Very happy with my choice of inspection company. I was a little overwhelmed by the number of home inspection companies available in my area. After checking the Yelp reviews, I called a couple and found out their prices are about the same. John sounded knowledgeable and the fact he specialized in plumbing was a big plus because we've had plumbing issues with older buildings before.  He did a very thorough inspection and explained to us what we saw. Although the building has many problematic areas, most of them are easily fixable which was important to know.
The report was sent to us 48 hours after the inspection, exactly as promised. It's a tremendous help in our purchase decision. I will definitely call John again if the need arises.

Marco promptly replied to my inquiry through yelp, within two hours Chris and Jacob came out to snake and clear a blockage.  they were able to go through my roof vent to clear it to be minimally invasive and less messy and were able to show me my pipes and the blockage.  they were prompt courteous and thorough.  I will absolutely use them again if needed and recommend them.  walking me through the pipes was an eye opening experience.  they provided me a quote for cleanout installation as well.

Woke up to a bunch of water in my garage.  Water was flowing out of one of the walls.   Josh came out later in the day and after a few minutes found the leak.  Plumber repaired the next day.  Highly recommended.
