A no-nonsense/no-bs company. Very professional, courteous  and knowledgable. I described the job over the phone (HW heater replacement) and was quoted a price. I was extremely leery because the price was reasonable and my previous experiences with other plumbing companies, their objective was to get in the door for a service-call fee and then up-sell to the maximum.  BPP's price was the lowest of the four I had gotten. I went over the includes 3 times to make sure there would be no surprises. We set up the appointment and Pablo showed up on time. He patiently and rationally explained the work he would be doing and went to work finishing the job in a couple of hours for the exact price he had quoted over the phone. This is my new Go-To plumbers.

I absolutely would recommend. April squeezed me in not once but twice when I was in a pinch. The guys have always been honest and respectful. They will not take your money but instead, let you know the options you have for the project.

We had a slab leak. They came right away and got the water stopped. Then talked us through the diagnostics and how the insurance folks would look at it. We elected to reroute and they did an absolutely first class job and we were back up and running in two days. Not the first time we use the Mullins team, but definitely not the last. I'm so happy to find a local plumbing team that not only does a great job but does it quick and affordable!

We called at 7:00 at night because our sink was clogged from potato peelings. Wes was here in 30 minutes and gone in an hour.  Super polite and professional.

I was recommended by a Veteran buddy to call this company to fixed a toilet issue. He told me they have high reviews on yelp and the customer service is awesome. I wish I could give 10 stars because they came out yesterday after being so busy. The technician Jon came and treated my Mother very respectfully. She felt he was a True Scholar and a Gentleman! Great plumbers. I had some problems with my drains and they fixed it. They were reasonably priced.

Absolutely horrible, took off from work for an appointment with their plumber and did not show up.  They claim their scheduling system did not work.  Very disappointed.

During the Texas winter fiasco, we had a busted water pipe. I called several plumbers but all were already booked until the following week. Plumbing 101 of DFW answered my call, said they could come over the next day and give me an estimate. That day they identified the problem and fixed it. We are grateful they could come out as quickly as they did. They were very professional and courteous despite the volume of calls they were receiving and late evenings they were working. Thank you!

Excellent all around!  The whole process was smooth and easy from beginning to end.  They communicated throughout the process.  There was no attempt at upselling.  Jeff was thorough in his work and explanation.  I would highly recommend this company to others!

Gavin came and did a thorough job. He arrived a little ahead of schedule. He trouble shot the system to identify the source of the problem. I appreciate his clear communications and one can tell he has the knowledge to do this work. One of the van drivers for this company hit my car on 12/20/21 causing my car to hit another car and then the van driver backed up and drove away. I am not able to file a police report because I do not have description of the driver and only a partial license plate. I was in shock from the impact of the hit. The other driver was bleeding from hitting her face on the steering wheel and I have a pinched nerve on the upper section of my back. What kind of person would hit someone and drive away without even checking to see if the other drivers are okay? I am extremely upset by this and since there is nothing else I can do I am leaving this public review
