My father is elderly and was having mobility issues due to arthritis and a stroke. When this happens to most of us for the first time we don't know what option there are to allow our parents to remain independant. I contacted Dave because I needed someone to make knowledgable recommendation. He did exactly that. What I most appreciated was his patience with my father and that he did not push for major modification right away. We addressed the immediate concerns and I learned from Dave that as the mobility issues worsen we could revisit for addition modification.

This is an open letter to Alex at Ixtapa Construction. Once again, I want to say thank you for your phone time that you extended to me and my home project questions even when we realized that I was out of your company's service area. Listen up, everyone...Alex even checked back in with me the following day to ensure that I would be on the right track with my bathroom remodel. Wow, such great customer service from this company, above and beyond. The customer service and concern shown by Alex and his company, Ixtapa Construction, is something rare and special. Thanks again. Consider yourself lucky if you are living in 'Ixtapa Construction service area and considering doing some home projects.

Guy was very responsive once I put a request for a bid in. He got back to me within a day and set up the time to do the rehab worked we hired him for. Very reasonably priced and completed the work on time in a workmanlike manner. I would suggest Guy to my friends and coworkers as well.

Available at short notice. Got the powder room painted. Quick and efficient. Recommend for similar projects at home .

Great install. Poly and his crew were perfectionist, doing superb work. Every detail was attended to and they were so professional and organized. Fantastic work, would recommend as the best. Will add photos soon!

Andrew and his son were very responsive and fixed a kitchen cabinet the same day I requested service. They went above and beyond. They did a far better job than I was expecting. Afterwards, I asked them to hang a heavy mirror, and they had it done promptly. They bring all their own tools and are very respectful. Highly recommended.

When the magnet slide stopped working on my patio door, and it wasn't possible to open the enclosed blinds, I went to Home Depot where I had purchased the doors. Their solution was for me to purchase a brand new patio door...to the tune of hundreds of dollars.

This was not a favorable solution for me, so instead I turned to Bobby C's Handy 
Craftsman, and for the investment of a few dollars for the purchase of a magnet and covering Bob's reasonable fee, the problem was solved.

The lesson is simple...NEVER accept the first solution...do your homework, and maybe you'll be fortunate by hiring Bobby C's Handy Craftsman.
