Darrel came out & repaired my underground water leak( which I dug up)& did an excellent job. The price however was very expensive $429 for 1 hour of work. I requested a quote on another item and it was 3  times what I thought it should be. Buyer beware!

Very good worker. Our service man was Tyler, and he came out quickly and got the job done efficiently. We had some leaking from our old toilet on the second floor, and it needed a new wax ring. Tyler led us through the process, letting us know at every step the cost of each procedure. He also let us know what it would cost to replace any parts that may be needed in the future. He fixed our problem easily, and was done in a jiffy. We will be calling this company for future repairs.

Honest dependable service at fair price. I was blessed to meet Nathaniel at a local Home Depot. He offered to come on the spot to fix my clogged toilet/sink on a Sunday!! He worked his butt off and got it all cleared after an hour. Amazing job, wonderful person, and MASTER PLUMBER!

I am so very pleased with Joyner plumbing.  I had two outside faucets that were leaking.  The two man crew was on time, very courteous and competent. They have a reputation from way back in the 50's. I can fully understand why they are still in business. Prices were very fair, as well!!!

April, Jeff, and Jonathan were wonderful!! April got us put on the schedule in no time and they came to our house very quickly! Their communication was on point! I even received a text when when they were en route! Very kind, VERY professional and didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions. I will definitely be calling them next time I need work done at our house. Highly recommend them!!!

We had a problem with our toilet leaking from the base, Joe showed up. He opened a hole in our wall on the other-side and created valves to shut on and off. He thought it was a slab leak and requested $1200 deposit for a $3500 job. Then concluded that he'd need to dig a tunnel from our H room to that bathroom which would end up being $6900. So we then needed to give him a deposit of $3500. We were feeling a bit weary considering he hadn't really checked the little things first like, a clog, for instance. He did not have a lot of plumbing tools on hand and needed to leave often. He has Zelle as a payment method and has you send it to his girlfriend instead of him or his company. On top of that, he has no paperwork. Nothing to sign, nothing to read over and confirm in writing. No receipts. He guilted us about not wanting him to start until 9am because he likes to start at 7am. I decided to give him the opportunity and he didn't show up. I called him at 7:30 and asked where he is. He said he needed to take his girlfriend to work. Be aware, he needs to take his girlfriend to work everyday at 9am. So the fact that we were guilted about that even when knowing this information is ironic. He does not call or text you to let you know he is on the way or if he's going to be late. You have to reach out to him to get answers. We decided to go our separate ways because we needed to have the issue fixed ASAP and had been without water for 5 days. We couldn't take it anymore. We also wanted to have a second opinion. We then had new plumbers come out the next day and they assessed the issue, which surprise! Was a clog. And fixed the problem within an hour. And only $600. It sucks because we wanted to give a small business a try but this was honestly not okay... He has yet to refund us for the services we did not have done. This is your friendly neighborhood warning. As it stands this company seems like a scam. I will follow up on this if and when I am refunded.

They were great to work with! Gives you a written estimate with a breakdown of all expected costs so you know exactly what you're getting. One company was charging $250 to pull a permit, which was way over priced since I could pull my own permit for a fraction of that price and AAA only charged $5 more than what I would've paid on my own. I went with them based on that and how friendly Israel was when he came out.

These guys are crooks. They referred to me by my home warranty  company. The first guy they sent broke my shower valve. it took them almost a week to come back.

the second guy they sent over installed the wrong part and now I can't even utilize my hot water to full capacity.

I immediately called them and let them know and they stated they would be back out to finish the  repair.  After testifying with the tech for about a week he kept giving excuses and then stopped responding.

If I could give no stars I would. There communication is lacking. When asking for pricing, they apparently gave me the wrong rate and then later when I questioned about the charges they stated, You got a deal. Michael is not personable at all. When I asked for clarifying questions, he asked retorical questions like, If I had my apprentice there for 4 hours working on it and charged you for 4 hours does that make sense?.  I do not appreicate being spoken to like a child. I think it comes with customer service to EXPLAIN what your charges are and why. No need to get so defensive and be rude to your customers. I did not raise my voice at him, I even asked him to clarify things for me because it could be a miscommunication. Take the time to find other options. They were at my house for an hour and charge an additional 45 minutes of travel time. Their facility is 20-25 minutes from my place. I think if you plan to charge someone more than the original estimated amount discussed you should be able to communicate that to your customers.

I belong to the Silver Club of Comfort Experts. I called in the morn and a technician was there in the late afternoon.  How many companies will do that for you? He checked out the unit and was able to give me a quote. He was personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!

This guys did a great job! I had an issue with my kitchen sink backing up when my washer drains. Steve came out and got the job done. Will not use this company again.  The tech was focused on upcharging for services not related to the repair and selling me a service contract rather than restoring cooling for my tenants.  Finally gave me a price over the phone to replace a warranty part.   (I had to tell them it was warranty) Refused to tell me what their hourly rate was or how long the repair would take so I could evaluate the price.  Once the repair was complete, I receive a receipt with no line item detail or description of the parts replaced for my records and warranty file.  I called the office looking for a detailed receipt and was told to email servicetoday@xtremeairse….  Don't bother, no one will respond.  Finally, even though this company advertises they provide service in Forney, they charge a 2% upcharge on the full cost of the service to go there......from Sunnyvale?  Again, lack of transparency, they don't tell you this; it is just added to the invoice.  Thanks.
