon.

Just a lead farm for independent plumbers.  I called this morning requesting a service call for a water softener.  I explained the problem in detail.  They said they would call back when they had checked their schedule for availability.  I got a call back from a different number, seemed like might not have been the same person, but since I had only called one plumber, I figured it had to be the same guy.  We spoke and agreed on a 5PM service call to work on my water softener.  I took photos of the unit and sent a detailed text, to which he confirmed. They said someone would be here at 5PM.

5:15 PM  no one is here, no ones has called, so I call them back, they said they would call the technician and call me right back. At 5:35PM, still no call back.  I call again the technician is wrapping up another job, he'll be right there  5:45PM the technician calls me and says...so what are we doing today, installing a water filter?  I said no, you're repairing a water softener...I sent pictures and a detailed explanation to your boss.  oh, well we don't really do that, there must have been a miscommunication  So I call the number of the guy I have been texting with...and he sends me to voicemail.  I text him letting him know what happened and asking for an update.  He responds I'll call you in 1 minute  well, that was almost 30 minutes ago.  I would avoid these guys like the plague.

Yes, everything sounds great on what you said but none of it is real. It's not the sales team which you tell customers are engineers... lol. There's no engineers working there, they are straight up commission sales people hungry to lie to get you up sold. The techs you send to the residential homes are ALL 100% COMMISSION as well. It is Comfort Experts policy to lie to the customer and sell them anything possible on EVERY call, not fix the problem but to get 3-5-6 items totaling as much as possible on every call. Listen home owners, this company Comfort Experts is a PEACE RATE ONLY POLICY!!! The techs can't make any money showing up to your home and finding a loose terminal on a control board they must sell you major parts because they are not paid hourly or salary. When you need service call 3 companies before you state what you need and ask them what they think of Comfort Experts, you will thank me later. Every company needs to make money but when you go about it with zero integrity it's simply a shame to say the least.

Handy randy remodeled my bathroom. It only took one week and it was everything I dreamed of. I dont make much money and I never thought I would own anything of this caliber! His prices were literally less than half of everyone else's. I highly recommend handy randy for any home repair or remodel.

Honest and reliable company.

We called Tioga to help my elderly mom sort out her complicated electricity issues. She had already hired another company to do several hundreds of dollars of work in her home; to no prevail.

We were concerned that maybe another company would take advantage of her again and flew in from New York to help her get a solution. A rep from Tioga came to her house and gave us an honest and comprehensive outline of what the issue was. He also proposed solutions at different price points that would resolve her ongoing electrical issues. I can tell you confidently, Tioga is an honest and reliable company with fair pricing and reasonable assessments of electrical issues.

We are so grateful for their help and glad to know we have a new relationship with an honest, safe and reliable electrician for our projects.

Had a corroded line to my water heater that was leaking. AM plumbing sent out Billy within an hour of my call. He replaced the line and cleaned up the area very well. The price for the job was very fair and exactly what I thought it should cost.
