We had a drywall project that we needed completed. Dennis was very pleasant to work with. He provided a fair quote (I got 3). We were very happy with his quick response with providing the quote to scheduling the work which was all seamless. They got the job done in one day. One day!!  They were very clean and efficient.  Great work. Great company. I would recommend!

I was looking for a company to install an earthquake shut off valve so I took to Yelp to help me. After searching I came across John's company, Andreas Fault Property Service. I read a few reviews looked at photos and decided to send a message. John replied promptly to each of my messages. He is a certified plumber and worked for the gas company for 17 years so I felt comfortable having him install the valve. On the scheduled day he arrived on time (actually early which didn't bother me) and explained what he needed to do. Afterwards, he showed me the valve and made sure I knew how it worked and he checked the water heater and stove to be sure they were operating. He even gave the pipes a fresh coat of paint! John is friendly, easy to communicate with and willing to answer questions. I would recommend him.

Jeff and his team were great. I had out-of-town guests coming in the afternoon, and my kitchen faucet broke in the morning. I sent a picture, and they explained what kind of faucet to buy. Then, within a half hour, Jeff was at our home. He completed the work at a fair price in a timely manner, including providing some additional parts that were needed that he had in his van. He provided explanations and was conversational during the job, including showing us all of the features of our new faucet. What started out as a stressful situation ended up generating compliments from our guests. Thank you again for coming on short notice on a cold, rainy weekend morning. I especially appreciate that lots of dirty dishes were not piling up until Monday morning.
